Wife was discriminated for being a mom here. Don’t support this business if you care about how owners treat their employees!!!! My wife turned down 3 job offers for this place only to get fired 4 days later for no given reason at all other then being a mom. Just waisted her time and they can’t keep any employees. When a place can’t keep any employees that says a lot about their business!

I’ve relocated to the area and started a mailbox at this UPS Store. I was welcomed since first coming in and I’ve been so happy with the helpful service that I recently renewed for a full year with them. I’ve had a chance to get to know the owner and the staff and this place feels a bit like Cheers, where they know your name and care. They are courteous, attentive and efficient. Not only do they handle all my mail and shipping needs with excellence but they handle much more. They’re not just a UPS drop, this place is like an extension of my work-from-home office. This store is really good to get boxes from(also home depot) and Im selling my Dino Mask on eBay(someone already bought one of them) and Im planning to come here tomorrow so I can pack my Dino Mask(Im going to miss her a lot tho) and I hope the person who bought her will be patient when it is arriving and whenever someone buys something Im excited but kinda sad but Im still happy, and whenever they do buy my item I will kiss them one last goodbye(I defect them after I kiss them) I dont wanna make my customer sick)

This is my go-to store for important deliveries for work, which I receive at least once per week. They make you feel right at home in the store with amazing and cordial customer service. I have never felt like my package was not going to arrive on time or that it wouldn’t be in good hands when it arrived.I definitely recommend this store for sending and receiving packages without the stress of wondering when (or if) they will arrive — they will.

The owners and employees of this UPS Store are amazing. I’m literally there once a week returning Amazon items. (Yes, I have a problem- don’t judge me!) I was here a few weeks ago for live scan fingerprinting. I returned a few days later to purchase a personal mailbox. The staff was courteous and friendly. They answered all of my questions. There is a UPS Store about 5 minutes away from my home but I rather commute the extra 10 minutes to this location for the quality service.

This store is awesome and the staff is great. I have a Personal Mail Box at this location and stop by often for business needs. The store adds a nice personal touch in that they call me when/if a package I have shipped there arrives. I like knowing my orders are safe with them until I can stop by for pickup!

If I could give a 0 star I would! I went in there needing help and of course asked a bunch of questions because I was shipping something very important and was will to pay whatever the price was as long as it was shipped safely and correctly. The man that was there this morning was completely rude and was yelling and me and was rude and can be because of all The questions I was asking. I finally told him I would go elsewhere because I didn’t appreciate him yelling and the disrespect. He then said that he didn’t like people questioning his intelligence. All I needed was clarification and reassurance my packaging was being sent correctly. I’ll never go back to this location. Everyone should go to the one on McHenry. They were so helpful and understanding.

Imagine waiting on a product from Japan for over a year for your Lexus. A top notch upgrade thats seldom released to the U.S. and its being delivered to your house today between 8AM thru 9PM. You go next door real quick and Murphys Law strikes.... Missed delivery. Your spouse is at work and he slowly witnesses the issue unfold before his eyes. You have a special mechanic lined up, your calendar marked busy, and Saturday WAS the day magic would happen in 2020 one way or another, and now its gone in four minutes. You track the package via telephone dispatch and realize the package is temporarily at the UPS store at 2100 Standiford. You jump in your car, fight traffic and get there as they are preparing to lock the door for the night. Does the clerk wave hello, lock the door and walk away? No.. Shes asks how she can help. After some back and forth communication with the other staff, they escort your spouse to the back of the store and ask the delivery driver about the package. You sign and walk away feeling like you won the lottery. Who does this anymore? Nobody but these folks. Absolutely floored at the exceptional customer service, compassion, and empathy displayed here. Yes, it was a car part, but its lack of delivery would have definitely disrupted a few peoples Saturday for sure. This store and its employees are an example of what all stores SHOULD STRIVE FOR. A class act. Thank you.

I dig this place! Like really I do, and I never thought Id be saying this about a UPS Store but here I am saying it! Hands down this one beats all others in Modesto by a mile, actually make that 5 miles(Get it? 5 miles, 5 stars?)Anyways...the team here is really awesome, they are truly respectful and patient as well. My first time in here was well over 3 to 4 months ago and I still remember it like yesterday. Long story short, they made it memorable because of their kindness and efficiency. They were busy yet i still made out in a decent time. The two ladies working behind the counter are down to earth and will help you with whatever problem that may arise. Furthermore, the man, whos name is escaping me currently(maybe Sudheer, they had a nickname for him, maybe Sudie....i apologize if im butchering your name my friend) is the top dog; very knowledgable and also a kind person as well, plus he has a sense of humour and is hilarious to talk too, a great dude!Finally to wrap up this review and to put the cherry on top of a great place! THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS! All the other UPS Stores are closed yet this place is up and running AND they are one of few that is open the latest!! I cant get enough of this place! We came to this office on April 1st to get out paperwork notary. The previous one the guy made a mistake. Anyway, Jaskamal and the other gentlemen was so much helpful. He was the one we talked to last weeks and told us he will redo the paperwork for us for free. Finally, we came by today and Jaskamal and him help us today. They was very help and helping us how to get the paperwork done. So they both got it done for us. Great customer service and help us out a lot! Thank you very much!!

Update: The owner called me twice and filed the claim. He went above and beyond. Ill never use UPS again, but Ill use this location for other services.I was really excited to find a UPS store closer to me.However, he shipped my package in the 9 x12 envelope I purchased just so my document wasnt loose in the UPS envelope. Well he just slapped those shipping labels on the envelope I purchased without putting it in an official UPS envelope. He assured me it would be fine.Well its not fine and my package was was suppose to be delivered byTuesday at 8pm. Its still in transit somewhere.My package contained my one and only copy to get my notary stamp. Now I have to get another copy from the Secretary of State.Ill never use UPS again and definitely never this store.

Awesome customer service… Received a package from Amazon and was super looking forward to getting my package and I was so bummed out that I received the wrong thing… So immediately I wanted to return the box and being Sunday I was not sure if or UPS store was open. I discovered that my local UPS store on Staniford is open on Sunday and I was super happy to be able to drop This box off along with another package. When I got there I discovered I grabbed the wrong roll of tape and dispenser was empty… The lady was kind enough to help me at the UPS store with tape prepared my packages and sent them off… Thank you for the awesome customer service as well as thank you for being open on Sunday!

It’s always hit or miss when you go to a shipping store. This store however was very friendly and professional. I needed to get a package out and forgot my tape. Most shipping stores would request you purchase the overpriced tape from them to package, or pay the packing fee. This location did not hesitate to see my urgency and offered to package the box up for me at no fee. I know this is not typical and won’t expect that every time I go there, but it was nice to not have to ask but be offered! This is my new shipping location from now on. Give them a try!
