No transparency with repairs. Told me it would be done many times and failed to meet deadlines. Called to talk to manger and was told he doesn’t have time to deal with me. All and all wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here. To 4weeks to get 10hrs worth of work done. Unacceptable

Highly recommend Gurley Leep Collision center in Mishawaka. Was kept up to date on the repairs from start to finish. Customer service was nothing but great. Vehicle condition upon return was amazing. They took the time to clean up the vehicle and make sure the repairs were above and beyond any other place I have worked with in the past.

Bad customer service. Made multiple attempts to pick my truck up. They forgot to put gas in it after driving it to Elkhart to get work done on it through another shop. They tried to give it back without aligning the headlight saying its the best they could do. Then magically after i refused to pick it up like that they got it into alignment. You going to have to watch them very close. They dont care about you or you vehicle just that paycheck.

I highly recommend this shop. I received daily updates and the work was outstanding!

If I can give 0 I will. I bought my car at the Gurley Leep Nissan. So I thought it might be a wise decision to drop my car at the collision center for repair after an accident. I dropped my car there at January 21st, and today is March 6th！ It has been 46days and I still didn’t get my car back. The estimator told me there is a backordered part. Well, they didn’t tell me that when they start to do the repair. Instead they told me that when the promised date was passed. Now I am paying for a rental car, since they don’t give me a loaner car. Be aware of the back order parts issue.

I wish i could gave less than one star.We dropped our car off to get fixed when we came back to pick it up everything was missing out of our vehicle they unscrewed our dvd players from the back seat stole over 100 dvds, change, cologne, phone chargers. When confronted they said they arent responsible for anything that comes up missing.We know it was one of the workers since our car automatically locks after two minutes of being unlocked so it was who ever had the keys to our car.Thought we could trust them to fix our car and ended up getting robbed we shouldnt have to unscrew dvd players and everything just to get our vehicle serviced.

Went to get a wheel liner placed ordered part came next day went to get it replaced and there was a screw and bracket missing already spent 150 for parts and labor explained to service advisor there are parts missing he says it’s broke and needs replacement why didn’t you tell me that in the beginning when it was being replaced he says you can order it and get it fixed but we have to take the bumper and lights out for a wheel liner really then he says we can order it and it will be another 100 dollars I don’t know what kind of scam you running there went some where else and they can replace it for 40 dollars gurley keep in Mishawaka will never get anymore business from me

Gurley Leep to me has always been a standard bearer in auto service and now I can say the exact same thing about their collision/body shop.Ran into some delays due to weather conditions, explained my situation (rental car fees and such) and they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to have my car completed before weeks end.On top of all that, I am certain they actually cleaned the interior of my car. Not necessary, not expected but completely appreciated.If anything is wrong with your car, it makes funny noises or has a dent? Gurley Leep automotive group will take care of your problem, it may cost a little more than anyone else but as I state to my friends it is worth it for the PIECE OF MIND that everything was done RIGHT the first time.

Over spray all over the roof, they must have a blind person taping up the cars for paint. They also dropped my foglight. Ok stuff happens...been over two weeks to order it, should of ordered it myself I would of gotten it next day. Now Im waiting for them to get back to me and then they will fix the over spray til then I drive around with a mis matched foglight and white over spray on my red Subaru. Thank you

I caught Gurley Leep in a blatant lie that cost me around a $1000 more. Made several attempts to get the issue resolved through the manager at the service department who said he would take care of it. Its been over four months of contacting him and no resolution yet.

My 2013 Mercedes was damaged while in the Service Department. It was taken to the Body Shop and they did a HORRIBLE job...Over spray Everywhere, which happens, but my car is black, its not like you cant see it. It is still being repaired and they never get it right. Bruce the Manager is totally unapologetic. Pathetic
