Good quality repair. Cant tell the difference. Paint match came out good too. I was notified of the repairs progress almost every day and it was even ready a day earlier than promised. Overall very good experience.

Unbelievably this was the 2nd time in a little over a year my poor new car has had to go to Service King in Mokena to get fixed. Once again everything went great. If you need body work I highly recommend this shop. I was in an accident and had to have my car repaired. Having to deal with an accident is stressful enough but the customer service at this location is above and beyond. I got text messages daily updating me with how the process was moving. I came to this repair shop since it was a direct shop associated with progressive auto insurance. I recently had someone hit my car while it was parked overnight. They notified me almost everyday of the progress of the car along with a website that had a tracker. In the end my car was done ahead of schedule. Upon pickup I noticed they restored it fully and it looked amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone for repairs

Went to the Service King when I was rear-ended. They were prompt, professional, and their work was great. Having to repair body work due to a collision stinks, but Service King really made the experience as painless as possible.

They kept us informed every bit of the way with text messages. They cleaned our car inside out I cant say anyting but great job guys. I definitely recommend them recommend them recommend them!!! My insurance company, Allstate, referred me to Service King and I am happy they did! I was very upset when my car was damaged while driving through a construction zone, but Service King made the whole process seamless. From working with my insurance claim, getting a rental car, and finishing my car repairs early, they made the experience very easy!

I brought my car to Service King in Mokena, and they did a fabulous job repairing the damage to my car. My car was not that old, however when I went to pick up my vehicle, it looked like a brand new car inside and out! Everything inside my car was so clean; in fact, my daughter lost an earring about a year ago that she received when we went to Disney World. The team members at Service King found it as they were detailing my car—she was so surprised when she reached in the cup holder and noticed her earring! Wow!! I am super happy with service king!! I was in and out in MINUTES. Super friendly people and very quick service. They keep you updated throughout the whole process so you know when to expect your car to be ready. Not only that they cleaned my entire car inside and out!! As a mother, that sort of things gets neglected especially in the winter. I was so thrilled to he able to check one more thing off my endlist checklist.

I will always use service king in mokena when needed. I have brought my Honda Civic in three teamsOnce to fix my drivers side door that was damaged and to fix my driver side mirror that got broken off and it turned out excellent. Second time my car was rear ended which resulted in the bumper having a small crack in it and they fixed it and made it look great. Third time was for Warranty work my driver side door that was repaired started to rust so they fixed that and once again it turned out looking great.Also the service is phenomenal to go with their great work. They will text you each day to let you know where your car is at and how far along it has came. They have never been wrong about the day I will get my car back it’s always been 100% right. And lastly when I picked up my car it was detailed out! Vacuumed and whipped down10/10 service by far

When I first stepped into the Central Collision of Mokena lobby I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. I was greeted and took care of promptly. The rental car process was seamless. The Enterprise rental car place came within 5 minutes to bring me my rental. I loved the fast service. My car was ready in 3 days(record time). I loved the service and would definitely go back again and again. I highly recommend anyone to go and take their car their after any accident. This place is trash. Their work is horrible. Please do not bother wasting your hard earned money here. They do very shotty work and try to blame you for it. They make promises they dont keep. My insurance changed so I was forced to come hereNEVER.... I REPEAT NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN! Go to Gerber if you can. They do legit grade A work and actually care about their customers. Here they dont!

Had a hood replacement on an old car where I had rear ended someone. Even though I didnt want to replace the vynil bumper because damage was minor and the car old, they touched it up a little on their own. Their match of red colors on a 12 year old vehicle without repainting the whole car was fantastic. The car was returned clean all over inside and out - much better than as driven in.

If I could given them less than 1 star, I would have. They did a terrible job and left me with a very damaged car that actually placed my life in danger. They allowed their lucrative partnership with Progressive Insurance to compromise any integrity they might have once had. I am still fighting with Progressive Insurance to get them to do right by me. This place actually has a Progressive office onsite. When I initially saw that, it made me somewhat leary because I wondered if that could possibly create a conflict of interest and it did. I would never use them again. They have this powerful mission statement on their wall, but ultimately its just words on paper because in the end, they did the exact opposite.

I was supposed to get mirror replaced. Took them a month to order after I called and made several appointments that ended up cancelled cause no one ordered it. Then I had to come back in for pictures of car to match paint . After confirming mirror was ready and painted with Jennifer the receptionist, I got there for my 3rd time to find out no one even looked at the mirror it was black plastic from the factory. This place is a joke. I wouldnt let them touch my car with a 10 ft pole. They cant even paint a mirror.

These people here are liars! Please dont even bother taking your car here. They will screw you over so hard! They sent me off so bad. Telling me things like your insurance approved the rework. Knowing damn well they didnt. Theyre just not the place save your time, life and money.

Body work

Its is now called service king. Girlfriend took her car to get a door replaced. They replaced the door but messed up the window seal. It took them 3 trys to fix it. In the process they ripped the material on the car handle and refused to fix it. Such a shame, it was much better when it was Central Collision.
