Today was the first day I can honestly say I was livid with European wax center. I had an appointment for 6pm I arrived at 5: 50, And was told my esthetician (Jenny) would be with me soon. As I am sitting there it is now 5:56 a lady walks in and proceeded to say to the young lady behind the counter that she had an appointment for 5:45, once before this same issue happened to me where I was going to be late and I was told that I would have to cancel because I was more than 10 minutes late. So today to have a person come in late and still get their service aggravates me. It was very inconsiderate to allow this to happen and was a major disregard for my time. The least that could have been done was, they could have asked if it would be okay for them to push my appointment back. Instead I was ignored and told nothing until I asked will this push my appointment back and was told yes .

I am in LOVE with this location! Professional, quick, efficient, friendly, and excellent waxers. Cam & Nicole were sent by the Bikini gods to bless us sensitive people (most people). It was nearly pain-free and that says a lot. If you ever experience trauma by other waxers and want to give up on waxing all together - please try them!

I WENT TO THE MISSOURI CITY LOCATION AND GOT A FULL BRAZILIAN WAX AND UNDER ARMS WAXED BY NICOLE AND ONCE I GOT HOME I NOTICED THAT I STILL HAD HAIR SHE RUSHED MY SERVICES DUE TO HER BEING BEHIND SCHEDULE AND NOW ONLY A WEEK LATER MY HAIR IS GROWING BACK DUE TO THE LACK OF SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. I AM NOT PLEASED AT ALL JUST A WASTE OF $77.

The waxers and the service was satisfactory but was not pleased with the 5 minute late policy where if you are late by just 5 minutes, you are denied your appointment which is not mentioned when booking an appointment and also I had called to mention that I would be running late by a few minutes, despite that they insisted that my appointment will be cancelled . And what’s frustrating is that if the customer is on time for his or her appointment, the customer is made to wait for atleast 10-15 minutes before being taken inside for the scheduled appointment which I found to be extremely unprofessional. Hope they will work on how unfair it is for the customer and is shown no leniency but supposedly is okay for the business service to make the customer wait and not stick to the scheduled time .

Ever since I came here to get a Brazilian was in November this has been my go to waxing place! The ladies at the reception desk are super duper sweet and are great conversationalists. They make me feel welcomed and cozy. My waxer (Nicole) is very professional and creates a comfortable environment. I feel as though I’m relaxing with a friend and hardly feel the waxing process!

I’ve finally located an establishment here in Houston, TX which offers the hard wax removal process for Brazilian waxing I prefer!!! I went to the European wax center in missouri city, TX and I loved my experience. Brianna the manager was very informative on any information that I needed. She also did a demo with me on one of the product that I purchased. She explained packages to me and was very friendly over all. The esthetician was Morgan and she was excellent. She was very accurate with her time and it was a painless experience. We also shared a few laughs during conversation. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Only room for improvement is to accept Google/Samsung pay. Nicole is great!

Just moved to the area and decided to try European wax and Erin has been my favorite every since. She’s very personable and takes care of me just as if it was her own!!

Their prices and packages are expensive, but they have great deals throughout the year I always take advantage of. Their receptionists are always professional, efficient, and courteous. They always welcome me when I walk in and make sure to help me schedule my future apts.Ive been going to Megan for a year now. Shes always professional, nice, and quick in working her magic. Megan is great with details too. I only come here for my underarm hair specifically as I have a rare skin disease. Megan always makes sure to work around infected sites on my skin and makes sure to remove every last piece of hair. She even removes blackheads for me that I cannot get out myself. I would definitely recommend her.

I came in for my first visit after hearing of a deal on social media and enjoyed my visit. The specialist took careful time in shaping and waxing my eyebrows and made sure I was completely satisfied with them. It was a bit painful as it was a different wax than I was use to but still good non-the-less. Despite it being a bit more than I usually pay I do plan to return for another service.

GNicole is best. After the shut down I went to another location while I wait for them to open. Omg I hated it they left hair, which lead to a few ingrown hairs. I tried to purchasesdone products with my points and they were clueless to my request. It was pure trash and I was so disappointed. I was so glad my location opened up so I could go back home where they are trained and kkow what Brazilian means. Again, I wanted to use my point to purchase some products, this time GNicole made sure to get me everything I needed and some new products I cant wait to try. Brianna was so friendly I love this location.

After 7 years of receiving services from European Wax Centers locations all over Texas I’d become so discouraged from the declining customer service that I was ready to use the last of my passes and never walk into another location. However, my faith in the franchise was restored yesterday from the attentive, courteous, and genuine staff at the Missouri City location.In fact, after my services were complete I decided to purchase a year’s worth of passes. While several of the branches I’ve been to in the past few months have had rude administrative personal and rough waxers it’s evident that the location manager, Brianna, actually takes time to work with her staff. My booking, payment, and pass purchase all handled by Izzy went flawlessly and my service received from Helen was one of the most pleasant waxing experiences I’ve had in years.If you’re new and wanting to start waxing or if you’re thinking about giving it up because the experience is becoming too unpleasant due to the treatment at other locations make the drive to this one. It is most definitely worth it!

Terrible. I went there and my face reacted terribly. Now mind you I’ve been going to European Wax Center for years - haven’t started any new medication save a sunscreen I’ve used before while waxing; so automatically, I’m thinking’s it is user error. Not once did the waxer during the experience let me know that my skin was reacting. I was laying there blindly trusting her - and afterwards she mentioned she did notice irritation. IF YOU NOTICE WHY WOULDNT YOU SAY SOMETHING. Chloe, this was unprofessional services. When I called their contact page to get refunded for my other passes (because understandably I did not expect to get my cheeks waxed again) they did not once acknowledge the fact that I spent two weeks and half with irritated tiny bumps on face. I will say, I was heated (I did not curse or yell), but I was heated because they wanted to offer me $3 refund. That was the first option they mentioned that they could give as either a cash reward or added as credit. I asked the manager if it’ll be $3 or the full price of the remaining passes that will be added on. She said $3. I paused. There was a palpable silence and I said, “how does that make sense.” Then they wanted to charge me a $25 fee to even get a refund because it was past 30 days. Luckily, this was waived. I will say I apologize to Brianna, the manager, for getting heated. But there needs to be a change in your customer service.TLDR - Be wary of your waxers, Chloe did not do a good job keeping me informed during the process.

My girlfriend has been coming here for years and she got me to try my eyebrows, but getting my nose and ears waxed has got to be one of my favorite things they do here! Ginny and Helen usually take care of my gf, but Helen always take care my nose and ears. Plucking them is so painful(!!) but when my waxer takes care of me it seriously doesnt hurt. Also the Pepperonis next door is awesome!
