I could get in and out quickly for gas. Appreciated the location

They have pizza and sandwiches, doughnuts, coffee, pop, junk food, all kinds of other cooler drinks.I even even bought a quart of oil even though it was almost $5. Worth it to me not to have to schlep alllllll the way to the back of the Wal-Mart store for one item.If you sign up for FE Perks, its 3 cents off per gallon all the time, sometimes 10 cents off. Coupons every month, random free doughnuts, free drink in the month of your birth.Always clean and well lit. Easily available. Keep it up FE!!!

I really like family express but their cravins food selection has not been very good since Covid hit. There’s also a lady there that completely barricades sections of the store off to customers with wet floor signs a half hour or so before closing time. Also, another lady closes the bathrooms before closing time. I understand that the lights and registers are on a power timer and shut off at closing time. The timers should really be adjusted so that the workers can clean the store when closed. Better yet, how about no timers at all?

Usually a great pit stop but it’s unfortunately clear that they are struggling to find decent help. Cashier was very rude when asked about the bathrooms. I Needed to take my niece in to use it and she said the bathrooms were closed. I asked if she was gonna open back up after cleaning and she said no they’re closed for the night we close at 11. I said it’s 10:15 she said well I close the bathrooms at 10. Completely unprofessional and rude.

I just want to let everyone know crystal refused service to my boyfriend and his sister because there mixed. When I called her and asked her what the issue was she told me she could refused service to anyone.

This is by far the cleanest gas station I have ever been to. The sanitizer, the options to use plastic to open the door. I am impressed! Great job!I wish all gas stations/stores were as on top of it like your store is.

Worst of the surrounding family Express. Took 25$ of winning lotto tickets in to cash and the cashier told me she didnt have 25 bucks in the drawer at 6 oclock in the evening. Seemed like she just wanted to be lazy. Dont waste your time with this rude service

Breakfast pizza and sand which’s super tasty. Snack foods tasty, drinks on point whit all diff options especially 0sugar ones. But muffins I’m going to have to say kinda disappointing. I’ve tried a variety just to make sure it was the particular flavor but every muffin super dry and almost stale. Other than that love this place.

Very nice place. Always very clean and tidy. Donuts were fresh, plentiful and of good variety. We stop at one of these every time we are in town, and are never dissatisfied.

Since when is a cashier not allowed to make change for a customer? I understand not being able to open your drawer without a transaction but the gentleman next in line was paying cash and she couldve gave me change for the $20 I had but she still insisted that she can not do that. What? I think this store needs to revamp their customer service skills! Thank you Nick(customer behind me in line) for making change for me out of your own money!

Friendliest service I have got anywhere especially at a service station. Greeted as you walk in wow so nice. Very clean and spacious. Wish I lived closer would go all the time.

Stopped by during a little road trip. Pretty clean and nice. Parking lot is easy to navigate!

Big difference in staff members... When we pull in at 5:30 a.m., I can tell by who is working wether it will be a pleasant experience or not.

This store has been constantly not openimg when its suppose to. If you cant open on time you should change your hours so people dont waste their time going there and can go somewhere where they do.
