My girlfriend hit a deer and did some front end damage. They replaced and fixed like new. We were kept well informed and everything was explained simply. Definitely not one to take advantage of people. They did speedy work even in these hard times.

Guardian Collision was great to work with! My vehicle was hit the day I was to leave for vacation, which was stressful to say the least. When I got back, Guardian Collision was recommended to me by a family member. They have been exceptional to work with! From the moment I phoned them, Will worked closely with the woman’s insurance company on getting everything squared away. The damage ended up being more extensive than originally thought; taking over 3 weeks. The insurance company originally gave me settlement that was not enough to cover the damages later found. Will handled the whole thing for me including having an insurance representative come from Ohio to assess my car a second time. The second settlement was approved and throughout that time, Will continued to give me updates. After the second assessment, the insurance company representative phoned me and informed me he met with Guardian and was confident they were able to fix the vehicle and fix it right. If I remember correctly, he praised them as well. I let him know some concerns I had with getting the same rims and making sure the paint job would match. He informed me that Will already told him my concerns and made sure it would be done correctly. When I got the vehicle back, it was in better shape than when I took it. They washed it, vacuumed, and made it smell as fresh as the day I got it. On the day of pick up, the car rental company informed me that that insurance would only pay through the day prior, meaning I would be responsible for a day’s rental fee. I relayed that to Will when I picked up my vehicle and he stated he would take care of it. He left me a voice message later that day stating that insurance would not pay for the extra day of the car rental, but that he took care of it himself. Now to a single broke mom, that really means something! I highly recommend Guardian Collision and if I’m unfortunate enough to need a garage again, I know who I’m going to!
