I started contacting Wayne at Lithia Ford via email. He was very helpful. Later that day we moved to phone conversation to discuss a specific F150. Wayne was hands on the entire time. We ended up completing an Ford Credit application. Steve from finance called, introduced himself and was there to Shepherd us through the finance process. This was all on a Sunday. We opted to drive to Missoula from Billings Sunday night and we were at the dealership 8 am Monday morning.Both Wayne and Steve were at the store promptly Monday morning. That is when the fun started. My spouse didn’t realize he was going to have two trucks to choose from. Of course he chose the truck we did not draw the papers up on. Wayne and Steve patiently waited while the decision was made. Once the decision was made Steve and Wayne adjusted with the utmost professionalism. We never felt rushed. This was an exceptional buying experience.

Tried to do some business with them by trading in two nice CPO candidates for one brand new vehicle. That didn’t get anywhere with the lowballing used vehicle program they have. Tried to give the service department a shot for four tires and an alignment. Called twice and left a voicemail without speaking to someone to even be able to schedule. I have worked in a lot of Ford Service departments and it is widely considered a sin of service to not answer the phone or return calls. Bad business here, too many preliminary red flags before ever even setting foot in the dealership.

After have 2 different chevy dealerships essentially not want to deal with me because I was dirty from work, Lithia treated me fantastic and helped me add a much needed fleet vehicle for my crew who was to arrive that day. They listened and sold me what I asked for even though they could have sold me a fully loaded Expedition instead of the one I bought. They knew I needed a service style vehicle to haul my guys around the jobsite, and they saved me $30K from a fully packed model that I didnt really want to buy.Note to the Chevy dealers... sometimes the guy who is a little dirty is still carrying an 8 figure checkbook and just needs to buy something right away. I could have bought your dealership and you treated me like a waste of time... (insert Pretty Woman reference...BIG mistake)

I worked with several members of the Sales team and the Finance team on a special order vehicle. Given how limited onhand inventory is right now I placed an order with Lithia Ford, which was an easy process. I knew there was going to be a wait with the way the world is right now but I was kept up to date on the status and/or status changes. After the vehicle arrived we finished the paperwork, which was also a very easy process. If I needed clarification, had a question about financing or the warranty they made sure I had all the information I needed. Its apparent they want to genuinely earn your business rather than just sell a vehicle and move onto the next customer.

Waiting on parts from factory almost 4 months. Finally sent me on my way no tail lights or turn signals. Missing the key lock on the bumper for lowering the spare tire. Most employees are friendly and very helpful. Sales team is great. But i expect more from a profesional establishment this large.

We experienced issues with our F250 while traveling from Michigan. We called Lithia Ford while on the road and arrived at about 3:30pm. The people in the service department were super courteous, helpful and professional! especially Maureen who was outstanding in communicating problems as they were discovered and progress. The service department closed at 6:00pm. However, they worked until 8:00 in the evening and completed all repairs.We were able to get our RV and get back on the road the next morning. These guys were awesome in responding to our needs!

I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima about a month ago. I was very pleased with the over all sale with Butch. After removing the front dealers plate, I noticed there were 3 holes drilled and very off center. I asked Butch if there could be repairs done and never heard back. I met with Justin, the sales manager and was informed Nissan supposedly drills their own holes? And it was off center due to the tow hook? He then said they would not fix it and was willing to lose a customer over repairing it. This is why I normally buy from Dave Smith!

On a cross country road trip and Just got a new truck after our other vehicle broke down. Inventory is low and we couldn’t get a bed cover where we bought it. Was passing through Missoula so Called Lithia Ford and was greeted by knowledgeable staff who not only had the cover we wanted in stock but were more than happy to work with our tight timeline and install same day!They also helped us adjust our trailer hitch height and they went ahead and addressed a recall computer upgrade!They were professional and helpful! I had an emergency situation, my keys were locked in my truck and the battery was dead…I spoke with The parts Guy, Jim and he was polite, courteous, super friendly and he very quickly came up with a solution for me. Super responsive on email, he contacted Ford to get my Key Code and within less than an hour, he had my key ready to go. The following day, I sent him another email asking his opinion regarding a cold weather battery and he again helped me. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Jim at the Parts Department at Lithia Ford. Thank you for getting me through that ordeal!

Had appointment for oil change, which included tire rotation (which I confirmed when dropping the keys to the service rep. Also wanted an estimate for repairing the Air Conditioner System. Great Shuttle service to Home Depot and return. That was awesome. Picked up car. Tires not rotated and not notified that the tires were not rotated. Estimate for A/C was over $3000. Should have been about $1600. They also had time to note various minor leaks that I never asked to be checked. SO, It took 3 hours to change the oil, NOT rotate the tires, diagnose the A/C system and check for all the various minor leaks when not requested.

I have a 2001 Ford F-150 with 176k miles. Normally I wouldnt take a vehicle this old to a dealership. Lithia Ford of Missoula is an exception. I just had some fairly major engine work done after a freakish event returning from a fishing trip. Matt and technician Cody diagnosed the problem which involved a coolant leak and a blown intake manifold. The truck now runs like new(well almost, it is 20 years old) and Im lookin forward to many more miles. Im beyond satisfied and confident they will stand behind their work should anything be amiss. They care.

Rolled into town pulling a 5th wheel trailer just after Labor Day weekend. The ‘Check Engine’ light came on the dash of my F250 Super Duty Diesel truck. Drat. Called Lithia Ford - said booked but told me to come by early next morning n they’d try to squeeze me in. I did. And they did. Boy howdy! Not the best dealer service experience I have had, billing questions not clearly answered regarding double billing between warranty work to Ford and service I approved (not knowing the extent of the warranty issue). I asked for invoice clarification with two service advisers and they both had differing options on why the billing was correct, but neither specifically addressed my concerns. Paid and moved on.

Had a recall done, oil change and front plate holder put on. Took 3 hours. I was not notified when my vehicle was ready, even though I know it was written on my service ticket that I was waiting for my vehicle to be completed. When I went to service and inquired I found out it was finished a half hour prior. Communication has been difficult since I called on the recall to get it done more than 6 months ago. I have high expectations regarding service from a dealership, I was disappointed. Just glad the recall is completed, will probably not return unless it is something like a recall in the future.

We felt that the service was great however the panel that was replaced continues to have issues the 911 isnt working and it doesnt register temperature as well we were a little disappointed since they had it for a whole week that being said they were very cooperative for us we were out of town and they made sure that our truck was delivered to the airport so that we could get home when we returned. We also called them to inform them that the dash still did not work and they have been more than willing to correct that and have plans to bring it back in to have that evaluated and correct it. The people at service department have been very helpful always and very courteous we are pleased to do business there..

It was THE WORST customer service we have ever had. Made an appointment and ended up with flat tire when we got there. That was at 8 in the morning. After our truck sitting there for almost 3 hours they finally took it into shop. When asked what was delay was they said it was due to the flat tire needing changed to bring it in, BUT they didn’t change it, they drove it on the rim. Nothing was fixed on our truck and the only response we got when asking why was “there was a flat tire”. Matt was our service provider and when I told him we needed to know when it would be done because we needed to get it to Les Schwab for a tire all we got was an I don’t know and a shrug. That was the only response we got from him was the I don’t know and a shrug. We cancelled all work being done and demanded our vehicle back. They did put our spare on for us after my husband went in and had to show them how to jack it up without the key, which they had the whole time. And then after changing the tire they didn’t put up the cable and tire holder and had it dragging on the ground as they drove our truck out. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

We broke down on I-90 about 30 minutes East of Missoula, MT. We made arrangements with Lithia Ford and had our pickup towed to the dealership. In the meantime they came and pulled our trailer (RV) to their parking lot and we stayed the night. In the morning they repaired our pickup and we were on our way. It couldnt have been better. Lithia Ford had my truck for 2 weeks and came back with a $6000 quote to replace manifold and upright pipes and radiator work..... Absolutely price gouging.... Crooks! Pulled my truck out and took it to a diesel shop in the same city and had all the work done for $2365. Never, ever will I recommend Lithia Ford to anyone for anything, from sales to repair!!

Paid $155 for them to find out what was wrong with my concerns about my vehicle which I completely understand I am paying for their time, I was only told about my back up camera and my blinker.but I never received a quote/estimate on what was needed. I had also asked for an estimate on my windshield trim piece also never received a print out quote. While preparing for a long trip I asked for a full inspection on my vehicle and never received the sheet on what was good or bad on my vehicle. A big thank you to Maureen and the service guys at Lithia Ford for saving our road trip! My check engine light came on and the truck started cutting out after climbing the pass outside of Helena while pulling our camper on a Saturday afternoon. I called Lithia and they told me that they wouldnt be able to look at my truck until late Monday or Tuesday. I limped the truck in and explained my situation and asked if they could please at least run a quick diagnostic. They agreed and after diagnostic thought it was a bad spark plug, they were able to change them for me and get me back in the road in about an hour and a half! We would have lost several days if not for their willingness to work with me!

While on a road trip we needed an oil change- having good experience with ford at our home dealership we went out of our way to have services completed at this location. In addition to the oil change we requested some cosmetic parts be replaced on the vehicle as well. Work appeared satisfactory while the car was sitting in the parking lot, but less than 5 miles down the road and the cosmetic piece fell off. I contacted the representative and was told that they are not willing to replace the piece that was damaged due to the work they performed. Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

Sold me a bad car. There was an oil leak coming from behind the timing chamber, the crankshaft seals are about to blow, and also not only was the hood latch broken, but the battery was installed backwards which is a fire hazard. I luckily took it to a mechanic right away. When I called lithia, they wouldnt do anything about it. I had only had the car for 4 days when I called about these issues. I didnt want a new car, I just wanted these things fixed without charge. They said there was nothing they could do. They put my 6 year old daughter (who has cystic fibrosis) and myself at risk. I will not recommend them to anyone, nor will I purchase a new vehicle from them in the future. I am now having to pay 800 for just this oil leak on top of car payments.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and it took over two hours. Worst of all i was told they would be quick as I had my two four year old twins along with me. Would have rescheduled if I had been told it would be that long up front. Guess lifetime oil changes mean they take a lifetime.

I had a Ford dealer in Idaho Falls put the wrong transmission fluid in for a service, called the service manager Mike with this emergency. He stated he would handle everything but he was backed up for three weeks, said if I brought it in Monday morning he will get it handled. It was in the shop for a total of three hours and back in my hands at 10:00 AM. Very professional work, went above and beyond to make things right. I would highly recommend this dealer.
