I paid ten thousand dollars for a car worth about 4.5k. Thats the median on kbb. There was enough wrong with it (broken windshield and headlight assembly, gnarly dent, plenty of rust spots, broken stereo screen, non working parking sensors) to justify a shot for the lower range on that price, but it is what it is. They included in the price the 1,500 dollar warranty and some gap insurance, of which I will see none of the refund. Oh, if youre keeping score, the bank fees for a car I financed for two months is the remaining $2,000. Cherry on top, I waited like 10 minutes in the office to pick up the spare key, which is broken open and missing the buttons. You paying cash? No worries. Otherwise? Youre better off at Headers.

Poor management. The employ i talked with was nice and and everything. But the owner should find a new line of work . Because he insnt into making sales apparently. Driving cars on the website for sale as his personal vehicle and wont even give a timeframe to the employee of when he will have the car back when someone was going to buy it. Straight knucklehead..

This place has very good cars for sale, and the owner and Image motors staff are awsome . I purchased a lincoln 2 years ago and still have it, and iwould reccomend anyone looking for a nice vehicle to go chek out image motors

Politely told me that the car I was interested in was not what I want, no matter which I asked about. They did not have a reliable car for under $5K

Marc was a VERY nice guy. He doesnt come out and harrass you like just about EVERY other salesman does when youre just browsing. They have many great cars to choose from! I was looking at a nissan altima that he allowed me to take to a shop to make sure was in good condition and they mechanic said it was one of the cleanest cars hes seen in a while and with no problems. I did however go with another vehicle simply because i liked the color and had new tires on it but i would highly recomend this place to anyone and would happily buy my future cars from here!
