The mechanics completed my 60000 mile service and installed a new battery, diagnosed my Service Engine Soon issue all much faster than I expected. Great job by all involved! Thank you so much! Andy & Adam both did a great job with us! Andy was a great salesman, making everything easy & painless. He was not pushy in the least, and was just there to answer our questions and to suit our needs. He even drove the car out to us over an hour away as it would not be ready for us to take home that day!! We live 2.5hrs from the dealership, so this was HUGE and very unexpected!! Adam in financing was also extremely friendly and the process from start to finish took much less time than expected.

So for starters my Wife and I had a 2018 car and it died on us. My wife insisted on us buying a car because we both work and having a working car is a necessity.When my wife went in it was an overall a bad experience.When she expressed that she wanted to see the car report they told her You would not understand the report. Without mentioning the car had some serious problems.We have spent over $2000.00 in repairs. Our Ac compressor went out within 5 months of having the car. An Ac compressor last on average 10-15 years says google and our mechanic. Also our radiator belt shot. After spending on upwards of 9 grand off the lot, I would have expected a spare key at the very minimal. Im extremely upset with the staff who sold us this car because they had no respect for my wife, and she felt like she was taken advantage of.The disrespect that this dealership has shown my wife has me in utter disbelief and should be considered whenever purchasing a car from this dealership.
This is the best auto shop in town hands down. Sales are on point, service is excellent and the follow up is better than anyplace Ive been! Shout out to Joe and Troy in sales and Mark in service. After wrecking my car these guys took care of me from beginning to end. Id recommend this business to my family and friends in a heartbeat. I dont say that lightly after 13 years in sales and customer service industry. Keep doing what youre doing!!
I was kept informed what the technicians were doing even though the service department was extremely busy and they even managed to find a time to me to come in before anything major went wrong on my vehicle. Also were very prompt in scheduling for parts to come in and be replaced before I headed on a long, planned road trip for family.

I needed a spare key made before the only one we had was lost. It was about 415 when I arrived at the service desk. They were able to work me in and program me a second key in less than 30 minutes.

I was very unhappy with the service I received. When you go to a dealership for repair, you can expect a high quality service. I was charged an exorbitant amount for a simple repair and when I questioned it, I was made to feel guilty that I was taking food off the table of their staff. After a second call to them they decided to lower the cost. They completed the simple repair to my door latch and now the door does not close tightly. I will not be returning to them for service of any kind in the future and now have a different issue than what I brought the car in for in the first place.
It was easy to make the appointment, the service staff was very courteous, and the work was completed on time and as requested. It is a really nice touch that they always wash your vehicle before returning it to you!
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The person on the phone scheduling my appointment was incredibly friendly and kind. They told me my appointment would take roughly an hour to an hour and a half so I was prepared for that time frame. When they came and got me from the waiting room after only 45 minutes telling me my vehicle was done I was shocked and pleasantly surprised! Great service, friendly faces! Thank you!

My mother brought her Murano in for service here last week. They originally quoted her for her service (she says $680 something) when she called to make her appointment. It was a 60K mile service.She dropped her car off and I picked her up and took her home. Just over 4 hours later they called and said her car was ready. I brought her down to the shop and when she went to pay and retrieve her car they handed her a bill of $906 plus change!When she told them the original quote, they said Oh someone misquoted you, the actual service costs this amount. They mustve misunderstood your service needs. I tried to argue in her favor to no avail. Extremely irritated, she paid and left.My mother is not old and forgetful, she is only 57, she knows what was quoted and what was actually charged.Needless to say, she will not go back to Missoula Nissan and we will let everyone we know who own Nissans what happened and how they overcharge their customers.
Then whent above and beyond to do my oil change and check my other things on my vehicle to make sure it is running good. Also they got someone to finance me when I don’t have the best credit

This place is shady. Sold a friend of mine a lemon and the front guy in there is a real ball of ego, mental health abilities, and rudeness. A stereotypical second rate dealership somehow representing the Nissan name. Very bad integrity. Very bad authenticity. High prices and low inventory. Thousands of places to choose from so feel bad for anyone who has an experience here.

Bought a used Honda from these guys. Price was fair and the car is great, HOWEVER.. I set up financing through a specific loan officer(Melissa Muser, Clearwater Credit Union, AWESOME lady) but when my financing went through she was kept out of the deal and Didn’t receive the credit she worked for. I work commission, she works commission, THEY work commission so I’d hope they’d understand but this is part of why I won’t sell cars again. Again, car was great, attitudes were great, but I’m loyal and believe in taking care of those who help out others and they should respect buyers wishes.
Had a service done and was charged over $800 in labor only for just over 3 hours. Much higher than any other dealership Ive experienced.Update: Had my vehicle serviced on 03/01/2021. Vehicle was at shop from 12:00 until I was called at 3:21 letting me know it was ready for pick-up. We were in shop setting up paper work and rental car agreement until close to 12:30 and my vehicle was still at entrance to shop waiting to be serviced. Vehicle was actually in shop being serviced for less than 3 hours. I was charged $802.99 in labor for under 3 hours of actual service. When I responded tp the satisfaction survey, I stated this and left a google review about my experience. The GM Justin responded to my review saying Response from the owner 2 days ago Hi Shannon, we would appreciate the chance to hear more about your experience at our dealership recently. Our labor rate is less than half of the price you had mentioned above, so it sounds like we are missing a piece to the puzzle. …More He left a contact number and I called him. He stated that the price I was charged for labor would have actually equaled about 7 hours in shop. He said he would shoot me an email with a breakdown of charges. I never received email and he did not respond to my 2nd call. I would like a refund of at least half my labor charges as I was overcharged by a large amount. I have proof of labor charges in invoice, proof of time of my appointment in email and text and record of their call to me at 3:21 saying my vehicle was ready. Also time of transaction paid at 3:56 pm after we made our way back to shop.
Come in the dealership trying to buy 2 vehicles. A 2020 Pathfinder and a 2016 Dodge Ram truck. I also bought the extended warranty bumper to bumper 5yrs/100000 miles warranty at 1800 plus with the approval from the GM. The process was great until I went into finance room. From 5 yrs down to 4 yrs. by the way, the truck I’m buying has 60000 miles. The finance guy explained to me that up to 100k miles which I’m paying for 40k miles. From 5yrs down to 4yrs extended warranty he’s asking me that does it matter if it take me 4 yrs to reach to 100k miles? I’m paying 1800+ for 5 yrs not 4yrs. It’s up to me to decide how many miles to drive per year not him. I told him that I don’t like the dishonest from the way he worked so I left. He called me on my cell phone say that don’t over judge his integrity for over dishonesty than hung up. Its so rude of the way he treated his customers. I felt so bad for the salesman that 2 vehicles deals caused from finance guy. So be careful when you go into the finance room. Read carefully before you about to sign

Brought my 2019 Pathfinder in for a tow hitch.Got me in right on time and the service rep was friendly and helpful.I left the car with them for the day and they got me all finished up and ran it through the car wash.They did a fantastic job with the work. The hitch looks like it came out of the factory.I am extremely happy with the people and the quality of work from these folks.They go above and beyond for great customer service.

Took my Altima in for an oil change and because of a weird squealing noise. They changed the oil and he said one of my belts was old and needed replacement. I OKed the belt replacement and they did the replacement. Total cost $194. No problems, right?After I brought my car home (just over 8 miles from dealership), I noticed a weird smell, not sure what it was, I checked things out and didnt notice anything right off the bat. Next morning I come into my garage and find fluid under the engine. WTH? I asked my neighbor if he knows what it is and he says it smells and looks like radiator fluid. Again WTH? He says I shouldnt drive it but get it towed somewhere. I call AAA and they tow me to the closest shop, not Missoula Nissan.After looking at my car they said the radiator has been punctured and needs to be replaced. I told them I just had my car in for a couple things at Nissan, could they have caused it? He said its possible if they didnt necessarily know what they were doing.Too much of a coincidence for me to believe it just happened. But I cant prove it so I had to pay $600 for a new radiator. I would never ever buy another vehicle from this place. I wouldnt even recommend a walk on the lot at this point. I went in back in August to purchase a vehicle, the first vehicle I tested drove was a 2013 chevy half ton with 85k miles on it. While driving it I notice the shifting was a little rough, brought it up to the salesman helping me an he told me it was normal for an older vehicle while high miles so shift a little rough. Next vehicle I ended up buying, yes used (i get its a buy how it is,) however we went to change the breaks on it as the passenger side would squeak here an there. No biggie 80$ and a simple job. Just to find out the passenger axle had a tear in it and it was as if someone just wiped the grease off an called it a day. Well I called Nissan, hoping they would do what was right an fix the issue. When getting into this truck I told the salesman im a single mom of 2, working 2 jobs, we enjoy hunting, fishing, and camping. So clearly we needed a reliable vehicle. After finally getting ahold of the GM he told me to bring the truck in an they would look it over an if it was something they missed they would make it right, I thought great!! Well they looked it over, not only was the passenger axle going out, but my driver side front axle had a tear in it. I bought an extent warranty on the truck beings it was used. One of the service mangers asked if I drove on pavement with 4wd (when we had no need for 4wd, summer/fall months). Then proceed to tell me one of his senior technicians looked that truck over when they took it in and both axles were fine. However, we went to change out the axles ourselves an the driver side axle that only had a tear in it, came out in 2 pieces it was not just a tear. As the passenger side also came out in more then 1 piece. I would not ever trust them, 4k miles 2 axles were done for?? They saw a situation they could take advantage of and they most definitely did. Again I would never ever recommend them, I would never ever even take a walk in that lot. Theyre saling vehicles that are not safe, make you feel like they will do the right thing, just to put the blame on you so they can sleep better at night.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Joe and the other staff members were truly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle. When I got there not only had it been sold but they were pretty apathetic towards me. The next day they texted me that they were sorry I’d missed my appointment. I reminded them that I hadn’t and that I’d even shaken his hand.The next day I spent my $20,000 at Lithia Toyota.-Editing to 1 star from 2.Their response to my original review is that they don’t hold vehicles for test drive out of fairness. They should probably not name the link to test drive as “Reserve this Vehicle”. How asinine.

I’m always happy with the service I receive with the Missoula Nissan Hyundai service department. However, these surveys get exhausting. I dread having to fill them out with the guilt of your employees getting in trouble if I simply lack the time. There should be more incentive for customers to take the time to fill these things out.

Originally, I was a little worried about this dealership because of the Yelp reviews, but it was one of the few dealerships in the area that my bank had connections with. In spite of all of the negative reviews on Yelp I had a pleasant experience. I had already done a good bit of the research ahead of time and came in with an idea of what I wanted. I ended up getting a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and that was kind of what I was going for. They worked with me to try and get the price down into my range and got really close. I appreciate the goodwill. The Sales representative was pretty knowledgeable on cars in general and had a solid understanding of the features in the car I was looking at, comparing them to higher end models and alternatives since it is a Hyundai/Nissan dealership. Thanks for being familiar with the product you are selling. The Finance specialist was easy to work with and did not tack on a bunch of extra stuff that I didnt need or want. This was not my first time buying a car, and I really fell into the trap of getting a bunch of extras I didnt need the first time. Also, the Manager came out to talk to me for a bit and worked with me on getting the price down from the sticker price, so I feel like I got a pretty good deal in the end, getting just a bit lower than what the bank estimated with all of the discounts available. They gave me the service window and advised me as to when I should get my first service based on mileage and use. I wasnt sure when to schedule it, but they did offer to do so. I decided to wait so I could do it myself. All in all it was a pretty quick and pleasant experience.
