I rated four stars for the customer service I usually get there. The only thing I dont like about the store is that it always has a BLEACH and old wet mop smell. Although I LOVE cleanliness, I think that smell can be toned down some. In other areas, we would not have that particular smell. Our community deserves the same. I shop at other Fiesta stores that do not have the same smell and they are clean. The people here have been great to me. The prices are okay. I see some advantage taken in this store on some goods, but that is everywhere. LOL... Please visit this store and keep them in business!
Dont like shopping here. Place is not clean and quality of fruits and vegetables is bad. The item selections are limited
Horrible place.i had 1 Item that had a pre price on it from the manufacturer, cashier call manager over and manager told me Fiesta does not care what the manufacturer put on an item Fiesta going to charge what they want. That was my last time shopping at the rip off know as Fiesta.
Very convenient because of the Latino products.
Most employees are super friendly except a few of the upfront personal are flat out rude. The store seemed clean and well stocked
Its ok for a pinch. Or if you live on a budget.
Have you ever stop making your favorite dish because your preferred store stopped selling the ingredient(s)that you needed? Or maybe because you felt that product did not exist anymore that would help you complete that perfect recipe that was handed down to you from previous generations? Honestly this is the go to store... especially if you need seafood. Since I was a kid, my family and I always knew that this place would have what we needed for those special holiday recipes. On top of that, excellent customer service! Only downside to this store is it tends to get low staffed at times, so there will be some waiting. So if you are the kind of customer that likes to get in and get out, then you may want to explore other options or come in the day time. But honestly speaking, its worth the wait to me 😊
Completely unprofessional!!!!! I kindly asked if one of the registers were open and the lady there answered me with complete attitude !! Responded “ the lights on, so iam open “ and i continued “ well sorry I thought u were distracted and doing something else .” And she goes “ Excuse me ! What did you say ! “ and what’s the most stupid the store manager didn’t do anything!!! Both need to be fired and she didn’t even see a single problem! Date 05/16/2021 check the camera I turned around and avoided conflict your welcome!
Bad place!!! Everything is dirtyRestrooms are dirty!!!And everything they sell is expire !!
Ive been on a mission to find good tea cakes lately. Fiesta offers a really good option and theyre inexpensive. My grandmother would have approved.
Ive been going there for over 20 years and the place is always clean and customer service is good as well..
Love it the girl cooks my crawfish and shrimp for me might get some today
If you trying to get you vehicle registration here dont waste your time i went there and the lady said they only do registration from 12pm to 1pm just one hour to do registrations whats the point?
I dont know.... i like the food, love the fish aisle and African food collection, i absolutely love the staff and affordable pricing but still...i dont know why am giving the store just a 3 star 🤐
They didnt have a very good selection in their produce. This is very discouraging when you have to be so selective when buying good quailty foods
Friendly cashier fresh produce nice place to shop would recommend
Im not a fan of their meat, but I buy everything else there, particularly their produce. The staff is friendly and seems concerned about doing a good job. My personal quirk is to buy my meat from stores in newer buildings.
A good place to get fresh fish at a reasonable price. The Jamaican spiced bun in the international aisle is also a favorite!
High prices. Couldnt get a line that moved
At this Fiesta go in and get what you need and get out quickly they are pretty fast here
Good price for groceries
They were pretty nice about directing me around the store but they didnt accept a virtual visa card
You have to have cash to get your registration sticker. So if you are using a card dont waste your time.
It was good. You had to pay with cash only but they were open when most places werent
I like the variety of things that is offered, especially being from the Caribbean......
Fiesta is close to one of my clients so when I am there I like to stop in. The prepared food are good and I treat myself to pick a meal up here that I dont have to put together myself.
Low low prices. Above average produce and quick cashiers. Clean and simple.
I like Fiesta ..... Reasonably priced foods, products & services. Great location, convenient, friendly staff, love the seafood .... Im happy 😁
Best fresh seafood in the area.
Good prices, need better or more checkers..lines get long, 2/3 checkers
Cashiers at others registers instead of their own and after they noticed the long line forming at one register, the clerk decides to shout out to us yall can come down here, I dont know why you went down there my light is on. This is so frustrating, good help is hard to find
The young lady in the seafood department today was outstanding with the customer service!
I miss the old music they used to play. Everyone in the isles would be singing. 😢
Great store fresh seafood and decent prices for fresh meat.
Always an easy and fast trip at fiesta. A great staff and decent stock, some prices arw a litrle high but thats normally offset by the sales on other items.
Bad produce, bad higiene
This store had flies all over the store. In the seafood dept, on the trout fish. In the produce dept on the veggies. I told the girl in the seafood dept to get the flies off the fish. She acted as if she didnt care! I spoke to manager he said someone was coming to help with the fly problem. Be careful of what you buy!! They advertisement crawfish in the sale paper.but didnt have any. Havent had any in days. Why advertise something you dont have. And arent sure when its coming in.? Not a good experience at all!!!!
It smelled inside like dead fish and the food wasnt fresh
They always have good deals on shrimp. I wish they has better cuts of beef, but it has been better lately. However because they are the first store out of my neighborhood, they are usually my go to store.
Nice cashiers but just 2 lunes opened and lines..
Beware, they sell expired items often.
They always got what I need
Not organized. No help finding things.
Stinks in there needs clean up job and needs more sanitary stuff the worst
Practice safe distance safety. Good fresh produce. Clean store.
Very well organized and stock was plentiful. Seafood dept was clean and staff was very friendly. I have heard horror stories of Other Fiesta Markets but Missouri City is the Exception.
Good place
The store is very clean, and the employees are pleasant.
The short African American manager thats been there for yrs as a cashier before she became a mgr is very well deserving but the overpricing for 2 snow crabs for $22.73 when I can get a bag at Aldis for $16.98 each. So yea Im not to pleased with the seafood department.
Prices are high!! Fish department needs a serious makeover!!
Amazing store! The supermarket is clean, wonderful customer service and a fantastic parking ground. Shopping is amazing as their products are cheap and affordable. I recommend this store to friends.
Friendly people and its nice inside.
It not were you work, its how good you do your job
The manager she is so rude and mean she can’t operate her shift, she is so disrespectful to the costumer we are a costumer buying stuff with money we take nothing free and she always scold she doesn’t know what to do she shouldn’t be manager at any store she can only be cashier ..
Very busy, lots to select from in the store. They need to reorder that Richards Hot Hogs Head Cheese.
Well stocked grocery store. Well visited. Excellent place to get vegetables, fruits and other ingredients. They stock to satisfy Hispanic, African and American meal needs. Some groceries are a bit pricier than in other stores but you gotta pay for convenience sometimes.
I bought milk and it was leaking brought it back bought another and it was also leaking. Had to buy another brand and had to pay the difference. After all the trouble, you think I would have gotten a good faith credit for defective inventory and my inconvenience..
One of best places too buy wine in Missouri City hands down .I stop by this morning too buy couple items . I buy gift cards. HEB Krogers & several other grocery store chain but the only place I always have situation is with Fiesta gift cards ONLY . The system is so old I dont think the equipped accept for gift cards. The employees doesnt have a clue how to process a gift card. Only the managers know how . Today at this location the cashier call the manger his name was joel very helpful pleasant and very professional young man hes still college .
Great store and good prices
Local grocery store can purchase everything you need from different countrys also they have western union but money order they will not give more than $ 500. The money order fees low high. The staff in money service s is nice.
I love it, its so close to my house. I enjoy the fruits and vegetables as long as you know how to pick them. And of course prices are good.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Close to home, but not so great produce
It was sad young man in the seafood department I was in line to get some fish and shiny fish needed to be flea so he put my fish down and started waiting on other people behind me about three he waiting on so I told him you need to take care of the people whose in line so another worker came up and started cleaning my fish so I was trying to tell the young man he needs to care of the person whose first in line and I told him he didnt need to be working here so he came from behind the counter and came up to me to fight I told him if he get beyond my hands I well defend myself it a shame that this young man did this another worker had to glad him his name was marvin I will call the main number up Monday morning
I have no issues with the store; however in this time of Covid, I was shopping there today and everyone was wearing a mask except the one male manager.
Good experience
Pretty good for quick stuff whenever Im in the Houston area but sometimes I just might have to go to HEB or Kroger
Products I needed were easy to find. Employees were friendly and helpful
Not a bad grocery store at all especially if you are shopping for Hispanic food brands. The produce is reasonably priced and they always have my favorite cheese in stock. The staff is friendly and quick at checkout. I will be shopping here more since it’s close to my home.
A year ago I gave this establishment 5 stars, however to be clear it was only for 1 particular location....and thats the 1 on Main and Post Oak. The location on 2234 in Missouri City is horrible. The store smells, the employees are not happy and the prices are ridiculous. Ill just keep driving the extra 3 miles to HEB.
Amazing store! The supermarket is clean, wonderful customer service and a fantastic parking.
Fiesta hasnt changed much but its good though and still find what youre looking for
Great prices. Not so great quality.
Absolutely Best Place to get FRESH Seafood unless you’re gonna drive yo Kemah TX
Some no good fruit and vegetable
Fiesta experience a high turnover of produce. This equates to fresher foods especially ground provisions.
The worst Fiesta. It smells awful in there and the check out time in the lines are extremely long. I have visited this store on 3 occasions and all three times the same experience. I will never go back. Please clean up your store. I reside in Katy and the Fiesta is very clean and it doesnt smell so that lets me know this store can be the same
Very good place to shop and pay your bills
Im always blessed to get a good teller to cash my check. Theres only one teller that sometimes have a bad disposition, I think shes Asian or something. Everyone else treats me nice.
Im asking that you please write an email to your neighborhood recommending me for power washing. This will help me so much, thank you thank you thank you thank you. Peace be with
No bakery, no deli, but good fresh fish. Not the place to grocery shop for your family but good if you need a few quick items you forgot at your real grocery store. Prices are ridiculous but convenient setup inside
Called about the shrimp on sale. After calling and holding several times a worker said there were no more. After he pretended to go check! I go to get a rain check and pass through the seafood dept and there they were...Just plain sorry!
Fiesta isnt my first choice to go to for major grocery shopping because theyre too expensive; however, theyre where I go for seafood and other specialty items not found in other stores. They sell a lot of products from Louisiana that, pre- Katrina, I used to have to buy in New Orleans. Thats a definite plus!As of late, their shrimp (medium sized that I use for bait) has been cheaper than buying it in Galveston... go figure! 🤷🏾♀️The service has improved over the years also! When they have specials in their weekly ads, they are sometimes really good and thats when Ill go.
Sometimes when you enter this particular Fiesta the seafood scent makes me turn around and go to another store.
Its an average grocery store thier fresh fruits and vegetables Id suggest going elsewere but they do have a alive seafood market, I saw a lady order 5 pounds of Blueish Colored Shell Crab they where smaller then normal crab.
Very old store.
I like this store. The staff has helped me several times get what I need very fast. I recommend!
Love this place. Great seafood good prices. Great staff. Excellent produce and meat dept
I walk in the store to get onions and I would not get them they had fruits bugs on them so just use ur brain please. But they should be good now but always look at ur hand pick foods
Love Fiesta...they have hard to find food stuff. Only problems is I always find things I dont need but want.
A pretty good location-- they usually have good sales on produce and overstocked items. The staff is also pretty friendly. This location does blow up balloons in the cigarette aisle but you must pay for them in the regular check-out.
Clean and fresh produce and the seafood was very affordable.
Always an able to find what I need
A large improvement from what it use to be. Electric was out when I came in but the mgt and staff handled the emergency quiet efficiently.
Basic grocery needs with no frills. One of the smallest Fiesta stores I have ever visited. Fresh seafood.
I like the fresh fruit and vegatables, only thing the greens the bunches are very small.
Best prices for almost all your grocery needs. Extremely clean, well organized and the staff is always on point!
Close to home
Neighborhood grocery store. Has a very strong feel of the community that it serves. Great seafood mart with a nice in-town fresh selection
