Mike gave an incredible quote for fixing my bumper and stated Id have my car back in 2 days. Not only did I get my car back in 2 days as promised, it looks fantastic! Mike was very patient and took the time to explain the entire process in detail. I cannot recommend any higher Superb and their manager Mike. I am for real and really used this place just by using Google. Dont waste your time by going to several shops to get your car work done, just go here, you wont be disappointed. I did go to several places, I stopped with Superb. This place is a real old school body shop. Not a fancy showroom where you are paying for nice chairs, fancy decorations, etc. You want your car fixed, do not pay for a building and fancy stuff. Superb and Mike are simply the best option to get your car fixed. And in the end, thats all you really need right?

Kevin and Mike were awesome with their service on our cars. They were professional and helped in every way even though State Farm dropped the ball many times. We unfortunately had two vehicles in accidents within a 3 week span that were neither of our faults. Kevin helped us in everyway and made sure we knew what was going on at every point. I had some work done on my 2020 Hyundai from some front end damage I had. The work was great. You cannot tell that anything was done. Looks brand new again. It was done in the time I was told. Great communication and friendly service. Will definitely recommend!!

I had a scratch on the lift gate or hatch of my 2018 Lexus 350. The scratch was deep and the paint was completely missing in that area. I called around to many places and I was told that they could use touch up paint but the spot would be noticeable. I called a few other places and they were too expensive. I spoke to Kevin at Superb and he was familiar with the type of damage that was done to the car. He quoted me a very reasonable price and told me when to bring it in. He mixed the paint on site and it matched perfectly. He painted the hatch and buffed the additional scratches on other parts of the car (free of charge). My car was finished in less than the estimated time and the paint job was excellent. The paint job even comes with a lifetime warranty. Superb did an outstanding job and they were $220-500 less than the other estimates that I received. I definitely recommend to Superb.

I just picked up my car from Superb. They really did a fabulous job!!! I have a 2006, Mustang. I had a huge dent on my bumper, scratches in my paint and rust was forming along the base of my doors and hood. Mike was absolutely wonderful!!!! He gave me a very reasonable quote. He tries to give the best price possible. I know that they went above and beyond for me. He didnt charge me more than my original quote although the rust was a lot worse than was anticipated. They also touched up my interior door panels. The job was DYNAMITE!!!! My car looks pretty close to brand new after a lot of wear and tear on my part. I will always come to Superb from now on. They were wonderful. I have had other family members rave about them as well. Look no further if you need gorgeous, detailed bodywork for your car! I highly recommend them!!!!!!

I used Superb Auto to fix my car after an accident. The car was in bad shape, and after their work it looked like new. Kevin & Mike did a great job fixing the car and communicating with me along the way. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times. I have never had such great customer service before....ever. They were professional, friendly, reasonable in price, and did an extremely great job on the car. I screwed up opening the trunk lid on wife’s new RX350 in the garage. Chipped paint with a nice scar. Spoke to Kevin on the phone he explained how three to four customers per week do the same thing. Brought car in Monday Morning and Tuesday it was done and Like brand new. Superb also didn’t nickel and dime for a few scratches we inquired about. Great price, great customer service, great business. I’ll refer/recommend to everyone I know. Thanks a million!!

They took the headache out of the equation. I had a fight with the insurance company of the vehicle that rear ended me. By the time they accepted liability I was done!! I went to Superb based on a friends recommendation and thats the last worry I had. They literally took care of every detail from the time I took the car for an estimate until the vehicle was completed. They dealt with the insurance company over costs, they had a rental already on site for when I dropped off my vehicle for the repairs, kept me updated with the progress of the vehicle. Most importantly when I picked up my car it was as if it were brand new again. Complete detail inside and out and the work that was done was pristine!! Could not be happier!! I am going to start taking my fleet of work vehicles to Superb from here out. Make your lives easier and do the same, Kevin and Mike will take care of you!

I say all the time (ask my husband, haha) that you just cant find quality customer service and products anymore. Well, I found it! From my first phone conversation with Kevin, to walking out their door with the keys to my repaired van in hand, this was among the best experiences Ive had. My dad passed away a year ago, and as a tool-and-die maker tradesman, he was also always my car guy. I could rely on him to take me seriously, no matter how small the concern mightve seemed to him. Superb is the first shop to have been willing and able to address and actually repair a window problem Ive had since I drove my van off the lot 5 years ago. I cant think of a higher compliment than to say that my dad would be proud that Ive found a business and craftsmen as proud of their work as he always was. Thank you.

I honestly will never take my car anywhere else. This body shop is seriously the best. The paint job they did to my car doesnt even look like it was hit, the color literally matches perfectly. They are so kind and accommodating since we both work the same hours. Super quick time frame they tell you a certain amount of days but done before hand. If you want your car to stay in the same condition before any accident you had, i will go to Superb Auto and no where else.

Unfortunately someone tried to steal my car. I thought I was looking at a couple hundred of dollars to get my door fixed properly with OEM parts. Called Suberb Auto and got to speak with the owner Kevin. He happened to be on his way to the Chevy warehouse to pick up parts. I sent him a few photos via email and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. I never meet him and he took my info and grabbed the parts when he was at the warehouse. Told me to meet him at his shop. 192nd & 85th CRT in Mokena. I rolled up. His guys (Mike) took my vehicle in right away.... literally 25 minutes to fix my door ....paid a super fair price and out the door. Thank Thank Thank YOU.
