I’ve been calling for 4 days now… I also requested and estimate through the website no one has call me are answer the phone… Im not sure how to feel about this place

Ive had the weekend to mull over how I feel about this Caliber Collision off of Williamsburg Lane. I dropped my car off at Caliber Collision on 6/7/2021 and left it with a guy named Richard. I wasnt told anything as I walked out of the door. I got a general estimate on 6/8/2021 through text which was $600 more than the first estimate I received from Caliber Collision. However, still no phone call. 6/9/2021, no phone call. 6/10/2021, no phone call. At that point I decided to give Caliber Collision a phone call after having my car for 4 days and not physically reaching out to me. I called and spoke to Richard on 6/10/2021 who stated they were in the middle of drawing up another estimate. Richard then called me at COB on 6/10/2021 stating my repair would be almost double from $2700 to $4300. I picked up my car on 6/11/2021, repaired the Side Mirror Assembly and went on about my business. Im sure Caliber Collision is a wonderful place to get your car repaired. They may have the best Technicians in the city of Houston. However, their communicative and intra-personal skills are a little less desirable. Also, they got a little greedy with the second estimate and ended losing a potential customer.

They fixed a deep dent on my pick up rear quarter panel and on my rear tire from when my UHaul trailer jackknifed when I reversed in dark of night and damaged the passenger side of my truck. Caliber returned it good as new for a price that surprised me -Of course, my deductible was the same no matter what but I see why my insurance company would use them as approved facility. First class 5 stars all the way.

The car was released without checking.Upon taking the vehicle back and explaining in detail to the nature of the problem the vehicle was once again released without proper checks . I had to finally take it to the Lexus dealership and they told me that there was a problem with the wheel bearing and it will need to be replaced. I had to spend out of pocket even after paying my insurance deductible for a job that should have been done right in the first place. I hope this gets resolved, I do not recommend this place for repairs.

Caliber Collision as usual did a fantastic job in keeping me updated and performed a great repair of the door, but they also went above and beyond with customer service.

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on my car. Rich at the Williamsburg Lane location made sure that I was completely happy with the work. I would seriously recommend this place for body work over any other.

This place is great. They can handle car rentals in house. Drop your car off and pick up your rental all in one stop. The quality of work is just as good as oem. They dont just put band aids and touch up paint. They really fix your car. The turn around time was spot on. In fact the rep overestimated the turn around time on my vehicle to not get my hopes up. But even then the initial stated turnaround was faster than I expected and ended up getting my truck back a week earlier. I highly recommend using this location and caliber as a company. I have also used the 610 location. I hope I never need to take a vehicle to the body shop again. But if I do ill go back to caliber

My car had couple of problems related to small accidents. Shop solved them, found more problems, fixed. Return me my car looking like new and clean inside.

Honest, fast work! I took my wife’s Sienna in for a new bumper. They had a quick two day turnaround and we are completely satisfied with their work. They even did their best to clean up the mess inside (due to our three little kids) the car..it was a nice touch.

Professional and courteous. They updated me on a daily basis and ensured my peace of mind. I definitely recommend this collision center.

I had a very favorable experience with Caliber Collision. I was in a collision a couple of weeks ago that caused a dent and a lot of scratches on the fender of my car. Other drivers insurance company was Farmers and they gave me a list of body shops I could go to. I chose to go to Caliber based on several factors, but mainly on how organized their Web site was and how friendly and informative the customer service rep was. Farmers also offered a rental car and Enterprise Rent-A-Car is in the same facility, so it was very convenient.Whole transaction was performed professionally and courteously. I was frequently updated with repair status. Work performed on the car is of high quality. They also cleaned/washed my car before returning it. Returning the rental car and picking up my repaired car was completed quickly.Very happy with the whole process. I am also very happy with the way Farmers handled the whole process with very little stress on me.

I’ve been here 3 separate times with two separated cars. It’s honestly the best place to take your Vehicles! Work is completed in less than a week and your service advisor communicates with you during every step. Mathias was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. If you need some body work I highly Recommend them. Friendly and great customer service.

The staff was great and helpful. Richard gave me updates regularly about the status of my car. He is very hands-on and wants to make sure the process is as stress free as possible.

The sales rep was rude to my wife when she dropped off our vehicle. We brought it in under an insurance claim because of a chip on the windshield and hood. They replaced the entire windshield which was not necessary. We will not be doing business with them again. For anyone else bringing in your vehicles make sure they don’t take advantage of you or the insurance system.

They were friendly and helpful. Kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend

What an amazing body shop. Someone hitMy car in a parking lot and I had to jump through hoops with the insurance company to get it fixed. Once the repair got approved the body shop took care of me like family. Rosio updated me everyday with the status of my car, throughout the whole process. Thank you for the great service

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision. My car got hit and left some scratches. I went to the other store which gave me a estimate were over $1,000 and 12 hours to repair. However, Caliber wiped out all scratches only within 10 minutes and no charges. Appreciate the professional staffs and highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I don’t think I’ll ever use another body shop. I was in an accident that affected every panel on the side of my truck and the good folks at Caliber got everything back to better than before. Customer service was excellent (we worked with Don) and their updates were helpful. I received my detailed estimate promptly and the work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

It was a long week and then I hit a grocery cart my son put left next to the car! I drove straight to Caliber to get an estimate and the staff was amazing. The ladies in the front were welcoming and Javier was really nice. He took my vehicle to the back and had the marks buffed out! He also provided a referral to have the dents removed. The service provided really was outstanding and a relief after a hectic week.

This location has the most professional and friendly staff I have experienced in quite a while. My advisor Mr. M. Lemberg kept me informed of the process of my vehicle every step of the way. I was in and out from the day I dropped my vehicle off and it was just as quick when I went there to pick it up. The workmanship was superb. The color matched perfectly and the repair was seamless. My car looks just as it did off the dealership lot when I bought her brand new. I will definitely be bringing my next vehicle here for work to be done real soon.

I stopped by on 7/3/2018 because I have passed the building several times and this particular day I need help with the door panel of my vehicle. Mr. Efrian was very attentive in addition helpful. He assisted in helping me replace the door panel clips for my vehicle. Also receiving a estimate where I can return for body work repair.

I had an appointment there today to drop off my vehicle for repairs. Insurance company referred me here. Arrived on time, my paperwork was ready for me inside. I met the tech/manager outside to do the inspection of the vehicle. Then he proceeds to tell me they are not authorized to do repairs on my vehicle! I was getting repairs done on a BMW. He took pictures and gave me an estimate but couldnt do the repairs!!! My main issue with this situation is that they knew the make and model of the vehicle BEFORE I arrived. Why inconvenience the customer? Not happy to have to shop around for repairs now.

Absolutely great place, took my second car in for minor damage from an incident of someone backing into it. Everything was completely taken care of by Geico and the Caliber staff couldnt have been nicer and more accommodating. Will absolutely consider this place in the future.

Tried setting appt based on reviews. They said they would not be able to take my car in with insurance claim, even though I had an estimate and check on the way for repairs. I understand that it may require supplemental due to estimate only being for visual repairs but my insurance company was aware. They said that they would need copy of estimate and proof of check before they could take the car in. But my understanding is body shops could take and work on car while I wait for check to come in. I called Service King and they set appt with no issues.

They had the best customer service, they kept working till they got to where it needs to be. Anthony Whit geico helped a lot and I really appreciate it, they well work whit your pockets just to get where you need to be for a Successful job.

I can honestly say I will never refer or come to this location again, my first experience was a good one so of course why not return. I really have nothing but regrets returning, my car was supposed to be ready in about 2 weeks, but it turned into almost a month. The inconvenience cost me extra money, I called the rep and manager at Collision Caliber about the situation. They offered no compensation nor a solution, very poor customer service in my opinion.

Manager was very helpful and my service representative was informative. I left my car to be repaired my things had been moved around and been put in its original place in my car for my convenience . No thought was taken at all.

I was recently in a car accident and was told to bring my car here by the insurance company. When I entered the building everyone was so upbeat, friendly and eager to help me. I ended up speaking to Don, he was going to be in charge of my vehicle while it was getting repaired. I was told that it was going to be about little over a week since my parts had to be shipped to them so I had to get a rental. Throughout that week i received multiple updates about my car so that I always knew what was going on. Once my car was ready Don himself brought my car to my job so that I didn’t have to come pick it up! If that isn’t 5 Star service I don’t know what is!!Bonus:A few months back the hood of my car flew up while I was driving because the people at the place that i received my oil change from didn’t latch it on correctly. So they replaced my hood and repainted it, but it wasn’t the same white as my car. The people at Caliber Collison replaced my hood and painted it the right color and i noticed that as soon as i walked outside and seen my car. I wasn’t expecting that at all since most of the damage was at the front end of my car but I definitely appreciate it. Now I don’t have to be mad everytime I see the hood of my car lolI want to thank everyone who worked on my car and also those friendly faces inside of the building who made me feel very welcomed. Don thank you for everything!! I will definitely be recommending you guys!!

Let me start off be saying if there was an option to leave no stars, I would definitely leave no stars. This company absolutely destroyed my car. I have an Audi A4 and the insurance company recommended me going to them because apparently they have experience with wokring on luxury cars. Let me starty off by telling you I was in a pretty minor accient and the backl right side of my car was hit. The work they did was so bad that my car looks worse then it does now, then it did before i took it in messed up from the accident. The paint job they did do not match up with the rest of the black of my car and had a TEXTURE OF AN ORAGNE PEEL...and theres bubbles in the paint on top of that. They chipped up my spoiler and warped it. They replaced my windshield and the tint job is the worse ive seen, its bubbling and looks terrible. My back bumper that they did replace is not even lined up. Since they did have to remove parts of my car to replace, it cause my back up camera to be shakey and not a clear image since they must of not properly installed it back in. They were suppose to replace my back light since there was a crack from the crash and they didnt do that.. they tried to just buff it out. on top of all of that they were extremely rough on my var, i have numerous of scratches and dings that are on my car that i know for a fact werent already there. My car was in nearly perfect condition before hand, and now it looks like a piece of sh**.

Caliber collision sent false automated emails to update me on the progress of my vehicle then called a day early after the close of business demanding that I pick up my vehicle and return the rental without a heads up. The service representative Mathias was very rude and demanding and tried to cover his mistakes by forcing me to pick up my vehicle after hours without prior notice.
