How hard can it be to order a window? Turns out there is a great deal more to it than this DIYer imagined. Here I received prompt, professional help with my one-window vintage bathroom remodel project. Gabrielle Kinder jumped in and patiently answered my technical questions and walked me through my options. As a result I got exactly the window I hoped to find, and ordered it with a high degree of confidence in getting what I expected. Installation was highly professional. Everything was manufactured, delivered and installed on time. Well worth the money to work with these pros!

We are so pleased with our new windows. We had a challenging area in kitchen but they did a truly wonderful job. They said it would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. The cleanup was complete. The whole process was more than we could have hoped for. And we love the new windows too. Special thanks to Chad (salesman) and Ryan (installer).

I moved into a house in 2018 that had a room without screens. They windows were by Pella, so I assumed I could call them up and order some replacement screens. The service rep I spoke to only asked for the glass dimensions and nothing else. The screens totaled almost $300 and nobody ever came to do actual measurements of the windows/frames.I signed the quote and received the screens, but they were too large vertically and horizontally. Unfortunately, Pella has a NO RETURN policy, so Im out almost $300. Their response was they could give me 50% off but would need more measurements and pictures. Im confused why these additional measurements and pictures werent asked for initially.Moral of the story - be careful before you buy. Work with a company that will do it correctly the first time. Im stuck with these screens now, and am going to have to reach out to local businesses that might be able to help adjust them to fit correctly.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: After speaking with a different customer service representative, they had someone come out to our house and properly measure and design new screens at no cost. I very much appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help out their customers. I apologize for taking so long to update my review, but the screens are perfect and well likely use Pella in the future for other window needs.

We needed to replace two windows that failed after 30 years. Taylor was our sales rep from Pella. She was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable on their product. She made the process very painless. She followed through from the order all the way to completion to ensure our satisfaction.Now that its all done and installed, we are very happy with how the windows look. They have definitely made engineering improvements compared to our original 30 year old Pella windows, so I think well be able to enjoy them for years to come.

The Pella representative (Gabrielle K) came to our home on time and presented the product and installation in a timely manner.She was polite, knowledgeable and very helpfulwith making the choices we wanted in designing our new front door! Sold us a door. Had two people come out and take measurements. Accepted our money and then a week later said we had to have a different frame and it would be almost $1000 more because it would now be a custom door. Basically changed the terms of the sale after taking our money and then would not stand by the agreement. The doors might look good but the company was very untrustworthy. So if youre looking to make a deal.... Be careful!

Buyer Beware! Ive never experienced such ineffectiveness,poor coordination, or low quality of work. My elderly mother ordered and paid for IN FULL IN CASH in MAY from Lowes in Mishawaka, IN. It is now September and they have informed us that they are waiting on YOU for parts of my mothers front window and told us it would be at least another week. This is beyond unacceptable and yall should be ashamed of treating your elderly customers this way. Not only has it been FOUR MONTHS for one window but it was returned to you due to inaccurate measurements and recently the flanges that actually hold the window to the home were, for some reason not applied to the window that was dropped off THREE WEEKS AGO. I feel like my mother was victimized and swindled by you AND LOWES. If I could give you zero stars I would.
