Spoke with the customer service center this morning and they stated that my directions for delivery were already in the computer. Was waiting for my driver all day and then was told that they attempted delivery however no delivery was attempted Ive been home all day. They told me to wait outside for the driver and they would be delivering at 4:30 however no driver has appeared.

Mobile services are garbage and the Drivers LIE!!I had a very important delivery stating it will arrive by noon 9/17/21.I eagerly wait since my replacement work Laptop is the delivery but nobody shows up at 12pm and I get an update at 1:35pm that my package will now be here tomorrow 9/18/21 due to the driver attempting the delivery but nobody was home! WHAT!!???!? That’s a complete lie since I am home, nobody rang the doorbell, no tag on my door and now my company gets the message that I was not here to accept the package when I was here ALL DAY!FedEx customer service is also a joke, no help at all even after taking forever to figure out how to get some help!Looks like UPS and DHL will have to do, I have lost faith in FedEx after using them forever!As I write this I’m waiting for my package and dreading to see if it’s a repeat of yesterday SMDH

The girls that worked behind the counter had more questions than answers about shipping my package successfully. Not confident in these people shipping anything for me. I will use the actual Fed Ex shipping center next time due to lack of confidence in this locations shipping personnel. I do not recomend useing this location.

This review might be more reflective of FedEx as a corporation instead of this specific location. In our experience, FedEx is the worst shipping company in the US. Weve been screwed by them on multiple occasions when our shipment just sat in their possession at one of their locations for multiple days without any movement or an attempted delivery, twice with perishables. This seems to be the case at all their distribution centers across the US. I would not recommended using them if you care about timely delivery. Even the Post Office is better than Fedex.

Completely agree with Chriss review.Joke of a company. One day delay..ok. Fine. Understandable. Two day delay....?? Especially when they lied about me not being home while they attempted to deliver on the first day late...completely incompetent. Id recommend ANY other company to save yourself the frustration.

Wow! Ive never been in and out of a shipping place so fast before! Ive used plenty prepaid labels before but I usually get stuck in lines or long desk processes. Nope. In and out within two minutes and receipt in hand. Pretty pleased aha.

I have been there quite a few time, some times daily. The guy at the service counter cant even remember me. Always asks who I am and what do I have of proof that shows where I work. I wear a work shirt on that has a company logo on it and know what I am picking up. The lady who works the counter knows who I am by name. Sad thing is I have dealt with the guy a lot more than the lady

The mobile service is extremely frustrating and so unprofessional. I wont do business with them again. I wish I could give this minus star!

Ive been coming here for years to drop off and pick up packages for 2 different employers. The staff is always friendly and as quick as possible. Ive never had to wait around too long to pick packages up unless a package was misplaced and they had to search for it in the back warehouse (It happens, I cant get mad about it). My packages are always in good condition and do not appear as though theyve been kicked or dropped, unlike their competitors! They may be a little more expensive than the other guys, but its well worth the extra pennies to know my package wont be destroyed before it gets to its final destination.

Ive lived in several different areas and have never experienced so many Fedex delays until living in Turlock and having to deal with this horrible Modesto ship center. The most frustrating part is that you cant even speak to someone at the Ship center to get an update on your delayed priority overnight package.

If only I had the option to leave a negative star review I would gladly do so, the reason being is because on August 11, 2020 in Hughson, CA at approximately 12:30 pm a FedEx Delivery Driver PURPOSELY ran over our beloved family dog after stopping to deliver a package to our neighbor and did not care to stop. Due to his injuries he passed. I tried contacting customer services but was unable to get through. Who runs over a small dog and heartlessly leaves them there??!!!

Easy and professional service when dropping off a package to ship. I would like to point out theyre system does not shared with FedEx grounds network so trying to pull info on ground shipments you have coming was futile.

Sent me to another store to ship to AT&T. They are contracted so i was annoyed.

Expecting my delivery all day today. Get a text saying it was delivered but It never did. Called to see what happened to my package and after the second call the women on the phone says that the delivery driver supposedly dropped it at my location (which he didnt) I was home all day waiting for it. Feel like the women on the phone just took his word and flat out pretty much said theres nothing else to do.

Waiting a good 40 minutes people standing outside the door only one person was working the counter quite a few people back in the office people were picking up their packages wanted to drop packages off as well as ship some packages they have 4 registers why they cant have four people other than the two guys that I dont even know what they were doing and it was around 10 weekday very disappointed in that

Extremely unhelpful! They have delivered my packages to wrong addresses, blocks down, even different town!!! Always late. I’ve waited for fedex delivery person OUTSIDE numerous times only to be told “we missed you”. They do not help you at all. You call and all they say is they’ll call you back when they have an update from driver!!!! FedEx needs to be a little more harsh on their drivers! It is very unacceptable specially when your business depends on packages arriving from across the world.

Very poor customer service. I scheduled a pickup no one showed up to pick the packag. I went here 2 days in a row to drop off my package but the guy at tge counter wont take it even thought the shipping had been paid for by the shipper. I even asked him to call customer services to clairify what was going on & he didnt want to help. Wanted me to pay $50 each for 2 packages that already had the shipping fees paid. Called customer services they too were on no help. Worst shipping servies in the area.

FedEx delivery first day didnt knock second day didnt even go to the door and just said they couldnt. Called and said theyd have it at 5:30 went there then. Staff was rude been here for 40 minutes now waiting.

The staff is friendly, but their delivery methods and communication between the drivers, the shipping center and phone support are nonexistent. I was told my delivery was going to arrive by Monday before 4:30pm. Then I get a message saying the driver left because he couldnt find my apartment number. Then the call center said it will be delivered by 8pm, the shipping center says ig will be at their location by 5pm, and the driver refuses to answer his messages. I had to stand for half an hour waiting for my package, and its past 5pm and no one is giving me any updates. I also didnt like that a staff member told an angry customer that the drivers can only wait about 5 seconds when they knock on your door, then they leave. And now, they have a new system where they just drop off your package at the nearest Walgreens. Whaaaaaat? I finally got my package, and didnt even get an apology for all the hassle.

We were hosting our daughters wedding out of our area in September of 2013. Only partial flowers we had ordered from COSTCO were delivered as scheduled 2 days prior via Federal Express in Modesto, CA. Knowing we needed to resolve this before leaving town the next morning our Federal Express carrier, Jeremy stayed in close contact with us locating in Florida and seeing thru the delivery of the remaining flowers - which we learned were coming into the country from South America! We were all so appreciative of his outstanding customer service, it will not be forgotten. Thank you Jeremy!
