Ive had a handful of Bad, Negative experiences here.AVOID this place if possible. I know of people that live on the same block as this place, and refuse to go there.

Just disappointed there was hardly any product on the store shelves but I also know this 7/11 just reopened.

Its a 7 eleven. I havent had any problems. It is a convience store / gas station, not sure what people are expecting. Seems like people complain as if they are expecting this to be a high-end establishment with amazing customer service. Other then the over-concern with just having a mask on (regardless if it is worn correctly) it isnt that bad of a place.

When this store will open again? On google it appears as open for the public but the physical store is closed perhaps over a month ago?

I need whipped topping at the spur of the moment and it was all expired.

This place is an absolute joke. If you need gas just go to citgo on Lincolnway if you don’t need gas go to Mr. Fresh.

I work in news but if I want to know the word on the street i go to this 7/11 and ask the cashier what the tea is.

Went there Thursday and today to get gas for lawn mower and propane for the grill and its closed

If I could give this 7-11 0 stars I would! I have NEVER experienced the complete lack of customer service that I received today. I’ll start taking my business elsewhere.-From a regular, daily customer that lives down the street.

Went in with my mouth and nose covered since it said that was required for service. Also the door said no reusable cups. I get my snack and soda. Get to check out, they wont serve me because it wasnt a properly quality face mask. Also the person behind was a cop and had reused there reusable cup but that was ok? Still against the CDC laws but they didnt care about that. Very rude.

Trash service, horrible cleanliness, awful employees, they say they are following the health departments “laws” but then turn around and cook food in the nastiest store in Mishawaka. (Just look at the shelves in the coolers). Stay away and spend your hard earned money some place else!!

EVERY TIME! I come to 7/11 i have a terrible experience. This place just need to be closed down, horrific customer service. I needed to take my daughter to the restroom and I was told No and blocked. My daughter had an ACCIDENT on herself because of this selfish ignorance! I understand it’s an employee restroom... but can you have some damn compaction for a parent and her child. After that i didn’t even buy what i needed. I just walked out!!!!!

This location needs a new manager and staff out of five random 7-Eleven stores I called for a price check on one item THIS STORE would not allow it. Then I went in personally to get the item and a manager Stacy and her co-LADY FRIEND /worker was VERY unfriendly more so her co-worker smiling while being extremely disrespectful and rude as my walking OUT THE DOOR... Its a good thing I was NOT a mystery shopper the store would have ranked below the one star Im allowed to give them now.

I am a independent comedy video producer.I went to this store out of convenience.I bought a can of coffee and a box of sugar.My total was $9.08. I understand convenient pricing.I stopped by the coffee station and picked up 5 single creamers.Upon reaching the check out, the FLUNKY behind the counter informed me that the creamers were $.05 apiece!To this I said what I was going to spend on my items.Not to mention what they were!I asked if he would have charged me had I bought a cup of coffee for $1.49?He quickly said, No!Where is the logic in that?!I went home and made a video!I will post the link here when its done.SHAME ON YOU!!

Staff is always great. Always super clean. Good selection of hot food.

I been to this location a lot and the staff was rude and they don’t go by the prices on any of their items for instance I bought 2 20oz pop and 2 pieces of pizza and the guy was like that be 675 I said but yet on their window and door on pop area it said buy 2 20oz Pepsi or Mountain Dew and 2 pieces of pizza meal deal for $4 the employee said I don’t believe you and I said go check the door and he tried saying oh that’s a old sign he tried arguing with me and I almost walked out without anything.very rude.

They sold me a broken car charger, I went right back in and they said no exchanges or refunds, that even if broke I still bought it and so it is mine. Excuse me?!? I reached into the bin and exchanged it anyway :/

I will NEVER go there ever again. I moved to the area last April and was there almost every day never had any issues. But the last three months or so I avoid that place like the plague. They have hired a lot of new people and they are all SO rude. The black girl working there is extremely rude. I walked in and walked right up to the counter to buy cigarettes and she walked away. Did not say anything, she could have said I will be right with you or even hang on a minute but no, nothing! So I waited patiently for her to be done doing what ever she was doing and then she just stood there and stared at me with an attitude, did not even say anything. I then told her what I wanted and she again with attitude said Camel what? So I repeated myself, she grabs them forcefully puts them on the counter with my receipt rolls her eyes and then walks away. I will not be going back, I work in customer service and would not act like that. I pride myself in being a friendly person. I did not treat her poorly or anyone for that matter because I know how terrible it is to have to deal with rude customers. And I choose not to deal with rude cashiers, this is not the first incident at this location. So from now on I am taking my business to Marathon which is a little out of my way, but worth it. Word to the wise AVOID this place!

Its your very basic 7-eleven. Fairly small, no bells and whistles and looks like its been an eternity since its had a thorough cleaning / remodel.

Let me tell you what I think I think of this store... went in this morning for a pack of smokes, this young Afician American boy ( I think he has alittle disability). Lady (The Manager TRACY) at the counter said you dont have enough money for that. So I said Ill get it for him. Mind you its raining and he looked hungry, Im sure hes on his way to school in soaking wet cloths. Well Heres were it get ugly, she looked at me and said Dont Do That ! He does this every morning! Ok first of all dont tell me I cant help a kid out and second dont tell me how I can spend my money.... the poor kid... you dont know this kid you dont know what its like at home, have some compassion... I am so pissed at her the way she treated this poor kid....yes I will be calling corporate and telling them just what I thought about this morning.... And Yes I did get him what he wanted and he Thanked me. What a sweet little boy.

Love the location HATE THE PARKING. Ask for receipts here is all im saying.

Not really happy about speaking to a owner! Very rude. Plus the parking sucks!

It smells like I dont even know what in here. Its nasty though. Avoid at all costs. Even our pop bottles smelled like the smell.

Some times there is a fellow working at night, seems slightly crazy and usually complaining and negative

Most of the employees are nice enough. The prices are a bit much though.
