The company was awesome in that they took care of all necessary details. We owe significant gratitude to Mr. John Elias. He was thorough and very professional. He assisted in interacting with the car Insurance company, arranged for a loaner, and his team did exceptional automotive work. John removed all the stress and made the process smooth and stress free. The owner, John, is very personable, and his receptionist greets you with a smile and is very helpful. They are very helpful in collaborating with the insurance company on behalf of their customers. My vehicle was repaired excellently and in a timely manner with quality parts. It looks brand new! Also John honored the original quote he gave me 6 months ago. Last Saturday, I went for oil change at their Wilcrest location. Mr. John and his son, Jonathan were very friendly, made me feel like family instantly. When he found out that my driver window wasn’t going down, he asked me to bring it to Missouri City which is closer to me. I dropped my vehicle off, he gave me a ride back to work and came back to pick me up at closing. This is a vehicle that I took to two different mechanics who only took my money and made more mess. Before I went to Collision Clinic, I had decided to take it straight to company because I got tired of looking for good mechanics for German automobile. He fixed the problem at a very cheap price. First of all, my car had several dings, a crashed back light, and the front fender was dragging the ground. When I got the car back, I was totally shocked! The looked like a new car! Mr. Alias does excellent paint and body work. This is the third time I have used his paint and body services. I was hit from behind in my truck which resulted in $3500 worth of damages. Not only did he repair that damage but he gave me a fair price to repair existing damage. My truck looks brand new, I am extremely satisfied with the result. My car was involved in a collision in 8/18/2020. Needless to say my car got towed. As frustrated as I already was the last thing I wanted was to be dealing with moving my car around. When I got to Collision Clinic I was greeted by the owner Mr. John Elias.He explained to me the benefits of getting my car repaired at Collision Clinic; which very much interested me and would SAVED me MONEY!! After discussing the damages I decided to keep my car at Collision Clinic (GREAT CHOICE).And the repairs begin....I would call once a week to check on the progress of my car and would get detailed information on the repairs of my car.Due to the extent of damages in my car it took a little over a month for repairs to be completed. As inconveniently as this was, I knew they were working diligently to get my car back in the best condition as possible!!30 days go by and my policy coverage rental ends!My insurance only covered 30 days of rental and I was now out of a rental car. I explained this to Mr. John Elias and he said this was not a problem. Mr. Elias thoughtfully and without hesitation put me in one of his cars (convertible Mustang) for the remainder of the days needed for the completion of my car. 👉🏼😊The repairs have now been complete and I am 100% satisfied! Very good repair shop. They did a great job. They even handled all the insurance paperwork so all I had to do was drop off my car and pick it back up when it was done. The shop even restored the plastic head lights on my car just because they said they needed it, even though it was not part of the work order. The owner in at the shop, not like big commercial shops. He is friendly and helpful. I have used this shop many times before and will continue to use them in the future.

Very good at what they do I came in on short notice at a very busy time and asked if I could bring my car back on Saturday which wasnt possible because they wouldnt be open... Instead the owner insisted that he could go ahead and get my car seen about to repair my bumper... In no time my bumper was fixed. Hands down the best Collision shop in town. It was our first time doing business with them, but they treated us as if we been going there for years!! I have never personally been here but never plan to either. Coming home at 1700 on a Wednesday night and a tow truck from this company almost caused 4 different accidents in a very short stretch of road and that is only what I witnessed as I moved to the side to avoid being hit and let it pass me. They continued on ridding bumpers and even driving down the middle of two lanes forcing cars to go to the shoulder on both sides. No call for a tow truck is that urgent that other people are endangered.

These guys especially Jonathan and his dad John are amazing. I had a small tear in the rear bumper of my 2010 Dodge Viper. I took it to multiple places for estimate but all of these other places only had the ability to replace the entire bumper. Finally I ended up at Collision Clinic. These guys are masters of their craft and were able to repair the damage at a fraction of the price while also taking care that the repair was sturdy and would last even with significant contact pressure. They are also very friendly and willing to accommodate those of us with difficult schedules. Go here first.

This place Collision Clinic on 1092 is a total rip off. John Elias is very unprofessional and would not come out his office to speak to me. They tried to overcharge me on my bill and also put my vehicle in their compound even though I asked them to place it next door to themat my mechanic shop.I dont understand how a business will treat people this way. They towed my vehicle 2 lights down and charged me 175.00, then once I was at my mechanic shop, they drove next door to their place and put my car in their storage, even though I told them where I needed my vehicle to go to. Beware of this place!!! They are cons and work together with the tow truck driver to tack on additional charges. If it wasnt for the authorities getting involved, they would have succeeded in cheating me out my money.

Great experiance as usual! The entire staff is very helpful and takes the time to explain why each thing is being done. My Mercedes had problems that even the dealer couldnt immediately identify. John and Johnathan drove it and in 10 minutes had a diagnosis.My rattling car was fixed same day, and for WAY less than I would have ever paid at the dealer. My van was towed in a wreck and it was taken to this shop. They gave me an estimate of 6000 dollars after 2 weeks and I was out of country. Thinking thru i decided not to repair and few weeks later went back to tow it back to spare parts guys to salvage. To my surprise this guy John told me to pay 1200 dollars for storage which i never agreed nor told to me. When a customer who is unaware it is the minimum ethics to let them know how this process works when majority of customers are not aware of the process. But his guy failed. I think he expected to get my repair done with him and once he knew i was taking the damaged car away he gave all these numbers. We all work, pay rents and nothing is free. My point is this John guy never clearly told me and just took me for a ride for some small money and definitely want other customers to watch out this shop. They do not have ethics.

Be careful never visit collision clinic . The owner a John is a rip off . He will do his best to get money out of your pocket . We are taking him to court . He billed us more than $1700 for Only parking our car in his workshop for a few days . No work was done on the car . We called the police and even the cop told us that he is not a good man and we should take him to the court .

Unfortunately they have had to repair the body damage on both of my cars but fortunately they did a fantastic job. I didn’t even question them on my second car. I dropped it off and gave them my adjusters number. They allowed me to focus on work instead of stressing about my car. It rides like new and looks new again. The staff is also nice. These guys are great! They were extremely helpful and expedient with my car repairs after I got hit. I had my car back looking as good as new within a week of dropping it off. Although my costs were covered through insurance, the price they charged was EXTREMELY competitive. They could easily have charged double and it still would have been a great value. Hopefully I dont have to worry about any more car accidents, but if I do then I will definitely bring my car back to them. Highly recommend.

I have been going to John for the past couple of years now. Even though he is a great business man, he always looks for ways to help me save money. Furthermore, he and his staff are very courteous. This is what keeps me coming back because most places these days are non-personal and are just trying to make a quick buck. I recommended him to my mom and she loves him too!

The people at Collision Clinic have been like guardian angels.When I went to get the stuff out of my car the owner came out to check on me and see how I was doing. He ask if I had a rental and when I told him that mine and the 3rd party insurance refused me a rental car he said that was unacceptable and offered me a rental and said he would make sure the insurance paid for it. Unbelievable customer service. Everyone there that I have had dealings with has really gone above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone. Big thank you to everyone at Collision Clinic!

John has worked on two of my vehicles over the past year (2010 Lexus IS250/2002 Ford Excursion) and always does a great job and is very honest. The Lexus was almost totaled and he got it running like new, dealt with the insurance companies and made it easy for me. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.

Amazing service! Came in this morning to get an estimate for my car and it was such an easy process. I have a Mercedes Benz 2010 C300 and I was hit from behind from an uninsured truck and received expert advice from Collision Clinic! I would definitely recommend this place all my friends and family. Saw this location when I drove by Murphy Road last week so stopped by to get a quote for my car, which was in a fender bender a few weeks ago. Front desk lady was helpful. Owner John punched a few things into his computer and within 15 minutes I walked out with a detailed itemized estimate. They even have a Enterprise car rental on site. Havent done any body work yet so this review is just 1st impression.
