I honestly found this place based on reviews and I was not disappointed. Everyone was so kind and helpful from the lady at the front desk to Jorge my estimator. They helped coordinate with Enterprise for my loaner too. My car came out beautiful and clean as well. It was even done sooner than anticipated. Hopefully Im never in another accident but if I am, this is the only place I will take my vehicle.

About two weeks ago my jeep was backed into in my driveway. i called here right away since i had previously gotten paintless dent repair done and they did an awesome job! they were able to get me in really quickly and had my Jeep for a few days. Tom kept me updated from start to finish with texts and calls and was great to work with. Val who works at the front desk is the sweetest person ever and is great to work with! picked up my Jeep and it was washed and vacuumed as well! Thanks for making my Jeep look perfect again! would recommend this place to anyone who needs body work!

This is the place to go if you need body repairs done on your vehicle. They are fair and honest about everything. I dont know if I have ever had an experience working with a company that communicates on the status of the project better than Crash Champions in Mokena. Every time we communicated, Crystal was very polite and extremely professional. They made the inconvenience of being in a car accident very easy to handle. Everything about their operation, from the initial call for an estimate to picking up the vehicle once it was completed demonstrates the pride they take in their work. Tom Ucki took placement of my car, I addressed all my concerns. I told him the the rest left bumper is scraped, the exhaust makes this sound ever since the car accident. Then I mentioned the quarter panel that had noting to do with any car accident as tape was put on there when replacing the glass. Tom calls me a good couple of times going back and forth on what the insurance is going to cover where he tells Shayota Andrews “he’s been another car accident” as Tom stated. Which is completing false, I never been in another car accident. When I call the insurance, it’s always he says she says, then when Tom calls me, it’s always he says, she says. It’s back and forth and it’s not worth the time and stress they both give you. Tom doesn’t work with the insurance and makes you come out of pocket way more than the insurance paid $215 and I paid $827. It’s a joke dealing with this and I am so disappointed in a 5 star body shop as it was very stressful and difficult as Tom says Shayota said then Shayota says Tom said. When a body shop calls and says oh I can make your bumper looking extra nice for 150-200 dollars? Like why wouldn’t you already make it look nice from what the insurance Progressive is paying. Plus the parking sensors look pushed in as they were placing the bumper back in. In addition, I addressed my concern about the exhaust and I was under the impression that he would do everything but Tom forgot. Tom said “you need a new exhaust and I can do it for about 700-900, but what if you needed that would you pay it? I said yes I would of so I can be done with it. He stated “I recommend taking it to a mechanic shop etc, but if you wanna leave it then I can do it”. Like no, I already left my car and I don’t have extra time like that. I ended up taking it to the mechanic and only paid 150 to the valve. Never will I take or recommend any bussiness at Crash Champions in Mokena.

Knowledgeable, friendly and honest staff, cork looks great and was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Work was finished a week before promised time.

Jorge, and the ladies in the office were very nice. Walked me through repairs and were very accommodating with schedule. Repairs done wonderfully and speedier than I thought.

Don’t recommend. Communication is terrible. They’ve had my car for almost two months. They never call back and doesn’t contact me about updates. They continuously push the completion date back with no communication to what the issue is. Horrible business

Superb customer service! My insurance company had my car towed to Crash Champions in Mokena after an unfortunate incident. I had to have the gas tank replaced on my Terrain. During the process I spoke with a couple woman that were very courteous and uplifting which made the process so much easier. They sent me daily text messages on the status of my repair. After the work was completed I was able to leave my rental car with them to complete the return. When I picked up my Terrain it was clean and had a full tank of gas! Extremely satisfied with the whole experience!

Most professional collision center ever, they are super polite and i loved working with tom, had bad luck and had 2 accidents within months of each other, first time my left mirror was gone, i took the car to crash champions and they returned it to me earlier then expected an it looked brand new and was super clean, now my car is in there again for the 2nd accident and i have no doubts it will look brand new afterwards, 5 star facility and very professional. highly recommend.

I needed a repair on my car. I went to 2 other places and was astounded by the pricing I received. When I went to Crash Champions, I was greeted and provided a quick estimate that was far less than others I had received.Once I scheduled the repair, I was able to drop off the car and keys off business hours.They contacted me the next day to advise me that they got my keys and would start my repair immediately and provide updates via text. They also told me that it would take 4 days.Each day I received an update vis text and it was very timely and accurate.The repair was completed on time and I was able to plan my work day and life around the promise that it would be completed when they said and that there were no surprises.Once I arrived to pic the car up, they explained everything that they had done, and took me outside to walk around the car and show me the repair and explain the warranty on the work.. Also they told me the precautions to take while caring for my vehicle to ensure that the repair was good.I was surprised at the condition of the vehicle. They had cleaned it inside and out and it was as clean as the day I bought it.Overall great costumer service, great price and great work.I would certainly recommend them to anyone else and would have no issue knowing that they would get the same great service I did.

Crash Champions did a beautiful job on our 2012 Subaru. Completely restored the fender and the blending of the paint is completely unnoticeable. This is the best place to get your car repaired. Great work. Open and honest the entire time. Jesse kept me informed almost every day about the status of the car. I had been in a car accident and my front bumper and left fender were destroyed along with some other things in that area. I went through the insurance company and they partner with Crash Champions so I didn’t have to do anything! Crash Champions picked my car up from the tow yard and had my car fixed 3 days faster than they quoted! They even let me leave my rental car there and contacted Hertz for a pick up. Valerie was usually answering the phone when I called and I was happy to see she was just as sweet and friendly in person as she had been on the phone. Tom was great as well and talked on the phone with me a few times with updates and was nice to meet him in person when I picked up my car. My insurance company recommended crash champions in Mokena. They contacted me promptly on a Monday morning and my car was in their shop the next day. I had a timeline and a cost by the next morning. The communication from the receptionist ( I cant remember her name) to the service advisor Tom Ucki was phenomenal. Everyone was so polite to talk to and they explained everything. I loved that they send out text alerts about what is going on with your vehicle. This was important because I work with patients and usually i miss most of my calls. This allowed me to access the status of my car whenever and then see who my service advisor was with an number listed as well as my insurance claim rep. When I picked my car up it looked beautiful inside and out. I loved that they cleaned the inside of my car as well it looked brand new. I couldnt thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Their estimate of the time needed to get the parts from Chevrolet (slowed due to strike) was accurate allowing me to plan for the week my car would need for the repair. My new car was backed into by an uninsured driver. I wanted to go to a Honda certified body shop and found Crash Champions through Hondas website. Their estimate process was quick and well explained. They were not in my insurances network, but were able to work with my insurance. This usually makes the process take longer, but it was quick and required limited involvement on my part.
