I am very impressed with the service that I received from Van Dam Auto Repair. It was my first time using this shop. Jim and Pete were both very friendly and professional. The problem that I brought my car in for was fixed quickly, with good quality, and for a fair price.I brought my car in mid afternoon on Monday because the front passenger window had suddenly stopped working properly. I could not roll the window up. It turned out that the regulator and motor for the window needed to be replaced. They gave me a ride home on Monday afternoon and kept the car overnight. I received a call a little after 9:30am the next morning with the diagnosis. Around 11:00am I received another call telling me that the car was ready. They picked me up and brought me back to the shop to get it. The window works great now, and they even cleaned the car up really nice for me. I would definitely use this shop again and would highly recommend it to anybody!

Jim and his team are some of the most professional and qualified mechanics I have dealt with. His team did an expert job on repairing a major cooling system failure in my 2013 Audi S5. I have moved all our automotive and Class A RV repair needs to his shop because we trust him and his service is excellent at a great value.

Jim (the owner) was upfront and professional with what work needed to be done. It was quite extensive and we felt very confident that everything was truly needed. I got my car back in the time Jim said it would be ready, and he even gave it back to me washed and cleaned on the inside too. Very honest and thorough place to do business.

Super easy to make appointment. Dropped off the car in the morning. They gave me a ride home. By mid day I had a diagnosis and estimate. Car was ready by the end of business day.Price was going rate for repair in the area. Previous shop I went to recently lost their owner and closed.I think I have found my new mechanic!

Its a long story.I lost the transmission module out of the blue on a Friday afternoon. The dealership couldnt get me in for over a week.I called Van Dam they werent going to be about to get to it till Monday morning.I limited over to their shop it would not shift out of first great.As soon as I pulled in they came out and plugged into it too scan for issues. Then they have me a ride to rent a car for the weekend.I got the truck back Tuesday afternoon after they received the part and programmed it. Everything was wonderful. I drove home. Drove to work and back. Then I got up to go run errands and the truck wouldnt start.I called Van Dam and told them I was having issues with the truck not starting. My life fuel light has just come on as well. They brought me 5 gallons of gas when we started looking to see what the issue was and discovered that it was the fuel/water separator had broke. So I was losing the prime on my fuel filter.He left grabbed told and parts came back and we fixed it in my driveway.I cant thank them enough
