Great saleman, fantastic pricing with super nice cars

Very nice and helpful people, great service. They helped me get a great deal for my daughter’s first car. Very happy, I recommend this place.

We bought my daughters first car here today after looking in person and online for weeks. We had a very set budget and were having a hard time finding something decent and affordable that wasnt filthy, rusty, damaged or didnt have like 200k miles. But this place actually had several very nice cars on their lot in our price range with relatively low mileage for the age of the vehicle. You do have to move fast if you see something you like, because their cars are priced reasonably and they go quick. But they didnt rush me on vetting the car a little more carefully since its for a new teen driver. They were honest and super easy to deal with, with no hard sells or BSing us around. Thank you to Qusay for staying late to do our paperwork so we could take the car home tonight. Also, their mechanic noticed the car we drove in was missing the emblem and they put it on for no charge just because they had an extra one. They are really nice people and they bent over backwards to get us all taken care of. When we need another used car, I will definitely check here first.

On a Saturday I called about a vehicle for sale and got no answer. Then I messaged them on Facebook through the add they listed. They replied it was available. I asked when I could see it. They said Tuesday I then asked if I could place a deposit to hold it. I never received an answer. Tuesday soon as they opened I called and I was told someone came to see it yesterday and sale is pending. I would have been there long before this person but was told I could not see it until Tuesday... I was then told if they haven’t taken it by noon I could come for it. I called back at noon they said if they don’t come by the end of the day it’s mine. I called again at the end of the day got no answer. Called the following morning and no answer. Called a hour later no answer but this time a text back stating can’t talk now what’s up. I texted back who I was and inquired again about the vehicle. No answer after that. I’m not sure if it’s still for sale or not but I’m done with them. There are so many ways they handled this entire situation wrong. Terrible communication I can’t imagine how they manage to sell vehicles. Not a very professional place.

Went to go look at a car we found online. Lets just say the photographer knew how to avoid the bad spots. The car looked shiny and new on the website, but was beat up, rusty and badly dented in person. There was a metal object sticking out of one tire, and pieces falling off. All the cars on the lot looked junk yard ready. Not to mention, we were there for 10 minutes during business hours, and no one came out to greet us.

Great place to buy a used car and be confident in your purchase. I hear the place is going through management restructure to meet growth.
