This place is absolutely wonderful especially on the night shift when I like to sneak in, the young girl is so nice and helpful and always hard working. If I could offer more stars I would. Shame other places cant compete with this level of professionalism.

Great place got great service from a short african american woman with glasses. PROMOTION asap. Showed me how to pump my gas such nice people. New to US from Russia

Nice clean store overall. I always come in about 6 AM. NEVER happy with cashier. Asked for 6 packs of cigarettes, first of all she grabbed wrong ones and when I THINK she grabbed the right ones, I couldnt tell because she was hiding them behind her back...wow! Did she think I was gonna grab them off the counter and run?!?Highly offended! Next I inquired about price, promotion on Newports, customer side of register wasnt showing price....Instead of showing me, she says WHAT CHU WANT ME TO DO???RING IT UP AGAIN??? So I just said I wanted to see the price with the promotion reflected. At that point someone came to assist/Takeover and the remainder of transaction went smooth.Dont know cashiers name but she is a short African American Lady. Sensitivity Training or just plain ol Customer Training IS NEEDED FOR THIS CASHIER!!!!!

I travel all over the state for work and I can honestly say this is one of the worst Shell Stations in the state. The Mens restroom always has a wet and sticky floor, full urinals (that dont seem to flush), no paper towels or hot water, plus employees not wearing facemasks at all.The gas pumps work but I would recommend going elsewhere if you need to make a pitstop.

The cashiers werent wearing a mask, there wasnt one in front of them, there wasnt one hanging off their ear, they werent wearing it improperly, just no mask. I called in a report to Illinois department of health, but just a warning to anyone in the area, if you are not vaccinated this place is not safe.

There are signs all over the establishment saying its company policy AND state mandated that masks are required to be worn by customers and employees inside the store. All visible employees were not wearing masks. Few customers wore masks as well. This was the only gas station (or business in general) Ive been to in months where employees were breaking safety protocol and it was extremely discouraging and dangerous. I hope corporate reviews security footage and retrains their employees on the safety measures required to prevent viral spread.

Quick and convenient

Cant believe on a Tuesday at 12:30 pm lunch time and went in to get a pizza which the sign says AVAILABLE ALL DAY LONG. Looks around and no body there to help you. Went to the cashier and asked about the pizzas. She said oh its closed....I said well it shouldnt have a sign that says AVAILABLE ALL DAY. She didnt say anything. So guess they dont serve any lunch there. So I went to Speedway down the street and they were more then happy to make me a pizza with a smile.

Had to come and give it 5 stars. Im guessing the two really negative ones were some of the crazy people Ive seen get thrown out of there for stealing. Its at a really busy intersection, so on occasion you get your run of the mill nut job in there causing trouble.I go there almost every workday to get an energy drink, and I also fill up my tank there. Great friendly staff, and great selection on things

Mens room was disgusting. Smelled like urine, no garbage can, sink looks like it hasnt been scrubbed in weeks. The fountain wasnt working properly and staff didnt seem to care. My wife said the ladies room had a broken toilet paper dispenser.

Its the worse crashers doesnt know anything they cant run the cash register.....it seems they just throw them with no training
