Only one worker there so we had to wait outside for roughly 40 minutes. There were a few people in front of us. I get it, nobody wants to work. Associate was very nice, but out of the phone we were shopping for

Today I purchased a phone from a different location went to this one for help transferring all my information. The blonde lady at the counter was VERY rude. Refused to help me and told me there was nothing she could do to help me transfer all my data over to my new device and told me if have to go back to the location I purchased it from. Returned to the original location where the employee was extremely helpful and told me the other location could and should have helped me. Will not recommend this location to anyone.
I switched To Verizon today from being with US cellular for 12 yearsSo I was VERY apprehensive, I was helped by Chantell she was AMAZING helped me calm my nerves about switching answered every question I had with no issues and was more then happy to help. Made the switch and transition very easy
Cell phone service hasn’t been working the past few days on both of the lines in my plan. I tell the worker this and all I get is “I can either get you a new phone or you can call tech support to help you out.” My phone is a month old & how am I supposed to call tech support if I have no cellular service ? She suggested wifi calling, which, of course didn’t work. Then she showed me and another customer out and locked the door. At 3pm. 5/10 customer service.

I had a great experience at this Verizon! I am from out of town so I’m not very familiar with the area! I have to say that I am so happy that I happened upon this location for help when my phone wasn’t working properly! The girl that helped me, Morgan I think was her name, was so patient and kind when I asked all the basic “I don’t know what I’m doing questions!” I wish I lived closer because I have never had such a good customer experience at a Verizon!
I switched to Verizon yesterday from another carrier and could not be more happy with the service, prices and promotions. Abby was assisting us and was extremely pleasant, knowledgable and professional. She went above and beyond to meet my needs. The 3 other employees working yesterday were also extremely professional and helpful. I was very impressed with my visit and am glad I made the switch due to the wonderful people that assisted me.
I went in to get a new phone after I shattered my Iphone 6. I knew which one I wanted, that was the easy part. Logging into the accounts was the super long and tedious aspect of the visit. Mike was super patient and informative and just when we thought it wasnt going to work, I was outside by my car trying to get login information, he came running out and told me what we needed finally worked. Transferred everything from my old phone to my new one and made a somewhat frustrating experience on my end, made it so much easier overall. Mike was fantastic and I really did get excellent service. I normally dont write reviews, but I had to with this experience.
I stopped in to have service transferred from one phone to another. I was greeted immediately by a woman who was friendly and informative. Rather than having me wait out the hour long transfer, she encouraged me to go run errands and pick up my phone when I was done. I would recommend this location over any other Verizon store in the QC! Thank you again to nice lady who helped me tonight!

I went there 3 times and they never could switch my phone. My son called Verizon and found out the employee didnt give the correct information. Within a few minutes my phone was switched.
The staff at this location is absolutely amazing! They have always gone above and beyond for any of my needs. When I got my new phone, they had an awesome tablet promotion available for 99 cents and I was able to get BOTH and save a little on my bill, too. The tablet on the Verizon website was $100 more! I will never go to another Verizon store for my services. Their customer service is outstanding!
Would have been a better experience if the rep would have applied the promotion code for the phone I bought as well as device dollars I had accumulated. Also, please quit tacking on the service plan. We didnt talk about it because I dont want it. Had to call Verizon to get the sale price and device dollars applied. Also to take off the service plan. Which I thought I took off but for some reason there was a cheaper plan applied.

I have gone to this particular store several times and am always greeted with friendly faces and knowledgeable employees! The store is always clean and seems very well run! Buying/fixing/updating phones etc can be very frustrating and challenging! It’s great to have my favorite “go to” store! Have sent my friends there also and they feel the same way!

The best store in town, youre greeted by a friendly face every time you walk through the door. Theres never a long wait and they take the time to go over your plan and a thorough explanation of all the changes they make, they always do their best to save you money on your account. My wife and i stopped in to talk about transferring our family plan over to verizon from att. the girl abby that greeted us was so rude and pointed at the phones we asked about. then she went back and sat down to play with her phone. she was far more interest in the phone than selling us anything. I guess Verizon is so big they dont need more customers. my wife suggested checking out tmobile. we did and got our 5 new phones from them. they were so good to us. treated us like we were family. I will let everyone know about this experience too.
Morgan was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. She went through different plans with us and helped us look at all of our options. She walked us through setting up our new phones and answered all of our questions.. even the dumb ones that my technically challenged girlfriend had. Would recommend stopping in and seeing Morgan to get your new phone/upgrade!
They never fail to greet us and are always happy to help! Whether it takes 5 minutes or an hour they fix the problem or help us gain the knowledge to use our phone or tablet more easily. Chantell and Benjamin are our main go to... but everyone there is quite helpful and very capable!! We feel they are more like friends than just phone technicians!!!

I had no idea coverage could be be so significantly better than another in The Quad Cities. When I did learn, I was surprised it costs about the same. This particular agent was more knowledgeable than most, took less time to get exactly what I wanted and set up was a snap.
I purchased a phone online and utilized in-store pickup. I was in and out relatively quickly and the staff was very friendly.

Had a bad experience at the Verizon store up by the old K-Mart on the Ave. of the Cities in Moline. My wife had attempted to renew her employee discount, but never received the email. The two girls at the Verizon store directed her to their website and instructed her to submit the form, which she had already previously done. She explained again that she never received the email, and the girl mentioned that it likely went into her spam folder. My wife explained that she checked, and it wasn’t there. The two girls basically shrugged their shoulders and refused to help us any further. We ended up going to the Verizon store by Southpark Mall in Moline, and the employee there had it taken care of within five minutes. What a difference it makes when you get an employee that actually WANTS to help, versus a couple of lazy sloths who couldn’t care less about doing their job.
Alberto and Morgan were very helpful in finding the right phones for us. Answered all of our questions and was very patient. Great job by both!!
Adequate service for over priced connection
Used to really love this place until today. Last year I bought a gadget guard screen protector and was told replacements were free and all I’d have to do was order a replacement and I could always bring it to the store to be replaced at no charge. To date, I’ve had to order 5 and all were replaced at no charge to me. Today I went in and was told it would be a $10.00 fee. I left without getting my protector replaced. Been a customer of Verizon 30+ years and have never considered changing providers, I am looking into changing now.
Very helpful customer service. My daughters phone had a problem and the girl working there worked on it for two hours but got it fixed. One thing though you can get LTE Sim cards for free from the Verizon main store in the mall. Here they cost $10. Not a huge issue but I wish I had been told that...otherwise very helpful.

This has been my number one place to go for everything I needed for my phones and issues I’ve had with Verizon! The people that work there have become my very good friends, almost family to me, I love when you go into a business and they know you by name and ask how “mom” is! No matter what the employees that work here are excellent, yes they may be busy at times but from being a loyal customer for many years I have learned that they will take on two even three customers at a time so that they are helping customers as quickly as they can! I love this group of peeps and and so lucky to have all them part of my life! Chantell is one of the best there, she is always smiling and greeting customers even if she’s busy in conversation with a customer. There’s has not be one instance where I’ve walked through that door that I have never been greated! Love You Guys!

Worst Verizon in the Midwest!Walked in and was stared at abruptly by the salesperson. Was asked to back up. I stepped back to wait and was mean mugged again by this ass. They charge for SIM cards and insane activation fees which are FREE! Everything is overpriced and the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

They helped me when my IPhone updated and crashed. They tried everything to repair or reboot my phone, until it was inevitable it was unrepairable. They took care of me like I was the only customer, they saved all my data and transferred it all to my new phone. I will not go anywhere else for my Verizon service, customer for life.
