I stopped in just to see if someone could give me an idea of what and where a noise was coming from.Thier team was able to advise and even provide some fluid at no cost.Thanks to them I am safer with the repairs underway.

Great place, made an appointment and got my vehicle in immediately after my appointment time. They took care of the smog and got me on my way. They did a quick job. I will definitely go again.

Went here to have my oil changed on my 2007 Toyota Prius on Wednesday and specifically said I wanted the synthetic oil change service which was listed at 62.99. I also stated I wanted 5w-30 in the car because its manufacture recommended and Ive always stuck with it. They let me sit in my car, which was nice.When they do my oil change, I noticed the worker was using 5w-20 in the car. I couldnt even get his attention because it was too loud in there and it was already too late. I even tried to yell out of the window but he wouldnt have heard me. This was a red flag to me from the get-go2nd red flag, When they finished, Im asked if I have any coupons. I tell them no, then they tell me I get a free $10 off because Im a first time customer. I get charged $77 which is already $14 above the price of the listed service. And if they didnt give me the $10 coupon, it wouldve been $87.Well, I finish paying, and Im sitting in my car waiting for them to release me, and Im sitting there for almost 5 minutes with my hood open waiting. I get out of my car to close my hood, when a random employee finally notices me closing it and says oh I was about to close that for you. IF I hadnt gotten out of my car to close my hood, I wouldve probably been there way longer.They clearly bait and switched here. I didnt even want to argue the price because I was already annoyed with the 3 huge mistakes I already noticed.

Helpful and courteous, also informative. Plan on at least an hour or so wait for your oil change to be done.

Honestly, I had good reviews and recommendations for this place. #1) I sat ALL day without anyone giving me an estimation of time for work being done. #2) The work done wasnt complete. (I literally was handed back the keys after master cylinder for brakes was replaced, and told, Im not 100% with the job. But give it a couple days and bring it back if not satisfied...)I mean is it me or would that be a big concern for anybody else having their brakes worked on? Either way, the vehicle was no different from when i took it in. Come to find out that fill cap of the master cylider wasnt sealed, (part not installed properly), causing air to get in brake line. Thank goodness I or my wife and children werent in any accidents, but nonetheless a mechanic should NEVER hand over keys to a vehicle if theyre not 100% about their work. ESPECIALLY when dealing with a brake issue.

These people reported my miles to carfax and now Im getting spammed by carfax reminding me to change oil. They are saying my mileage is estimated to be at 32000, but i havent driven the car much, its at 30k. So mad, from constant reminders. If you go to this place, dont give them your email. Service was good, no complaints there. I wish they had asked me first before releasing my info to carfax. I need a lawyer.

Just showed up last minute before closing. And all the gentlemen were nice, helpful.. just needed air cuz I always have trouble. I was in and out in minutes and they even cleaned my windows.. I get my oil changed here and will continue to do so.

On 03/03/21 I returned with my vehicle.After an oil change my vehicle started reporting hot coolant. Car ran cool on a test run prior to the oil change. I am a long time customer. I trust Speedee.I just dropped my car off at the dealer. All good.The Manager is outstanding in every way.However; something has crept into that shop. Diversity hiring is no more, and so a comfortability has set in, with regard just saying anything that comes to mind.Folks, there was a news announcement, 13 people died in a crash near the boarder. The person at the desk said I hope there were all...(pause) drug smugglers. Keep in mind 24 people were actually in the SUV.I replied, My God. Those 13 people have families. This is a very tragic tragic situation. The attendant replied Oh I know its bad that 13 people died...hope they were drug smugglers not regular people.Of course I knew, the attendant was smart enough to know the dead were most likely illegal aliens.The employee was simply happy...if the 13 dead were who she thought they were, minors included.I watched that employee grow from a Christian woman...into a person who expresses herself in the way she did. The employee is Mom.Trump effect.Note: Had problems loading up my vehicle info at the dealer because....the vehicle was just serviced at the dealership prior to me buying it from the previous owner last week. Praying this is just a really bad string of coincidences.I love Speedy (oil change service)

Great Customer service and a VERY speedy oil change, The Owner is very tentative and is very hands on with every vehicle that comes in for service, The Techs even cleaned my windows and checked the tire pressure.....BTW I drove from San Jose to have my Oil Changed at this Specific location....and I will definitely come back

Sorry, but never, ever again. Had an oil change done. Plain and simple job, truck has NEVER leaked a drop in 15 years of ownership. Within a week, I have a oil leak. Took back, was told that oil plug was leaking, supposedly, they fixed. It still leaked. Took truck back AGAIN....Was told now theres no mechanic on duty, tough nuggets, come back later/again. Had truck looked at by another mechanic, oil filter and drain plug were loose, very simple. Yeah, I couldve fixed it myself, but as soon as I say I touched something, itll be my fault, not theirs. I paid to have a job done and it wasnt done properly, along with 2 attempts to fix something apparently very simple. Hate posting a bad review of a local business, but this is unacceptable for 2 fix it trips and still not fixed for something so simple.

Brought my car in for new breaks but after they inspected them, they said my pads were still good and no need for new ones. They let me go, free of charge. I love the honesty of this place. Ive always brought my cars here for oil changes and now I will always bring it for everything else they offer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had no issues with my car at all. Since getting an oil change here, my car has had knock sensors going off like crazy. I definitely will not be going here again.

My tires were over inflated at 38 PSI when it should of been at 32 PSI. Oil pan was not wiped and drops of oil were on my garage floor. Car was not vaccuum or windows clean as advertised.

I went here back in July and I must say I use to go to Speedee all the time when I lived in San Jose and I can say nothing has changed! The customer service is great! The mechanics are great! The cashier lady is great and helpful! I just moved to the neighborhood and I can honestly say I love coming here and will definitely be back! Prices are reasonable and I always appreciate how the mechanics will go over all the details of the work that was done!

I use this place for a general maintenance on my truck It broke my heart to see people treat you so low kids, their kids over there theyre not grown men but there in and out dont take way from were credit for in and out fact but there workers thats a different story kids

I brought my truck in for an oil change where I was greeted by speedee staff who promised my truck in a timely manner. I went inside to a clean waiting area where i met the owner, who was great. Mike was very engaged and happy to help folks with thier vehicles. I was able to see the guys work from the waiting area....wow what a crew. My truck was done quickly and ahead of time. I took my vehicle and found the carpet along with windows clean. Class act guys!!!

Last year under a different owner, an employee made a mistake and I wrote a one star review.. The new owner called me and explained that regardless of whether or not i chose to delete the review he wanted to earn my trust and future business. They had more then enough good reviews that my bad one bad review wouldnt matter much. He made no excuses and offered to do whatever he could to make it right. As a business owner I recognize that mistakes will happen and this owner showed exceptional integrity and went the extra mile to right someone elses mistake because he cares about his reputation business and customers. You will not find better service then that anywhere.

Good quick service! They were the cheapest place in town that also allowed me to bring my own oil (Mobile 1) and my own oil filter. Still pricey considering I provided everything but they were the cheapest in town if youre looking that having that done.

Did not scrape old sticker off window after doing oil change placed new one too low on the window did not vacuum car out but was very kind

This shop has very friendly employees. And they dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. But they are honest about the things your car does need. They are not pushy at all. They get your work done in a very timely matter. They also do other work like shocks, etc. Good prices and fast work.

I was a walk in and they were accommodating. Fast and done in half an hour. I had four people ahead of me. The mechanic took the time to tell me that I needed a brake flush. Found a coupon for $7 off and used it. Was worth it.
