They couldnt diagnose the problem properly and overcharged for diagnostics. They also took several days instead of a couple of hours because they were too busy. This is the worst business that Ive ever been to and would give them zero stars if I could. ** DONT GO THERE. **

Just went to find out if they could do something for my vehicle. The owner was very helpful and explained how I could do the process on my own for no cost but just some time.

I would highly recommend Nations Auto, recently I needed a alternator and a/c compressor replaced in my 2008 Buick. The staff is AWESOME, the mechanic that serviced my car is EXCELLENT and they are very fair with their prices.

I called several places yesterday for wheel alignment issue and most of stores either have long wait time, or higher price for their service and/or due to limited staffs availability it is very hard to get the service done with in an hour in Sugar land, Stafford area. Than I called this Auto Body shop and (Moncy owners son) who is in charge of store told me to bring over and they will take care in less than 45 mins. And also not only that the lowest service charge all around Houston area I was offered! What a great service provided! I recommend this place to every one for your Car Services needs. Thank you. Last Fall, my 2004 SUV was damaged on the front end in an unfortunate accident. The insurance company wanted to declare a total loss, but I wanted to keep the vehicle. After contacting several repair facilities, I found Nations Auto Care in Missouri City, Texas. Mason and his staff committed to repairing the SUV, even though parts were hard to find for a vehicle that old. It was difficult to find the structural steel parts to rebuild the front end of the SUV. The finished repair job was excellent, and the car drives better now than before the accident. This was possible because Mason was willing to listen to my situation, understood what I wanted, and committed to helping me retain the vehicle.In the spring of this year, a malfunction occurred in the AC system of the same SUV. I took the SUV to Mason at Nations Auto Care thinking the system needed charging. That was not the problem. The malfunction was a very unusual electrical short that prevented power getting to the compressor. Mason and his staff found the electrical short and repaired it, and the AC system has worked fine since then.I cannot thank Mason and Nations Auto Care enough for their concern, professionalism, and competence. GREATJOB restoring our hood from hail damage. Needed a fresh commercial grade paint job and thats just what we got!

This place does poor quality work. After talking to the owner, I was under the impression that the owner was a decent man and would do good work. When I picked up the car everything seemed fine and I was happy. After a few weeks, that all changed. I took my car back but this guy wanted more money to fix his mess. The owner does not stand by his work and will say what he can to avoid honoring his obligations all in the interest of saving himself money. If he treats a fellow Malayali like this, I can only imagine how he handles other customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.For quite some time this location was leased to another man by the name of John and he was running his own auto care business under a different name. John is a very decent man and does good work. John now has a new and improved location in Stafford. I decided to give Nations Auto Care a try and now I learned my lesson. I will never come back here.

Traveling across country in my daughters car and the check engine light came on. They checked the car right away and determined the gas cap was loose at some point. They didnt charge us and sent us on our way in under an hour. Thank you guys! Cookies for everyone next time Im in Houston

Hi Friends,I have a 2009 Honda CRV and I used to go this place for oil changes. Last year I brought my vehicle to this place to check for a tik- tik sound from the engine side. The owner requested to leave the vehicle there for diagnosis. He told me next day via phone that the engine/fan belt is broken and it cost $1050 to fix. I asked it’s really cost that much. He replied yes and explained that, when replacing the belt the AC compressor also has to be replaced to retain the retention of the belt and other pulleys. I tried to obtain a second opinion but I could not because I was busy and really needs to get my car fixed as early as possible. I decided pay the cost as he requested. After few months I met one of my friend, who is also a mechanic, and I told him about this incident. He replied that it is not at all necessary to replace the AC compressor in order to replace the engine belt/fan belt. I felt sad and decided to go deep and investigate. I did some researches in google and verified with another two more mechanics and the answer was the same. Then I just decided not to go this place anymore and warned my friends and families.I dont know why this people really cheating their customers. They are taking advantage on people’s ignorance. I prefer to give them 0 star but giving one just for posting the review.

To me having a great reliable mechanic means a lot to me, and when I started coming here a few years back I finally found what I was looking for. Nations Auto does great work for a reasonable price, and anytime I have issues with one of my cars they are the ones I trust.

Horrible customer service. Employee put me on hold the longest and finally came back to say I will call you back. And never did.I called back later 10min prior to them closing and another employee said we close and hung up in my face. I had 3 vehicles needed to be done and 2 other friends looking for tinting. Service sucks!!
