I have been a customer of Integrity Auto for over 10 years. I have had many autos I have owned repaired and serviced during this time. Ignacio is friendly and helpful. Wonderful Technician, knowledgeable and fast. Great customer service and I was in and out getting my smog check and retest for free after he showed me I can replace the part myself. Someone did it for me it was easy tho. I recommend them for anyone that needs a smog.

I ben in this place 3 times i take 2 BMW and they said they cant fixed because they dont work on BMWS!! So couple years later i thake a ford Thunderbird and still cant fix it!! They suggest to me get te parts because they camt find it!! Really what kind of shop is this ??? So my guess is they only perform oils change brakes. Only basics things !! (EAZY FIXED ONLY!! So disappointed of this place!! I will never going back!!

I have been going to Integrity Auto for well over 15 years now. I had used many different services in the area before I finally discovered Integrity. The name says it all... including the reason I will continue to take our three cars to this Service. Ignacio and Luis basically run the place, and I have found that they will always give me the complete honest truth about what is going on with our vehicles. If it has to be fixed, they will do a quality job at a competitive price. If it should be fixed for safety or reliability, but not absolutely essential they will tell you that as well. If the problem reoccurs, (like a rear tail light going out) they will likely fix it free. I have absolute confidence that they will only do what is required and I know the price is as good as I can find anywhere. Obviously, I highly recommend them.

This place i buy my tires and get my breaks done, they are honest and reasonable and they wont take advantage of women if you dont know about cars. ive been going there for 4 yrs now the guys are very respectful.

I’m a repeat customer and as someone who knows NOTHING about cars, I love that I can take my car here and not worry about getting taken advantage of. Just last week my a/c stopped working and I was prepared for the repair to be an ordeal. Turns out all it needed was some Freon and I was out of there for less than the quoted estimate! Ignacio and crew are honest and fair. A+ service.

Best mechanic around! Ignacio is honest, kind, and hard working. Everyone at this shop is very helpful, and their service is fast. No need for appointments when needing an oil change. They provide shuttle service and coffee. Their office is clean with nice seating as well. I will never take a vehicle elsewhere.

Our transmission in our 2015 Honda broke down soiuth of Modesto. Had it towed to Integrity. Diagnosed as such. Allowed me to store it overnight while we dealt with local Honda dealership. Integrity very kind and accommodating.

Went there last winter when my cars engine blew out. They did the repair as fast as they could with parts that we supplied to cut down on costs. They did an excellent job and even noticed metal shavings in other parts of the engine and cleaned it up, and test drove the car before returning it to us to make sure it was in perfect running condition. They did a superb job and pickup was less than 30 seconds.

There are no words that can describe how relieved I am that my car doesnt need major repair. I started hearing a knocking noise on Mothers day. My coworker referred me to integrity but because I get my oil changed at Sears auto, I decided to get my car diagnosed there instead. Sears informed me that my car was going to need struts all the way around and new tires. They also quoted me over $700 for repairs. I decided to wait on the repairs and take it to integrity for a second opinion. I dropped my car off using their after hours drop box and was called the very next day with the diagnostic. My car did not need all of those things that Sears quoted me. Instead, the mechanic informed me that my car needed a replacement latch that controls the air on the AC/heater in which the knocking noise was coming from. The mechanic informed me that I had the option to repair the issue but if not then my car would be okay. I appreciated the honesty and how they werent out to rip me off. After all is said and done, I only had to pay for the diagnostic. I will never go back to Sears and will refer my friends to Integrity.

The guys at Integrity are trustworthy and they are the best problem solvers. There are some auto shops out there trying to drain your bag. Luckily, this place aint one of them! 10/10 recommend👌🏽

Great service from this shop, as I have gotten every time for the last 3 years. Quick diagnostic evaluation and offer of repairs, but no pressure if wanting to get repairs elsewhere. Told me how Costco gave me the WRONG BATTERY for the vehicle and provided the correct model to look for.

Always reliable and trustworthy, even if they tell me it is just a loose cable and they dont charge me. I have used them for over 10 years, and they are always honest and friendly. And they give me options and tell me how urgent a repair is so I can space out the repairs to when I can afford it.

I took my van in this morning for a check engine light that had turned on. They ran the test and told me its just an O2 sensor and totally safe to drive to SoCal tonight. They could have easily lied to take my money since I HAVE to have my car tonight. Instead, they were totally honest with me. Ill be bringing my car back next week for the repair.
