Placed an order on the app for photos to be printed. Estimated pick up time was after three hours. After three hours I still did not receive an email confirmation for the photos. So I decided to go to CVS to see what was going on. There was two women working the register the lady helping me told me to be moved to the side and helped several people in the line. After 5 minutes, She went to check the photo Computer and it turned out that it ran out of ribbon paper. I noticed that there was not an option to cancel order however I wish there was a better communication process established that way didn’t have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to tell me that they ran out of paper. Do they not order the ribbon paper in time to have enough in stock? it would’ve been better if there was a better communication process between the retail store and customers that way I could’ve changed pick up locations and not have to go through this hassle. Management needs better communication.I believe Ebony was the manager on duty. What other options could she had given me? Poor management skills.

Probably the most respectful and generous customer service experience Ive had in any store. Cashier was friendly and he even helped me out when I mentioned I had no face masks.
This pharmacy has the worst customer service along with the rudeness they never have my medicine rhey get my perscriptions every month a couple weeks in advance i call a few days before to remind them and they still never have my meds allways say they have to order it this store needs to fire the entire pharmcy staff and starg fresh
I just experienced horrible customer service at this location! I waited in the pick-up section for at least 10 minutes! I was not even acknowledged. Mind you there were 3 people behind the counter just running around and doing whatever they were doing. Oh, and I forgot to mention I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE! When I approached one of the workers there that I needed help. She looked at me stupid. I asked, excuse me can someone help me, I am here to pick a prescription. I was making eye contact with the worker, and I got nothing. She did not reply back! She looked me like I was stupid!! Then after a minute of looking at me she then said that I needed to go to the pick-up section. NEWS FLASH, I WAS ALREADY THERE! Anyways, she gave me my prescription and I was on my way. Horrible customer service ever! It does not matter how tired you are, or if you hate your job, or if youre about to close, you are there to service the customer. A fake smile would have helped for crying out loud. Better yet, an apology. By the way the person that helped me out, her name is Blessing. Not so much of a blessing tonight!
BEWARE people this store has items that are not being charged at the posted price. The store manager and employees know that it has the wrong price but says they have been instructed not to give refunds or credits for ANYTHING even if they verify that the price is incorrect. I will never shop there again and will do my best to use all media to inform the public of this dishonesty. This is horrible.
I went this store on 3/12/17, expecting the worst experience ever due to the reviews. Starting from the Pharmacy (I was picking up a prescription), both the clerk and Pharmacist, recognized I was standing there and acknowledged me. Oh, let me not forget while browsing the stocked shelves a non pharmacy clerk asked if I needed help. We chatted and she was very helpful and pleasant. When I went to sign the ticket for rx, I reached for a pen on the counter, the lady behind the counter apologized for not asking if I needed a pen. WHAT get out of here! I started looking for the cameras, too nice. I have never been treated so respectful as a customer as I was in this store. This store that I was actually prepared for the worst service based on reviews. I even asked if the staff was new and told them why (ratings). Needless to say, I could not, not give them a 5* rating for how I was treated. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
On Friday, Krystal was the front cashier on duty, she was pleasant and greeted my son and I as we walked in. She offered assistance and when I had trouble with a product I wanted, she quickly aided me. She smiled the entire time and treated each guest with excellent customer service!
Its a standard CVS. The parking lot is a little awkward to get into and out of, but is safe and has lots of large spaces. Inside is clean, and employees are willing to help. The pharmacy is also friendly and fast.
Horrible customer service at this location. I will never come back. I went today today, January 3, 2020 around 11:30 am. They made me wait almost an hour for my photos that were ready for pickup the night before because they put my order under the wrong name! The girl up front had to call her manager for help. That’s when she finally looked it up by my phone number and found it. The guy at the front initially told me I had to go home and resubmit the order because they couldn’t find it. 😡 Get a whole new staff. Or shut it down. Never again!!
Lighten up, folks. Nothing wrong with this store, or the employees. Although I will admit I mainly visit the pharmacy.
Go to any other location besides this one.
THIS WAS THE WORST CVS I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO. MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WAS WITH PHARMACY. IT WAS BUSY WHEN I WENT IN, I CAN UNDERSTAND THE HURRY HURRY.. BUT BECAUSE OF THERE HURRY HURRY THEY OVER LOOKED SOMETHING ON MY PRESCRIPTION AND MY HUSBAND JUST HAD MAJOR SURGERY AND NEEDED HIS MEDICINE AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THAT MEDICINE YESTERDAY. MY HUSBAND HAD TO SIT IN PAIN ALL NIGHT LONG AND INTO THE MORNING. IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THERE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME I WOULDNT BE WRITING THIS REVIEW. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. THERE IS NO REASON FOR IT TO BE SO TRASHY. THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE SHELVES, IT WAS VERY HOT.. THE STAFF WAS JUST RUDE...
This store looks run down and often has expired products on the shelves. I only go here now since the Walgreens closest to my home has closed.
Their pharmacy staff is the worst I have honestly ever witnessed! They lost my 3 prescriptions I dropped off 6 days prior. The guy had nothing else to say but can you come inside as we were in the drive thru. I don’t understand how a pharmacy can actually lose your prescriptions! Will never come here again.
This is the worst store ever. would not recommend to my worst enemy they need to either upgrade this sorry excuse of a store or shut it down, just because it is not in a predominately white neighborhood does not mean they should be so tacky etc....
