We just had an extremely positive experience at US Cellular. The sales representative, Emmett, was very conscientious about taking the time to assist my wife on getting the old data from her phone. The phone had a screen failure and you could only view less than 20% of the screen. He had the tenacity to work through the unviewable parts of the screen to figure out which settings to make to get the information to transfer to her new device. I was very impressed with his perseverance. He should get five stars for his performance over and above the five stars for US Cellular.

I returned to discuss switching our plan of 7 phones to a newer plan. I had worked with Dakota Roberts on a previous visit and asked if he was available. He graciously came from the break room and his lunch to help me again. So wonderful to work with and patient with all my questions.

Dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I had one of my four IPhone 11s I purchased here 6 months ago that would not swipe up to unlock the phone. I brought it in to this store to get some help. All the guy who helped wanted to tell me is that it was probably because of the small crack near the bottom of the phone and direct me to another business where I could get it fixed. I explained the crack was months old and this issue just happened last night. Without device protection there wasn’t anything he could do. He didn’t asked any of the other employees and made minimal effort to help and again it was probably because of the small crack. I mentioned to him I had read something about hitting volume up, down and then the other button but he had no clue and almost made the phone dial 911 as I’d previously experienced. So I left and decided to call the Davenport US cellular. Brett answered my call and walked me through the correct process and in less than 5 minutes the phone worked perfectly without issue. I understand if the guy in moline was unaware of this reset process but he made little effort to do anything but tell me it was probably because of the 2 month old crack. Train your employees US Cellular

Very unhappy with the way both my mother I were treated over the phone today. The salesmen had an extremely rude attitude to both my mother and I. We called to schedule an appointment with the previous consultant who we worked with, Susan, who was not in for the day, which is fine. But he rushed my mom off the phone when she had questions about promotions going on with the iPhones.. Ive worked in customer service my whole professional career and I would NOT be writing this review if his attitude was pleasant! This is not the way to treat your customers who choose to do business with your company. Sadly we love Susan, but we will be giving our business to a different location from now on.

So my service was amazing. He helped me out on New Yesrs Eve and then came in this morning on his day off and finished with setting me up. Great guy. Props to Mr.Fowler. I got 3 IPhone Xr and 1 IPhone Xs Max

We have been very satisfied with US Cellular phone service when it comes to phone plans and reception . Their internet self service is terrible as you can not navigate even if you are using the correct password. We recently went and bought a new A 21 phone @ Moline location. When it came to getting information from old phone to new phone, that is where the customer service STOPPED. The sales person indicated that it would take awhile to download information from one phone to the other which I understand. However; when we got home and spent a few hours DOING IT OURSELVES, only some of the phone numbers took. When we went in the next day for help, we were told by the same customer service rep that they did everything they could and we would need to contact help desk. I realize that transferring data from one phone to the other is a cumbersome process but lack of support is going to cost US Cellular customers in the future...VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!

Vivi was amazing to work with. I was transferring a line from another carrier, and she went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She even took care of a couple things outside of her normal work hours. Vivi is the best.

Had a great experience here on Thursday, got to say a few times I have not received great service and a couple of times very bad service I believe his name was Evan was the best I ever had very helpful and seemed to care about my problem. Lost some confidence in US Cellular but was very impressed with the service I received on Thursday ☺

Staff was overall helpful and nice. I was in and out with a new phone in under an hour. There was a young lady named Serena working. She was kinda cute i guess. But she was rude to an older gentleman working there. And she also had bad breath. But other than that I was totally satisfied.

I went into moline location due to after doing a system download my phone was doing crazy things like shutting off and on non stop and i really could talk, text or anything and this young man by the name of Thomas Allen took time to make sure i left with a working phone. It was long process but he did some trouble shooting and made sure my phone was working properly again. I really went into store with attitude that i was going to have order new phone and be without phone for couple days but thanks to Thomas Allen i was back up and working. He was very professional and knew his stuff. Need more like him. Thanks again Thomas Allen you the man.

Not customer friendly. Everything is slanted to buy, buy, buy, upsell, upsell, upsell. Any phone issues have to be handled on the phone whike you sit in front of the employee.
