Requested an estimate online and it was a super simple and easy process. Tonight we met with Lance and he was great! Super nice, patient, answered all of our questions! I feel super comfortable reaching back out to him with questions. The only thing I would suggest is having more photos of projects and finished projects. Although we didn’t take the step forward tonight, when we are ready we will reach out to Lance! I highly recommend him!

Lance was my salesman and was very helpful and definitely believed in the product he was selling. He answered all my questions and did not pressure me to make a purchase. Siding my home is a huge investment and he understood that. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We ordered windows and gave a deposit of half of the amount as required. It as been over 5 months. None of the stores or corporate headquarters will answer there phones! This is not how you do business. So disappointed in this company.

I do not recommend this company. No communication from them and was treated as if my house was just another number for them. Can not reach anybody on the phone it is all voicemails. unless you want to schedule an appointment. I looked up other reviews where champion customer service gave a number to call them and that’s a voicemail service. I signed the contract and was reassured of their service for the three days you have to cancel then nothing they took half my payment and going on four weeks now nothing. They have not measured the house to order material or to get on the list for installation. I have now notified the store in Mishawaka and my salesman both I want to cancel my contract. I’m waiting to get my thousands of dollars they took back. The salesman Howard did a good job. But their service is horrible. And Brandon at the Mishawaka store is is a liar. Never again will I ever try to use them.

The project manager came on time and reviewed all of the details for the 3-Season-Room that we are having constructed. He answered all of our questions and provided examples and explanations.N. J. FreudenburgElkhart, Indiana

3.5 months later and still not installed. I have one restriction due to having to be home for install. I am local truck driver. I am still on hold (phone) as I write this review. I will be making a stop payment on check and cancel order of 4 windows. Was looking to do total of 9 windows. But no with this company.

I do not recommended this company these pictures are of there finished product. Let alone the disaster that they caused to my house broke my brand new air condition unit sprayed foam over my entire garage. I have had 8 windows installed it was done very professionally, And I love my windows. I am now waiting for 2 windows to finish off my porch and a exterior door.

We have previously used Champion Windows in the past. The quality was excellent. They came through on their warranty as promised. This afternoon we met with Harold. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with us to get the best windows at the best price. The only thing I do not like about Champion is that they only offer discounts if you sign that day. However, since we knew the quality of their product, we felt comfortable making the purchase.

We learned about Champion windows from Harold this evening. This was our 3rd window presentation and we had done some homework on windows as best we could. We felt like the Champion window was a noticeably better quality window than others and we thought the warranty was solid. We thought the appearance of the window was aesthetically pleasing. We thought the heat lamp demonstration showing the efficiency of the window was impressive, although wed like to see it again to make sure it wasnt a smoke and mirrors trick. We didnt like that to lock in the quoted price we had to sign this evening as that seems like a high pressure technique that just has a bad gut feeling. But in the end, we do feel like we have ordered quality windows at a fair price for what we think well be getting. Harold was personable and knowledgeable. We are excited about our new windows and are hoping everything goes smoothly and the windows and installation live up to our expectations.

Harold came to our home with all the information needed to reside our home. He is very professional and upfront on which products might be best for our home. After trying to get siding installed for over a year I wish we would have got in touch with Harold first. Anyone that wants to get their house resided needs to get ahold of Harold with Champion. Their products are of extremely high quality and Harold is terrific at explaining the advantages.

Update 7/15/21 - FINALLY our windows have been installed. This process started on October. Here we are 9 months later! Asked for a discount on our final payment of at least $500.00 for this escapade, only to be told, we dont give discounts. NEVER EVER again will we use, OR RECOMMEND, Champion Windows. The condo we stayed at in Florida on vacation had Champion Windows in them. Very poor quality and could hear the wind blowing through them! VERY DISSATISFIED!! And we talked to, and emailed, the corporate office more than once, to no avail. They would not work with us to make this right.12/3/2020 - email sent to Champion Windows salesman asking him to ensure the Manager at the Mishawaka office got the email.On 11-14-20, our installation of eight windows was done by Tom and Adam.  They filled out an Installation Service Detail sheet for items to be finished.1)   The front picture window is too big by 1/4. The windows were installed, but we cant open the windows.  A new window is supposed to be getting ordered, but we havent had any communication about when.2)   One of the awning screens has a wrinkle in it that needs to be replaced.3)   Were missing three screens.5)   Theres a big dent in the middle of the aluminum ledge on the picture window outside.6)   The right front window of the picture window inside is bent where the window opens at the bottom.  It appears to have been dropped.7)   We had to put our shutters back up.8)   NEW ITEM - The new bathroom window is not sealed (has air coming through it).  Husband had to build a frame to put plastic up and we had to put a blanket over the window all winter to keep the cold air out.Talked to Brandon on 3/25 at the Mishawaka office. He said he would look into this and get back to me promptly. Still waiting on that today.WE ARE NOT HAPPY!!

Predatory company stay away. They talked my wifes elderly parents into signing a contract for 8 windows at almost 10k when they only needed some sealing work around 2 of them. The house is only worth about 50k. They wont respond to any calls about cancelling the service. Stay away from these people their sales guys have absolutely no morals whatsoever.

Very comprehensive run through of all the products. During the quote process he helped us go through multiple options to get us to a price we were comfortable. The quality of windows is far above what you can get from big box stores or other local providers. Will look to use in future if we replace sliding doors and siding!

We called champion windows because we had purchased there windows 14 yrs ago and needed 3 new windows and some warranty work done. Harold Johnson was our sale rep we got the best rep champion has. Also Champion warranty is AWESOME they also repaired 2 windows with cracks no charge no questions after 14 years. The cracks were not because of poor quality rock damage. You might be able to find cheaper windows but you will get exactly that CHEAPER WINDOWS do not do this Champion Windows are not that much more in price but what you get for them will LAST and pay you back in energy $$ and peace of mind if anything goes wrong.. We had our first 11 windows done by Champion Windows 2 years ago, and the service was amazing. From the first initial quote to installation, everything was timely and professional. They answered every question we had. We had the final 14 windows measured and priced today. Mike V. was awesome! He was very professional and friendly. He had some great recommendations for some problem areas. We will have a total of 25 Champion windows in our 145 year-old home, and we couldnt be more pleased!

Have been trying to get my door fixed for 6 months now. They want you to use their website to submit a request but they never call. If you try calling them you get the run around. This will be the last product I buy from them.

Very pleased with our new 3 season room. Terry and Enrique did an outstanding job of getting the job done. They ran into a few unexpected problems with construction but that wasn’t a problem for them. We think the quality of the materials is top shelf. I would definitely recommend Champion Windows of South Bend. The only down side was that installation was to be around Labor Day and it wasn’t started until the middle of October. It was worth the wait.

We just have to express the extreme satisfaction that we have after our window installation! Tom, our installer is a magician with obvious skill and pride in his work. We were also very impressed that he did it all (14 windows!) on his own. The product is everything Lance explained them to be and we couldnt be more pleased with our investment!!

Management has been very incompetent in regards to addressing and fixing a warranty issue for 5 months now. Communication has been extremely poor and calls/emails go unanswered. No one from the local office has reached out to help.

Order placed in May. Installed INCORRECTLY in July. Its been 20 weeks! They say 6-8. ALL phone numbers direct to the 800 number. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Theres no way to contact anyone once job is started. They say they will send an email but no one gets back to you. Dont believe their response below.*UPDATE* Window final fixed after 26 weeks! 18-20 WEEKS LONGER than job was supposed to take. It took 2 additional weeks to get them to call me back about payment. No discounts or apologies ever give for delay. Oh and the person calling told me the windows are ordered and that they would install them soon. I had to tell him that they did that 2 weeks ago.

We had windows installed by Champion and had a rattling noise coming from one of them. I set up an appointment and when Nathan came out the window did not rattle, figures! The next day the window rattled and I sent Nathan a video of the rattle. He came out within an hour and fixed the rattle in the dark. Nathan had great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Service guys like Nathan make spending a little extra for windows well worth it. Ive never met Nathan before, but if ever needed service again I will request for him. Sean was great! Very thorough on his demonstrations, and we werent even expecting as much information as we recieved. In the 2 hours he spent in our home it did not feel like we were under any kind of sales pitch or obligation to make any purchase. We plan to order additional windows and possibly doors in the future based on todays consultation, as long as the final product/warranty does what Sean explained it does we will 100% continue to purchase with Champion.

Champion Windows was exactly what I was looking for, Quality, Professionalism, Experienced sales and service installation. Lance Knapp was kind, concerned, and took the time to explain the options from a sales perspective and Steve was my installer, 13 years of experience and the installation was perfect. They completely cleaned up after the installation. Highly recommended and love the lifetime warranty.

The windows are lifetime warranted and thats for even if a screen gets a whole in it. The first two years cost nothing. After two years its only the cost of their service trip which is under a $100. The men that came out were very thorough. They cleaned up everything as they went. And our windows and door are wonderful!

We got a roof in March of 2017...Nothing but problems several leaks always took several phone calls to get them to come fix it and now the last leak in oct of 2019 damaged my ceiling inside my home! Leaked again in Jan of 2020 and even soaked my insulation above bathroom. They fixed the roof but still waiting to hear about inside fix. I call and get no response or one manager got rude and said he wanted to wait a few weeks make sure the leak is fixed...been over 3 months. Can we say BBB coming soon!! Im fed up!!
