I ordered the Mother’s Day special cake. When I came to pick it up on Sunday after 4pm like I was told by the man in charge, no cake could be found in my name. The staff then location the order form which indicated the cake was never made. A substitute was pick out and this is how it was decorated for me.

This Baskin-Robbins is absolutely excellent in every single way you can measure. Having left the worst-by-any-metric B-R Ive ever set foot in perhaps fifteen minutes before coming here made this place look even better, but it really didnt need the help.The entire store is bright and well-lit with natural and artificial lights. Every surface - including the walls and floor but particularly all the glass and stainless steel - is pristinely sparkling clean. Being a B-R/DD, theres tonnes of cups and mugs and whatnot on display.Their ice cream selection was absolutely perfect. They literally had a little bit of everything in the case, including my beloved bubble gum. Thus, anyone who wanted ice cream would almost certainly find *something* that appealed to them.The best part was the customer service, though. The employees were all friendly and polite, happy to chat and joke a bit, and sure that we not only could but should taste a few flavors before picking one. (It was mid-afternoon on a weekday and thus quiet.) Getting ice cream there was a pleasure I plan to repeat in the future and I recommend that you do the same.

Lady behind counter was rude and seemed annoyed. Didnt have most flavors. Sons cone was stale and paper was glued to cone. Couldnt have smoothie because no banana. Fidnt have first 3 choices of ice cream.Tables were dirty. Girls taking in back instead of working.Worst Baskin Robbins ever. I have been to many states. Will never ever return and will advise family and friends of this terrible experience.

Im not a particularly confrontational person so I was too shy to ask him to correct it after he scooped the icecream, but i had asked for 2 specific icecream scoops with hot fudge. As he scoops the first, I notice he got the wrong icecream, so I just quickly repeat my order but he still did not realize he had gotten the wrong icecream. He proceeds to give me my final cup but forgot hot fudge. Im tired. Not feeling confrontational. So I leave, like I could have probably approached it another way but oh well. Regardless it seemed like a pretty easy order so ye 2/5 stars. id give it 2.5 bc he gave me samples but I cant (also 2.5 is average, so 2 is subpar)

This is a combination Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts. I went in for a breakfast sandwich. It wasnt very good. The thing was as if they steamed the whole sandwich. Soggy and unappetizing. I hope it was a mistake and Ill give them another shot as this wasnt the first time I was there and the food was great.

Have great smoothies and cakes.

Service was awesome. Very friendly staff.

Extremely slow and was ignored for 5 minutes
