This locations staff are rude, extremely poor service! I was in to do a phone trade in, literally just drop my old phone off and go. I arrived at 5:25 PM they closed at 6:00 PM. I stood there until 5:54 PM and then was greeted, told him what I was there for. He then asks over to his co-worker who was busy with customers are we going to have time to do a phone trade in. I interrupted stating I had been standing there for 30 minutes and I sure hope someone could help me tonight while I was there. He says, we are not allowed to work past 6PM then mumbles we dont get paid past then anyway Understanding they close in 5 minutes (I get it you want to go home) but Im pretty sure I had been standing there for 30 minutes waiting patiently just to be told I couldnt be helped!1. This location needs more staff and ones who have better customer service skills.2. If your not allowed to work past a certain time, maybe lock the doors a bit before your closing time? OR better yet communication skills?! stating Hey Im going to be awhile with this customer, we close in 30 minutes so I may not be able to get to you this eveningRUDE RUDE RUDE! I will NEVER refer anyone or choose this location again. Friendly notice to drive over to Iowa for way better service! :)

On the whole, my experience was good at this store. Just purchased a new phone to go with my PrePaid plan and the CS rep was good. Unfortunately, there are some issues that I tried to rectify myself but was unsuccessful so Ill be paying a visit to the store tomorrow to see if the issues can be fixed. The one thing, and this is not a reflection on the store, is how AT&T changed some of their policies. I originally could not get the phone I wanted on my prepaid plan because of AT&Ts new policies. For me to get the phone (and the price I wanted) I was told I had to start all over ie get a new phone plan to go along with the phone I wanted and get a NEW phone number. I said NO WAY!! Ive been an AT&T customer for years (16 to be exact) and my phone number ive had for longer than that. Got that number before all the monopoly moves of AT&T and other carriers. Ive had my prepaid plan for about 4 years and I am very happy with it. The one being offered now is almost the same but what upset me is getting a new phone number. AT&T USED to have excellent customer service and gave their customers good deals. I guess thats no longer a priority for them.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We switched from US Cellular to ATT for better signal. At the time we went to switch, before even starting the process, we asked Mr. Martin(sales agent at this store) if the promotion of $250 visa gift card was still going on, his response was yes. He told us that we would get it after being with ATT for 2 billing cycles. The whole process became a nightmare the moment he transposed our phone numbers and ended up disconnecting one of our phones and I was without a phone for 1 day bc of this. Mr. Martin kept blaming customer care. After everything happening and my husband had to fix the issue on his own and had to switch his phone number. Once everything was situated, we asked to confirm about the $250 gift card. He responded with “You don’t qualify bc you had to do it online”. This really made us mad, bc he lied to us just to get the sale and commission money. We asked to speak to his manager Ben. It took numerous calls before Ben even acknowledged our problem. Ben basically called us liars and said Mr. Martin never told us about the gift card. If he was to pull up the cameras then he could see that my husband walked in alone before I did, this is when he asked about the promotion. We asked to speak to the regional manager and they are also giving us the run around. No one is taking ownership and as new customers we feel lied to and used for just a sale.I emailed the email listed below and still no response. They are a joke.

So let me start this off by saying that I had been a faithful US Cellular customer for about 25 years partly because my husband retired from them and because I’m a creature of habit. But that changed, while I was at the gas station, I meet a gentleman. Later I came to learn this gentleman was the store manager at AT&T in Moline, well me being in my 50s and not that technically advanced I was having phones problems. The gentleman noticed that I was struggling trying to use Apple Pay and he was kind enough to show me how to use my phone. After having a short conversation told me that he worked for AT&T and that I should consider switching carriers. I told him that I would but my husband, who had just had surgery would not let me be away from home for any extended amount of time. At this point I had no real plans on switching, I had been to the Davenport location with a family member, and well I must say it wasn’t a great experience. To my shock Dimitri offered to come over and explain the plan to my husband. Well I agreed, again this was shocking but very thoughtful of him . To make a long story short, I decided to leave US Cellar and make the switch to AT&T. I think the biggest shock to me was that, once I enter the store I was greeted by Kelly with a big friendly smile on her face. I seen Dimitri in the back chatting it up with who I found later to be Matthew. Matthew was the young man who moved me from US Cellar to AT&T. The team was very friendly and everyone seemed to be helping each other, I can’t say how long this group has worked together but it seems to me as if they have been together for sometime. The music was playing, not to loud but loud enough that no one could here your conversation, the environment seemed to me that everyone enjoyed his or hers job. I must say that this is one of the best retail experiences I have had in many years!!! Good job Dimitri, Kelly and Team as my other 10 lines come up for contract renewal, I will be switching to AT&T and I will be doing business with the wonderful people at Moline!

After having a terrible experience with the Davenport location, I was a bit skeptical and even dreaded having to go to another AT&T store. BUT... this location was a bit more friendly, and the employees were more than knowledgeable. Maricela was very empathetic of my situation and provided quick and great service

I entered the store and asked “what promotions are available for prepaid”? The man replies $75 prepaid plan with $25 off if you switch from another carrier on prepaid auto pay, $50 bill, I’m liking this. He says, you need your account # and pin. So I get it, and the man starts signing me up, once we got to the payment step, I gave him the incorrect address for the debit card one time. With no other chances to give him the correct address. He says something is wrong with my card, lol, huh, no, nothing is wrong with my card. He says that I no longer qualify for the promotion, he can only enter it once.....REALLY? He says there’s nothing they can do. I then ask for another associate who then signs me up for a $65 plan with $10 off, that’s $55 a month $5 higher than the $50 bill that was sounding sooo worth it. But there’s nothing you can do, right. I kept reminding them this doesn’t make sense at all. I contacted customer service that night who notated my account about my experience at the Moline store and told me to return to the store the next day and ask for a manager which I did, who was no help and lied. Moline tells me I’m basically stuck in this $65 plan minus $10 =$55 for the month and go online prior to the plan renewing for the month of November, update my plan to the $75 plan, and I would then receive my promotion. I’m not doing that, that’s not what I agreed to. I then proceeded to AT&T Davenport on Elmore because Moline wasn’t making sense to me, needless to say, less then 10min they switched the plan I didnt want with no hesitation. Why couldn’t you do this Moline AT&T? You gave my the run around for two days..... Thank you Davenport Elmore AT&T for your help and great customer service...Moline, hopefully this helps you improve your lies and poor customer service, if I come to moline AT&T I shouldn’t have to go somewhere else for a problem you clearly could’ve resolved. PLEASE, make sure you have the correct address for debit/credit at payment or you won’t qualify for the promotion in Moline.

4 new lines switched from sprint. Amanda was awesome, she spent 3 hours with us making sure every little detail with our phones and plan we’re taking care of before we left. I would rate her 6 stars if the rating would let me.

Store lied to a user on my account about “requiring” insurance on a line for 30 days for any new phone. No such policy exists, it was simply feature cramming. Also, the associate failed to mention any upgrade fee. Liars and cheaters work here. My advice? If you use AT&T, just buy online, see everything in writing for yourself, and stiff these jerks out of the commission.

Checked rates compared to our current Verizon plan. Amanda helped us & we were able to switch cell phone service. We will pay less per month (get to keep our old phones) & have 2 new phones. Had the iPhone 7 before & now the XR.Amanda was amazing. VERY helpful & patient with my many questions. Knew what she was talking about & didnt seem salespersonish (pushy) at all.

The sales associate Amanda is amazing... have 5 people on my plan and 4 of us were upgrading only problem was we all couldnt be there at the same time... so she worked with us and helped each of us upgrade our devices. Our last upgrade actually made her stay a hour and half past the time she was supposed to be off and she was very professional and stayed and made sure everything went smoothly and all of our questions were answered... if you need help with anything I highly recommend going to see her. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesnt know something she will work to find the answer. When its time to upgrade or anytbing again i definitely will be going to see her.

I would buy and stick with AT&T just because of Adrian, one of the customer service representatives. He is incredibly patient, professional and polite. He spent an hour synching my new phone, while also politely answering others questions and ringing up a sale. He is super smart on all the tech yet can explain it all super simple for his customers. Always goes the extra mile every time.

My husband and I have had AT&T service for years and lived in several locations around the country. This is by far the best service weve had anywhere. Our consultant, Matthew Roe, was absolutely outstanding. When we told him we needed broadband access for a new tablet wed just purchased, he found a way to give us another tablet -- with the hotspot we needed -- for only a dollar, and he set us up with a data plan, and he REDUCED the amount of our current monthly bill! Matthew is the first AT&T consultant to let us know we qualified for a military discount, too.
