Shout out to the 2 man team that was handling the life out of this place on 8/10/2021!Justin up at the counter was calm cool and collected during a hot busy day. He worked with my schedule, offered me other services/solutions, AND supported the Mechanic in the back.He was honest about wait times and still helped everyone who came through the door.Great sense of urgency and customer service from both!

I had an oil change, alignment, tires balnced and rotated. First, the customer service was excellent. Thank you Justin! Second, the price for quality work was an unexpected treat. I live five hours (redwoods) away and will gladly drive my other truck down when it needs servicing. I highly recommend them.

Our new friends at Tire Depot are determined to do right by their customers. Kudos to Justin, who worked so hard to replace our water pump. The radiator fan had seized up and he actually went out to buy a new tool to get it off so he could get the job done. We were on a road trip far from home in our camper van and had to spend the night in the parking lot while waiting for the new part to come in. RJ gave us his number in case we felt unsafe. Tommy was a sweetheart too. We were on the road the next morning and haven’t had s a problem since.

My experience at American Tire Depot on Prescott was awesome. They are courteous and very reasonable and I appreciate them letting me know what they found wrong with my car while serviing it. Most car repair places will sometimes tell you they can’t fix the car unless something else is done and end up paying way more than expected and then find out it wasn’t a problem at all.. Best service ever! My car died on me, Paul helped me change my battery for me, and come to find out I needed a alternator too. They were about to close so he told me I can come back the following day right when they open and he would install it for me. He went above and beyond in helping me out. Fantastic experience. Manager and staff very professional. I got new tires, warranty, and an alignment for a good deal! Manager was very flexible and worked with my crazy schedule. He is the real deal and been in the industry for awhile. Very knowledgeable!!! Staff was very efficient too with the tire change and alignment. They also interacted with my toddler son who was having a rough day. Several customers came throughout the day and were all treated well. All were happy but some crazy guy who was over the top(loose cannon). Great experience and will come back for tire needs! Thank again guys!!!

The service was good and with the sale, I got a great price. The person who assisted me was friendly and courteous. This is my second set of tires from American Tire Depot. On the first set they rotated my tires and fixed a couple flats over the life of the tires. In my opinion, American Tire Depot is a great place to buy tires.

Came in for tires I ordered and an oil change. Said it would take two and a half hours and I was out of there in one hour and 15 minutes. Great customer service and good quality work.

Appt was at 1:30 got there at 1:17 didnt leave till 3:15 3 of the guys working there nothing but slackers. Had to say something so they could finally work on my truck. First and last time going there!

My entire experience with American Tire Depot was excellent. I ordered my tires through the corporate customer service phone line, and the agent, Gemma, was pleasantly and patience. She confirmed my tire shipment to and appointment at the Modesto Prescott location. I arrived on time and was personally greeted by the manager. Although replacing my tires took much longer than I expected, but throughout the process, the entire staff was courteous and professional. They took time to explain the problem to every customer and kept the customers updated on the.progress. I definitely would recommend this tire shop to anyone. The icing on the cake was their current buy three get one free promotion. Thank you for the great experience!

Went in to get my new wheels and tires installed and everything went fine until I noticed, there was damage to my passenger side. Went home and saw a dent on my rocker panel.Took it back and apparently wasnt them. If you make a mistake own up to it but don’t make it seem like I’m just trying to get a quick one and done. Yes you have trained professionals but sometimes mistakes occur. I wont take it up to corporate since they were very nice with the installation but very sad to have experienced it this way.

Prices are reasonable. Ive been here three times for tires, alignments and tire rotations. Its usually quick depending how many vehicles they have in front of yours. As far as customer service, it can seem a bit rude but they get straight to the point. Theres no welcome feeling, its more like a what do you need. Not a big deal for me.

Bad customer service, I am new doing business in Modesto need it to air up a tire this shop refuse to help me, I will not go to this place in the future if I need to purchase a tire, first impression is vital.Shop two buildings down help me and fix my leak and prices are reasonables. Definitely better CS than American Tire Depot.

Arrived for my 3:30 appointment and they couldnt find my appointment that I had an email confirmation for, then found out my tires that I selected online were not even in the store. Whats the point of the appointment system after selecting tires online? I was an American Tire Depot customer in socal and never had an issue. Drove close an hour for this, unacceptable. Luckily the close by Americas Tire was able take care of me that same day and they were closing in 1hr.

This place is terrible i took my truck there for tires and got a good deal. I took my wifes car there also for tires to get another good deal. They broke my wifes hubcap and cross treaded her stud and now I had a flat on my truck and I have to replace a stud on my truck because they stripped it out. This place is a joke dont go here they dont know what they are doing.

Great customer service! Friendly environment, staff was very knowledgeable, went over and beyond to make sure the job was done right all at a low coast. The only place I take my vehicles for tire work.

Went in in the morning for a brake job and oil change. They said it would only take a couple hours. I called couple times after several hours. They eventually called me at 6p when they were closing to pick up the car. I confirmed they did the brakes and oil, they said they did and put a oil change sticker in the window. When I got home I checked the oil, it was dark and below the minimum line. They hadnt done the oil change at all. Now, I need to go check to see if the brakes were done properly. Will NOT be going back here.

I was supposed to get a free alignment check, but it depends of how busy they are if they busy they will say the machine is not working, in other words, dont believe what they offer you and also, watch out what they charge you for, there are some stuff that you are not even sure if is true like Nitrogen Fill.i dont think I am going back to this place.

The staff at American Tire Depot went above and beyond to help solve my tire problem today. I made arrangements to leave my flat tire for repair and before I could get into my car to leave they told me that they would repair the flat and reinstall my tire within 20 mins. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

Bought a new tire and installed it on the spot because I needed it urgently. The mechanic said that the air pipe that goes to the tire is a little loose and might need replacement. So I asked him can I do it later as I have to be somewhere so he said okay. Long story short the newly purchased tire got flatlined at the freeway and damaged tire beyond repair, within an hour of installation. The mechanic was either lazy or didnt know enough to explain the severity of the issue with the tire that should have been fixed right away. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless you want mediocre mechanics and waste your money.
