The slowest service ever! Waited in line 45 mins to get to the pharmacy window and then another 15 mins to complete the transaction. I literally counted 7 employees in the pharmacy and the Pharmacist on duty was just waking around watching everyone else. There is no reason they should be that backed up. The line was just as long when I left. Will never go to this location for anything again.
Waited in the pharmacy drive-thru for more than 30 minutes for the car in front of me the get their prescription finished. If the prescription isnt ready, they should NOT be permitted to just wait in the drive-thru.
I HAD TO CALL POLICE ON THE MANAGER TO CONFESS THE TRUTH!The Asian Pharmacist that worked at this location would not tell me who mistakingly filled a sample of my prescription which I never asked for. They apparently filled a 3 pill sample because they where out of stock, but are not supposed to fill any samples without request from a patient. This sample was given to me on the day they filled the full prescription which was a week later. I did not realize this until I got home. I recall the new technician that rung me up at the checkout was having difficulties checking out my prescription, but I noticed he removed a prescription from the ones stapled together and was able to check me out. When I got home and noticed that I only received the sample instead of the full, I went back to confront the Pharmacist. He said that his record shows that I picked up both on separate days. I sad its not true because 1, I did not request samples, 2, I was not there the day there record shows. He told me come back tomorrow so the manager can pull up surveillance to confirm. So the manager when to check and told me he saw me on both days. I asked can he show me? He refused. He said I need a warrant or police officer to release footage. I called our local police. He ended telling the police a different story. He said it was my dad that picked it up. I confronted my dad and he said its not true. The other question comes to mind is how does he know my dad, he has never meet me or my dad before. I ended bringing my dad with me to the store to testify. It was not till then that another pharmacy tech was able to figure out that the technician that rung me out did a lable reprint just to check me out without giving me the bottle that they recently discovered. If I didnt call the police to get the manager to confess, I would have been without my prescription for 3 months.Please check your bottles.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They hired new technicians without experienceThe manager who was there that day was not the current store manager, he was a tall African American. He had an attitude, and trusted more in the Pharmacist verses seeing if there was any discrepancy. And when there was discrepancy, he would not admit to it like the video surveillance footage shown.I dont know if they will penalize the manager for lying to customer or penalize whoever the Pharmacist is that filled samples without anyones consent. The Asian Pharmacist never apologized after realizing I was telling the truth.Please check your bottles, I dont want you to experience what I went thru.
Called this place to cancel a medication so I could get it from the Walgreens pharmacy closer to me. 20 minutes of the music then ringing, then music, then ringing... Tried again and again. Finally called the store manager because I needed this inhaler. He transferred me saying they will pick up this time. Nope. Called again for store manager, a lady picked up. Without letting me finish my sentence transfers me again. Nope. Third time, I somehow got through and was able to get my medication at 6120 highway 6 location.
Takes entirely to long for a drive thru covid test its finna be a hour of me waiting in the line smh
Ive been doing business with Walgreens for years, at various locations around the Houston/Galveston County area and this location is the only one Ive had consistent issues getting my prescriptions filled.After receiving the notification that my prescription(s) are ready, Ill go to pick them up and Im almost always told theyre not ready and asked to get back in line. Ive even waited 3 to 5 days after receiving notification and its always the same issue. It doesnt matter if its window pick up or drive thru.I had enough of it and moved all of my prescriptions to HEB Pharmacy. Its almost 10 minutes drive from my house, where Walgreens is literally a street over from my house, but at least my prescriptions are always ready and I dont have to wait in line for an additional 10 to 20 minutes.

Usually very friendly and courteous store until I asked older white gentlemen Chris simple question. And was extremely rude for no reason. Not sure if he had a bad day..but def not a way to speak to customers. I believe he was a manager, and should lead by example.

Chris is very rude he worked in-front of me and told me to wait while he did irrelevant things that was very rude and proceeded to be rude when I didn’t want to sign up for the reward program......
My son was diagnosed with the flu and the medicine was sent to this pharmacy on 12/15 between 11:30 -12pm. I came by at 2pm and they informed me that it needs a prior authorization. Cool...No problem....i come back at 5pm because I got a phone call that the medicine was ready....I wait in line for over 30min for them to tell me the same thing....i leave with nothing... now here we are 4pm on 12/16 and still no phone call. I call the pharmacist to be put on hold twice and then they ask if my son can take capsules. the medicine has to be ordered and it wont be here until Monday, but I can override it and get the capsules.so my son has the flu and instead of overriding on 12/15 you made us wait over 24 hours... needless to say I was livid... the pharmacist was very helpful but the staff shows no concern. the flu is not to be taken lightly and we depend on them to be efficient and professional. not happy with the long waits or Walgreens. I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere

I dont think there should be any reason that you should have to sit in a line for 30 minutes and wait for another customer that should be called into the pharmacy instead of making a group of people wait outside.... If Mama didnt need medicines I wouldnt be sitting in waiting really disappointed in the service

Im very displeased by old little Walgreens they have been doing good up intil today Im very displeased about you guys Don not answer the cotton picking phone. I just called twice and I was on each call for at least 10 minutes each and both calls the hung up on me ..if I could give you a zero I would that was not fair at all for you guys not to answer at all. I kinda would have understood if I would have waited for a while but you guys picked up I wouldnt have have cared but you guys didnt instead you hung up and I called back and you did it again. Very unprofessional please work on that. And thank you for all you have done so far anyway.just work on that and you guys are a ok and I will come back on here and give you guys a good comment I think that would be fair ....
The staff in the pharmacy are so rude. They always have a nasty attitude. If they don’t like their job they should just quit.
Staff inside are very friendly. However the pharmacy is what earned this star. Medications are never ready on time and they do not check their fax machine regularly. The pharmacy staff seem very uneducated about pharmacy rules and regulations. They have also labeled bottles wrong on several different occasions. Lastly, the wait time has been over 27 minutes for medications that were ready and had been called in through their automated system. Go to a different location for your medication needs.

Terrible pharmacy scripts never ready long waits
Every single time I come to the pharmacy department, I have deal with rude pharmacists. They suck so bad. However the other departments are wonderful. The one star is for the terrible customer service from the pharmacist department. On top of that I waited in line for an hour, and then they wanted to give me someone’s else’s prescription while the other customer was right there. I had to tell them they have the wrong person. After finally receiving my prescription, something told me to check my bag when he said he put my cards in the bag (I put my Drivers license. Walgreens card, and debit card in the red box, because I thought it would make the process a little faster. Wrong!). When I opened the bag my cards were in there along with someone else’s drivers license and debit card. Thank God I didn’t leave that line because they seem so unorganized. I had to put the strangers card in the red box, and push the red button and tell the man that he gave me someone else’s cards. He said he asked me if I was th one who gave me all these cards and I said yes because I only put in three cards in the red box and there were no other cards in the box when I got to the drive through. After discovering someone else’s cards in my bag I had to check if I actually received my prescription because of their unorganized, rudeness mess. If I were y’all and you go through the drive through, double check everything because they can’t seem to get it together. I can’t believe I spent an hour at through. Terrible. I may need to switch to CVS.

Pharmacy sucks in a major way, pharmacist is rude and thinks he is god. Bit can’t believe Walgreens still has him there for this long. He fills what he wants and has a real bad attitude.
The pharmacy department is ridiculous. They dont manage their lines very well. The staff is rude and unfriendly. There is always several people in line but only two people working at a time. They need to hire more people to work.
