Excellent service. I needed a new phone. On 1st Street Moline Boost Mobile Mike helped me. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I really appreciate the service.

Dont go there. The workers stole my debit card info and tried purchasing something. Luckily my bank sent me a text asking if I purchased something and I replied no, they put a stop to the purchase, and then I had to cancel my card and order a new one. Best vet is to go to another boost mobile location other than the one at city Plaza in Moline, IL, you want to buy something from boost mobile

Ive had great experiences with Boost Mobile. They made the necessary adjustments when our Hotspot was acting up in our area and are always quick to offer the best deals. Eric has the best customer service. He helped us when we couldnt get our questions answered. Eric can handle multiple customer at the same time, without get frustrated. Now a days its hard to find this quality in people. He is very polite and honest. He helped us pick out the right phone for our family plan. We will be coming back to this store for all our phone needs. It only lets us do 5 stars for the store but eric should receive 10 stars as a person. The store thrives because of the best people you have working there.

I was having a horrible experience with my old service provider Metro PCS. She was with a customer she greeted me right away. As soon as she finished with her customer she helped me port my number and a new A20. I am so pleased with her customer service. I would tell everyone to go to her to get assists.

Sam is the man, I went to him to fix my phone and he tried his best to fix it and it seemed impossible to fix it cuz that hotspot for this phone wasnt working so he fixed it and now i am gonna tell my husband to get an upgrade for his phone from him because he is such a sweet and good guy and gives the best customer service.

Amazing people here at Cityline Plaza Boost Mobile! The guys went above and over what I expected. They called my previous carrier and helped get my account information and help switch all my data to my new Boost iPhone 7! Best Boost Mobile store in Moline period! Hey guys,I definitely wanted to take some time to post a review on my experience at this particular Boost Mobile location. What brought me into the store originally was to upgrade my Iphone 6s to a new Iphone. When I entered the store I was greeted by Katrina and Suihen. Katrina sold me on the Iphone8 plus.I appreciate the help she gave me when it came to product knowledge on the phone, However my intention was to boost up you only have to put $1.00 down then they add $33 to your bill each month. the phone retails at $449.99 on the Boost mobile website I asked if thats the price that would be honored in the store. Katrina said it would. When I asked what the total pay back would be on the phone she stated I would receive a email shortly explaining the details. Which I never did. Also I needed a new phone case for the phone and I asked Katrina the price she said it was included with the purchase of the phone. My total leaving the store came to $150.00 I repeatedly asked how we went from $1.00 to $150.00 she stated activation, taxes, and boost up cost.... OK cool. When i got home I realized I was charged $64.00 in accessories I never asked for, also was told it would be included with the phone purchase. Also I was charged full price for the phone which is $549.99. I called boost customer service to get some clarity and get this issue resolved and I was told when using Boost Up and doing payments you do not receive the promotional discounts offered on phones you have to pay full price. This is understandable. What isnt is Katrina not being up front and honest when it comes to the terms and conditions of using boost up, also lied about the phone case being included. All for a sale. Had all this been explained upfront I wouldve saved myself $100.00 and just bought the phone out right. Do not use this fraudulent location they clearly use any sales tactics to con you into spending unnecessary money. Please visit another location when deciding to switch phone providers, repairs, upgrading, etc......

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone stay away from there.. They try to sell you stuff for your phone and when you get home and it doesnt work for it they will not give you a refund... All they are after is your money and they dont care how they do it..
