Shotty work while cutting corners. If you want bad paint jobs, improper body work, elongated and unnecessary time with your vehicle, and NO ACCOUNTABILITY from ownership to technicians.....then this establishment is just for you. They had my truck for 5 weeks when I was told it would only take 3 weeks. Jamie spoke a big game, but delivered minimal results. The owner point blank blamed his workers for a bad job and the technicians blamed third party contractors for the bad work. I had scheduled a time to bring my vehicle back to do repairs that Jamie said had been completed and when I showed up...no one was at the shop. I had called a couple of times and got the runaround. I had to bring my vehicle to a Dodge collision center and everything that was suppose to be done was only half complete. Paint job is already wearing off, my front end alignment is 1 inch off, 6 bolts are missing from my 1/4 panels, the paint mixture was not matched to the rest of my truck, there are scratches and spiral patterns in the paint job, the hood is not even with 1/4 panels, the fog lights have a 2 inch gap between the lower bumper, and scratches were found on my door that werent even part of the repairs. The dodge dealer around the corner sends collision work to this establishment, but when it came to mechanical repairs to my truck it was sent to another business owned by Ron Kruk rather than sending business back to the dodge dealer, which is what I requested. I spoke with the dodge dealers manager and he was not pleased with the situation. Ron Kruk is the owner which is appropriate since his name is pronounced crook. Kruk...if you want to make this right, you know how to reach me. If you value your vehicle...do not bring it here. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!
