Pros: I found the air freshener I love and can’t find at home anymore and bought 2.Cons: their diagnostic equipment wasn’t working (main reason for visit) and guy working “googled” the issues we said, giving us an improper answer by far. Don’t advise unless you’re sure and don’t advertise diagnostics if you don’t have anything working.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, great selection of aftermarket parts. They even have a display of lawnmower maintenance and small repair parts.

Kevin Morgan went above and beyond to help me diagnose and supply the parts to fix my sisters car during my recent visit. Even though short handed, he made the time to help ensure I felt comfortable attacking the repair. He obviously has a good automotive background vs a lot of parts stores counter help who can query the computer and fetch parts - period. Truly a pleasure, given the circumstances, and I highly recommend the Mishawaka Auto Zone!

Had an issue with my cars engine on the way home and pulled into the parking lot. Tech was happy to run their code reader real quick / take a look under the hood and correctly diagnosed it was an issue with the ignition coils.I ended up ordering replacement parts online later that day since they didnt have the OEM coils for my car in stock. Installing them solved my problem and got my car back to normal!Sadly, I cant remember the techs name but he was great!

Serpentine belt 3rd 1 in 3 weeks.bought both they had in stock at O Rileys. Cant tell what pully is causing this. Have to wait to order ldler pully and tensioner pully and bypassing a/c go from there. 22 year old vehicle so it nickel and dimes you every chance it gets.pullys are expensive,l expected 10 to 20 bucks. 1 is 160.00 before tax. At least the guy behind the counter was helpful. Bonus- clearance on heavy duty blue shop towels got 8 roll for 8 bucks. Great deal!!!

The lady that helped me get my parts for my truck was very polite and helpful they ordered what they didnt have for tomorrow Ill be picking up after work so I dont have to run around a bunch of different stores that makes a big difference and where I go and shop

Stopped in to test my battery and get a replacement. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was getting anxiety over having this done and they made it so simple. I appreciate the help and getting a good battery installed. I now know Ford battery placements are not cool. Thank you for being patient with me. 😉

Got a brake light, as usual I asked for them to pop it in really quick for me and was told I can do it myself because its cold outside. Looks like youre in the wrong field of business if you dont want to do your job. Pizza delivery drivers dont suddenly stay in their car and refuse to go up to every single door because its cold outside. I work outdoors every single day. Thats the job I signed up for. I do it. If u dont like it get a new job.

Came in looking for some license plate plugs for the front of my car as Jeffrey the manager came out several times to try and get an exact fitment for me. Even though they did not have a plug for the front of my car I really appreciate the time and effort Jeffrey had spent with me to find what I was looking for! Will not hesitate to come back again for my automotive needs as you have very helpful and willing employees at this location;) Highly Reccomended!

My experience at auto zone was not a good one today! Individuals that work cash registers should learn how to make change without the use of the Cash register. Maybe this will prevent them from short changing their customers. Done with auto zone!

I was trying to recycle some old batteries and they were cracked open and the manager Kevin said they weren’t allowed to be in the store and he would not take them. Very rudely I might add. I was just asking for an explanation as to why they weren’t allowed in the store and why he would not return them and he kept getting rude with me. Will not be returning here EVER. Go somewhere else for auto parts business.

I went in to purchase a new wiper blade. Turned into a horrible experience. I made the mistake of going into Dawns checkout line. I asked her if she did installations for wiper blades. She said, If I can get it off.Okay. That is part of your job working at an auto parts store. She tells me where to find the wiper blade, then I walk away to go get it off the shelf (it didnt look like she was going to help me get it). I walk back to her lane, she tells me if Im purchasing then I need to go to the other checkout register. I laughed and said okay?. So I get to this other register, I ask Melissa if she could install the new wiper blade for me. She actually tells me no, she said If you want to come back in an hour then I can install it but, right now I need to stay at the register. I say to her after I look around, It only takes a few minutes and you arent busy at this store, the parking lot is barely occupied. She didnt seem convinced enough to help this customer though.Dawn is the store manager, didnt feel like helping me. Melissa is a cashier who didnt want to help me. I had the exact same experience at this store over a year ago when I last visited. Horrible customer service! Improve your A-Game ladies and enjoy reading this.

Advanced Auto Parts is literally across the street, I recommend you go there and avoid this location at all costs. Even if your car breaks down in the AutoZone parking lot. Do. Not. Enter. Terrible experience!! The lady at the desk must hate her life because the way she treats customers is ridiculous. Its bad that advanced auto across the street knows her as devil woman. And every customer in there knew her as such as well. If i could have given this place a half of star that still would be too much. To the management: this is the kind of customer service you are after. Are you serious? I see a big problem with this. How is someone supposed to be confident in their purchase when they may not be mechanically inclined. Do something about this! If she doesnt like her job and the requirements for being in customer service, the unemployment line is hiring everyday.

Wanna give shout out to taylor w. Came into the store yesterday around 8pm with my daughter. Was greeted the second I opened the door and was helped by Taylor W. He went out of his way to help us figure out what was going on with her car found us the right part and told us exactly how to fix it. Went home and and got it fixed. People like him makes coming to AutoZone worth it!

I needed a new gas cap. I got fast service as usual, and the staff installed the strap that holds the gas cap on for me. (Lol - I knew how to install the gas cap!)

Like AutoZone. Normally get great service. Last few times in there, the staff seemed to busy to help. (One on the phone, another talking to a friend.) When I asked for help I was told u will have to get them yourself. Fuses... no worries I figured it out.

Went to AutoZone to get my battery check found out I had a dead cell they sold me a good battery put it in for me and also tested my alternator to make sure it was good and it was I love AutoZone

They had an expired rebate for wipers posted near the wipers. After buying the wipers and having them installed, the salesperson tools me that the rebate was expired. He made no effort to make it right or to offer anything other than a very insincere apology. Im a long time customer but I guess Ill start taking my business to OReilly or Advance.

Always have an issue with the female manager. Shes tried on several different occasions not to honor warranties on several different items including a battery that was less than a year old. She has a very bad attitude and very rude. I literally have came seconds away from punching her in the face when she called me a liar even tho I had receipt and was in their computer system. I reported her to corporate but they obviously didnt do anything cause shes still there. Basically if shes working I wont even go inside
