Great Experience! We live 2 hours away so it was a transaction done mostly over phone and internet. Our sales professional, Buddy, did a great job responding quickly with all the information we requested. Upon our arrival and 1st time seeing the truck in person, my wife and I were both very pleased. It was just as the pictures showed and how Buddy had described the truck. After looking it over and taking a test drive we made the decision to complete the purchase. Calvin, the F&I Mgr had everything ready to go. He reviewed all our paperwork and explained all the available coverages to us. We even took advantage of some additional protection. We were out in what seemed to be no time at all. Overall great experience. .

It is definitely way better than Columbia Honda, which I went to prior to them. My Bronco needed a new bumper. I was scheduled as quickly as they could get the part in stock. Dropping off and picking up was easy and I was able to work around my work schedule. They put on my license plate part on which above and beyond. I was very happy with the body shop. Of course, this isnt the first time that weve used them. They have always done great work with all of my Ford vehicles.

Had a cold start engine nose On my 2015 expedition left it at moberly motors to be diagnosed the next morning paid their $107 diagnostic fee for them to find nothing wrong with the vehicle. Took the vehicle home and started it up the next morning for it to make the same exact noise, called and let them know and they said to bring it back in but they can’t get me in for 2 and half weeks. Is this a game they play to make money without doing any work?????? Just my experience not very satisfied

Buys beware after sale don’t care about buyer- service department does not keep common supply’s like tires in stock for vehicles they sale on lot - service representative even makes statements like “ beggars can’t be choosers “ Will never buy from again - still have service package there and will not use - horrible deplorable staff with zero respect to the purchasing party - Sure dealers in Columbia won’t treat you like this “ Buyers BEWARE!!!!

I was very happy with the service I got at Moberly Motors.My screen said “low battery” so I thought the car battery was low but it turned out that it was the battery in my key fob. Saved a lot of money.

Service is good. Oil changes fast & affordable. They are thorough checking your vehicle and not pushy. Staff members are always friendly.

Well all I can say is it was AAA recommended and certified however after my repair Im still experiencing problems and I was just there yesterday again Im not sure that they even changed my oil seeing as how they didnt change the infocenter and on top of that my car started doing the same thing it was doing yesterday today its like an intermittent problem sounds like a sewing machine and pulls a little bit as you speed up going down the highway especially in cruise control anyway it hasnt ran right since it came back from there. I guess what I really need to say is it started out as damaged to the front end and radiator from hitting a piece of wood in the highway from highway construction and it went into their body shop and after they repaired my radiator or replaced it my air conditioning has not blown right, my car is louder while running idle and louder in general, and it just simply doesnt run the same theres something wrong with it but theyre not willing to admit it so I guess I get to live with it until I figure it out on my own. It took me over 2 months to get back in there to have my oil changed and have it looked at they didnt change my oil and they told me there was nothing wrong on diagnostic so good luck with this place maybe if youve been going there a while theyll treat you better I dont know.

Service department always good to work with your schedule for repairs and all employees are polite. To add to this review I love their cleanliness in all departments, the choice of refreshments, the comfortable lounge and television. Also a counter/seating area for bookwork and a round table with chairs for a family group.

The Services Department got my vehicle in quickly. They diagnosed the problem and contacted me within about 3 hours and had the repair done that day. They were very courteous and helpful.

Greg is the sole reason I was willing to drive 7 hours without seeing the truck in person.He was straight forward on the phone and I was confident he gave me a great deal and would hold through on it. He held a very desired truck for days so I could make the trip.The experience was wonderful when I got there. Everything flowed quickly and smoothly and Greg and the whole crew were pleasant to work with.Again, Greg was straight forward and did not try to haggle and I could tell he was an honest person. That is why I chose to drive 7 hours there and 7 hours back.I will work with Greg and Moberly Motors again in the future because of my experience!

My wife and I just purchased a preowned Jeep from Moberly Motors. The whole process went very smooth, no high pressure haggling. We looked one evening after work and wanted to think about it, and they let us leave without pressuring us to make the deal that night. Called the next morning, got together on a price and went back that night to get it. Paperwork was done when we got there and in about 30 minutes we were back out the door. Nice people, but my last three tire rotations and balance either didnt get balanced at all or not well. The first time I took my car back the next day because it was nearly undrivable at speed. MM service made it somewhat better, but still quite a bit of vibration. The second time it was again bad, but I just put up with it. This week after my rotation and balance it was once again nearly undrivable, the steering wheel vibrated so hard it would have made my hands numb if I drove very far. I drove to town slowly this morning and I took my car to Plaza Tire to see what they could do. They balanced the tires and my car drives perfectly, no vibration. I guess Im done using Moberly Motors for tire work. And yes I specifically asked for balancing every time and was assured that the tires had been balanced. I dont need a refund since the rotation and balance was free because we purchased the tires at MM.

These ppl just have a nasty attitude and are not accommodating. I do not expect to be talked to like they do, roxanne very nasty attitude with customers. I knew this and tried them again, and it hasnt changed still snippy and short with customers.

The service scheduler was extremely friendly and was able to fit my vehicle in in a timely manner. The warranty recall did not address my issue, but they did what was required under the recall. I did find a bulletin TSB14-0017 that addresses my issue, of which they weren’t aware of. I will gladly take my truck to them for work in the future.

Ordered a key off line took it to moberly motors to program and an hour later they said they couldnt get it to program charged me 65.00 for the service. They tried to get me to buy one from them and informed me that if I buy from them they will charge me another 65.00 to program that key

Service Dept was lacking. Both vehicles we test drove were dirty on the exterior. The vehicle we chose required service due to a check engine light. The part required first to arrive was on Wednesday. Didn’t arrive until the following Friday. I was given a loaner that was presented as a rental. The young lady handling the loaner vehicle was a bit arrogant and condescending. When I arrived at the service Dept the advisor was on her cell phone. No one in service knew about my vehicle and the service problem. Communication is lacking between sales and service.

Needed an oil change and requested air filter changed also. They did a multipoint inspection of the tires, hoses, belts, antifreeze, and wipers. Found we needed a new wiper and ask to change it. Glad they did. Made suggestions on a couple of other things that need checked on or repaired. Pleasant waiting room area and great customer service.
