Was visiting from out of town and stopped In to grab some essentials. Store appeared to be well organized and clean. Employees were stocking or checking out customers. I asked where a few things were located and they were delightful and pointed me in the right direction.Thanks for the help and kindness it goes along way.

Cheap and full of fun things to buy.

I have visited the store on Merrifield Ave. In Mishawaka, Indiana over 10 times over the past month. Key holder Betty, is always very prompt and kind to every customer! Including myself! I really appreciate her patience, and helpful nature when Im seeking out certain items to purchase. Her wonderful attitude, is what keeps me returning to this particular location. This is a good store to get name brand items at a fair price. I got a large tube of Colgate whitening toothpaste for $1. They also have some great sales. The Christmas clearance was good.

This store offers a large selection of low quality merchandise at a low price. The staff is run down, they clearly need a little spunk in their step. I think the problem that Dollar General has is they are trying to be too much and not enough of what people want them to be.

The manager was friendly and helpful even though she was by her self doing all the work for the whole store. She could have had an attitude cause she wasnt having a great day but instead she made me have a better day!

DG is just one of those handy stores if you need to pick up a few things, they have a good selection at decent prices.

I use to do all my buisiness at this location but Ive had such a horrible experience with a older lady, shes snippy and answers question as if Im completely ignorant or just completely ignore me. Very dissatisfied and uncomfortable

People are very nice and helpful. Used this store regularly for past 3 years. Somewhat disorganized. Sale and discount items are not priced or organized at ALL. Bathroom has been out of order for at least 3 YEARS! Has big fridge and freezer section., and a lot of drugstore items at very good lower prices! Also get large amount of gardening items compared to other DG stores Ive used. Staff has always been very nice. Busy store. Corporate should invest in revamping this tired location.

I normally love the Dollar General. They have good prices and it quick easy stop on the go. This one in particular I will avoid returning too due to the rude and unhelpful staff& the stores overall organization was horrible. I couldnt find anything. Everything was out of place or not stocked at all.

Visited here and my daughter got hurt. She cut her hand open on a broken shelf. The staff was so friendly and helped me take care of it.. gave me everything I needed. But I only did 4 stars because when I reported it broken no one fixed it.

Store was too crowded with products still on carts. Could not get down aisles or reach some products due to this. Employees were rude and complained about his job the whole time he rang up what little purchases I was able to reach. Employees acted as if you were putting them out to do their jobs. Will not be returning.

I want to be clear about which dollar store Im talking about. There are two I go to.1. On South Michigan THE WORST STORE IVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE, UNDER ANY NAME,ANYWHERE. The store is always filthy, disorganized,and noisey at the check out. Never any baskets or carts. This is no exaggerating EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE BEEN THERE (approx. 20 because of convienence) the ilse are full of boxes. They never seem to get unloaded. And theyre blocking the items in the shelves. You cant even shop for anything. Please, anyone reading this, go there any Thursday between 6-7pm. Mgt must be on something as well as corporate to think this is close to acceptable. Ive seen litter boxes in better shape. Dont get me started on the rude, anti- customer employees. Picture a college dorm room after a wild party, with a cash register.SHAME ON MGT SHAME ON CORPORATE!!2 Store on Lincoln way is a pleasure to shop in. All bases covered a 10 out of 10.

Well Dollar General store isnt like it used to be. Its place is always dis- organized and messy, some things are always over priced and the employees arent always friendly. And this is not just 1 located it at several.
