I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience of buying (leasing) a vehicle from Josh Hornor and Shane Orr at Gurly Leep Nissan.I normally dread having to go through the whole process every three years, but these two gentlemen made it as quick, easy and painless as it could possibly be. Everything was done through text and email, I still haven’t ever even been to the dealership. Despite having gotten in a vehicle specifically for me, I was never made to feel pressured and the patience that Josh exhibited could be described as saint-like. Shane delivered my car to my office with everything ready to go, after some signatures and a check the transaction was complete. Before leaving, he stood in the freezing rain to make sure that I knew how everything worked, that my phone was connected to the vehicle and even that the sound system was adjusted perfectly... did I mention that it was 32° and raining while he stood outside, making sure that I was in the car and warm? He even set up the Nissan account for me and made sure to have my maintenance scheduled, something little that saved me time and likely frustration that really impressed me.From beginning to end, a process that is normally torturous was easy, with quick and clear communication from salesmen who were friendly and seemed to truly car about me, not the sale. It was free of games with no hidden or last minute fees and expenses. To the contrary, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my maintenance is included in the lease. How many people can say that they get a good surprise resulting in saving money at the last minute when purchasing a vehicle? I really couldn’t be more pleased. Late this year, another family member’s lease will be up and the following September my daughter will turn 16, I’ll definitely be doing business with them when those times come, they’ve earned a lifelong family of customers.

The finance department misrepresented the “wrap around bumper to bumper warranty” when they omitted the fact that I would be financing an extra $3450 for said aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty. Only upon trading the vehicle in six months/3k miles later, did I find out I was in fact charged/financed for an aftermarket warranty. The general manager and the finance department both responded by stating; “well you signed the papers”, I sent an email to the general manager requesting documentation of the “deal” on the vehicle and left a voice mail, no response. When the pay structure of the finance manager is incentivized (meaning they benefit financially) to up sell warranties, its no wonder they omit or misrepresent material facts. Had I known I was being charged for this extra warranty I would have declined. This is shameful behavior expected from a no name shady used car lot.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I took a extra rim for new tires. And kept one rim that was scuffed up with tire. Ask them to put in back so I could save it . When I pick up the wagon it was dirtier than I left it. So I asked to wash it. He was nice and did it. I look in the car and the tire was on the back Seatand smashed box. Not in the box. So I put box and tire in the back hatch. I was not very happy. Doesn’t seem to be so professional no more. 2 days I had to repeat what I wanted done. Like he forgot. I didn’t say anything one time. Because my wife took it in. For a oil change. And I didn’t notice. But there was a cover over her lock and it was missing. It was the color of the car gold. So now I watch everything. Sorry I have never complained before anywhere.

My experience was EXCELLENT! The salesman Philip Hall that assisted my husband and I worked with us and our budget, along with his management team. It was the easiest and most fun Ive ever had buying a car. I will not be going anywhere else!

Oil change was done as well as allignment and tire rotation. I get my vehicle back and notice that my brakes have a grind to it in the rear and my front left shock is creaking like jt needs replaced.... a multipoint inspection should have been completed as well.... if that’s the case how is it that it was not noticed for either of those things? It is very frustrating to specifically deal with the dealership on the service side. Not only did I get up charged on my vehicle when jt should have been 19999 it was bumped to 24k almost and that was t fixed.... now I have to deal with outside sources for repairs as I can’t trust jt will be looked at correctly.

Was having issues with the front end of my rough, took my SUV in for repairs and the service team went over and beyond finding and fixing my suv...my machinac even stayed after his shift was over to finish the job on my Rouge and to be honest you dont ever get that kind of service elsewhere...wish I knew his name. But that next morning my machinac test drove my suv and soon after I was returning my rental and back into my Rouge. Thank you Gurley Leep Mishawaka Indiana. You guys are the best. !!!! Jacob was my contact and his availability, and kindness were extremely exceptional. I fealt I was deceived into getting more money out of my service. I was told 2 sensors were out and my alternator tested ok. So I agreed to get the sensors replacedAfter the sensors were replaced and $853 later I recieved a call that my alternator was not testing high enough. I didnt want to get it replaced there because I no longer trusted their service. Which was the problem from the start. Approximately 150 miles later I came into the same issue my car stopped. Also Gurley leap didnt honor a different nissans coupons. I will insure to take whatever steps or losses to not come to that establishment again. Even if Gurley-leep is closer.

Scheduled online oil change and tire rotation. The process was very easy. After scheduling I immediately Was contacted and asked about needing a ride while getting service. I arrived, got right in and waited. Coffee and WiFi made it easy to wait. The people were very friendly and helpful. While I was waiting I received a text message from service department telling me if there was anything I needed or if I had questions to just text. Thank you for a wonderful and easy experience.

I purchased a car less than 2 months. I took my car in for service and was told there was an issue with my brakes and rotors. After that I get this quote for almost $400!!! With no understanding of why I would need to pay anything!!!! Gurley Leep prides themselves on this check point of the cars, however that was missed!!!! And when I spoke to the sales person, I was told drive the car and do what makes me feel comfortable!!! Seriously!!!!!!????!!!?? When I picked my car up it is making more noise than before!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT GURLEY LEEP NISSAN. I bought a Nissan Rogue on 10/14/2020 from David Colvin. When I was looking at the car I noticed some spots where the paint was chipped. I asked David if they could get me a paint pen to touch up the spots, he said sure. Upon signing the paperwork David told me the paint pen would be ordered and he’d call me in a couple days. It’s been over 3 weeks and I have not heard from David. I left multiple texts and emails and he will not reply. They make promises and don’t follow through. Don’t buy a car here. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
