There was no point where I felt pressured to buy and the entire team at Jordan made the process as easy as it could be. At other traditional dealers I’ve gone to, there’s so much competition between salespeople to lock down the deal that it’s off-putting to the customer. I spent an hour in the comfortable waiting room while my oil was changed and my tire rotated. I was told precisely how much time it would take. The price was reasonable and all members of the staff I spoke with we’re pleasant, helpful, and informative. Everyone we dealt with was WONDERFUL! There was no high pressure from anyone, and the fact they sell all cars at the invoice price totally eliminated all the games and haggling one must normally deal with to purchase a new car. Overall Service was great! They sent us a text saying our filters needed replaced even though we had them down a few months ago with them. What made me walk away feeling weird was when I walked up to pick my van and saw two men sitting inside the front seats with the lights on. When I asked the worker she didn’t know what I was talking about. It ended up that a different customer and worker were about to jump it thinking it was their and it wouldn’t start. Didn’t notice it wasn’t theirs with car seats in the back…This means my van was sitting out in the parking lot unlocked and who knows how long they were sitting out there in my van with the lights and doors open. Good thing I showed up when I did and they didn’t jump my battery or run my battery down…

Noticed that my warning ⚠️ came on saying my right the rear tire pressure is low. I put air in it, but the warning didnt go away. Took it in to Jordan Toyota to be checked. Had a nail in the side wall of tire which couldnt be fixed. They ordered a new one in. Came back and they installed the new tire. Service was great, price of the new tire was great and the gentleman who took care of me was awesome!

Jordan has been in the family for new cars and repairs. But they do need to work on price quotes. Just had transmission flush. But I stopped in and quote was $ 217.00 then I made appointment and it was $ 253.00 then after service $ 233.00 . But overall Jordan Toyota is a great place to buy new and used vehicles.

John Pickard is OUTSTANDING! Always takes time to interact, not just professionally but also on a personal basis. He always tries to find ways to save me a few dollars (I thought I needed a wheel alignment because of a slight pull to the left; he recommended rotating the tires instead. Problem solved!). And on top of everything else, the work is usually finished in less time than quoted. I actually look forward to bringing my car in for maintenance at Jordan Toyota, and John is a big reason for that positive feeling.

My car has been there twice for the same noise coming from my brakes. This time I wanted the pads changed, they told me the drum was oblong and that was probably the problem. $400 more and STILL the same noise when I apply my brakes. PLEASE REFER ME TO A COMPETENT MECHANIC

On 5/5/21 I took my 2010 Toyota Avalon in for routine maintenance . The appointment had been made without difficulty at a convenient time. I communicated with Justin both by text and over the phone. There were a couple problems to discuss. It is an older car with about 75000 miles on it. There is a problem with a power steering fluid leak. The repair would cost several thousand dollars because of the labor and parts. He pointed out a much less expensive alternative. The tires also are going to need replacement. He suggested waiting a few months when Jordan would be having a tire sale. More importantly he took the time to look up the age of the tires and said that there is still tread warranty available and that there should be a discount in addition to the sale.I guess that is “the Jordan way.”Thank you, Justin

Service is always good, the service managers are friendly and polite. I just don’t see why it took an hour and a half for a regular maintenance appointment. Oil change, air filter, check fluids and tires. An hour and a half?
