I have come to this Starbucks for a while (at least 3 times a week) but recently I have been extremely disappointed. It started with the drinks not being full and the workers being rude. Like just this morning I walked into the store to pick up a mobile order and I honestly forgot to grab a mask from my car. Instead of politely asking me to wear a mask next time, they rudely wouldn’t give me my drink and told me to wear a mask next time. What bothers me the most is that nobody else was wearing a mask in the store except for the employees.Once I got back to my car I noticed they didn’t give me a straw for my drink. I quickly went inside to get one, this time with a mask on, and they ignored me for at least 5 minutes before finally giving me a straw. They were again we’re very rude to me when handing me the straw.When I got back to my car I noticed that my order was incorrect, but there was no way I was going back in again- I ordered a pumpkin muffin, but got a pumpkin loaf. A customer should never feel this way, especially a frequent customer. I will not be going to this Starbucks ever again. If I could give them no stars, I would.

My sister and I went through the drive through this morning and got coffee; it was amazing!! Not only was the coffee the amazing part, but the staff was so friendly! I believe it was Jane running the drive through window, and she was so friendly! She started a conversation with us while we waited for our last drink and she was so genuine! That girl deserves a raise!

I use to love this location. Lately, not so much. The wait is ridiculous. Today is my last time stopping at the 7th Street location. I ordered a Venti Hot Peppermint Mocha. It was horrible!!! It didnt taste like pepermint, it tasted like water downed coffee with whipped cream. This is the 3rd time Ive paid for a poor tasting beverage from this location. At $6 bucks a pop you would expect quality. I guess thats what happens when you get too busy. You no longer care. Its just about the money. Ill get my coffee elsewhere.

I went two days in a row, the first day they didnt have blonde roast brewed at 6:40 am so I had to wait for a pour over, the second day, I ordered a blonde roast and it was so watered down that I had to return it and get a dark, which was also watered down a bit. Also, why so they fill the cups all the way up, as soon as you pick it up, coffee is spilling out, its inevitable. The store is nicely decorated and the staff are nice and helpful

Employees are always nice, I’ve had a few inconsistent coffee orders but the worst part is how long it takes to get your coffee. Be prepared to wait AT LEAST 20 mins in line.

Ordered an iced Carmel macchiato, got down the road an noticed a bunch of whipped cream in my drink and not much carmel. A complete waste of money especially for as long as it took to get two drinks made.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks location I have ever visited nationwide! I have never had a drive thru visit shorter than 15 minutes regardless of the number of cars, time of day, or day of the week. Unacceptable!

Amazing customer service. Such genuinely friendly people and quick service. My latte was ready before the barista and I were finished talking about my dogs. She was so kind and not the least bit bothered when my dogs barked expecting the magic drive through window to dispense treats.

I understand that they dont want to leave mobile orders out for other people to touch but that means you need to watch who is coming in and waiting for a mobile order. I finally went to the register to ask for my mobile order. And then they remembered and got mine and the rest of the line that had been waiting. Not good for covid! People standing around waiting in a line for drinks that are just sitting behind the counter

Every time I go there the workers are extremely friendly. When at drive they ask how youre doing and if you have plans, its very refreshing. Theyre always pretty busy, but do their best to get your order correctly and quickly. Ive never had a bad experience.

I understand being busy, and they were. When I arrived the line was backed up into the street. I parked and ran inside, i waited THIRTY minutes and then was given only one of the drinks i ordered. I watched three people come in after me and not even wait 10 minutes and receive their drinks, and no they were not MOBILE orders. I finally went and told then I could not wait any longer and the lady said okay can I get your name and number? No...the right answer would have been, Ill get you a refund. What is taking my name and number going to do? I left, forget the drink but can I get my money refunded?

Took a little long to go through the drive thru, but it was worth the wait for a coffee . It nice of the person in front me to buy my coffee for me. I want thank them for that . I have seen this in the last few weeks of generosity of people out there . Working long hours in the heat doing construction work its great to have that kindness.

Went through the drive through, and got one of the fruity Teavana creations mixed with lemonade (strawberry acai refresher). Always a win, my only complaint is that I had asked for two straws to split my drink with my partner and they gave us a Nitro(?) lid with no straws. Besides the straw issue, great experience!

I wasnt impressed. Long wait for coffee. Ordered a smoked butterscotch latte. Tasted like nothing. I thought maybe they forgot to add it..then when I finally got to the bottom of cup I could taste the flavor!!

Litterally disappointing. Asked for a CREAM BASED white chocolate drink w strawberry in it & it was brown. Gotten this drink plenty of times . They insisted it wasn’t wrong & that the strawberry was in there, the strawberry wasn’t even the issue, it was brown. NEVER once has this drink been brown when I’ve gotten it so it had coffee in it. They said they were remaking it & all they did was add more strawberry like do I look like a pendeja ??? I refused to argue anymore about it. They need to learn how to LISTEN to what the customer is saying. & at that not to get an attitude, why try asking what the problem was & get an attitude when I know what I’m talking about?EDIT: went to another Starbucks ordered SAME THING & got it how I wanted, Lightly pink, not a damn brown. Take some notes 📝

I like coming here occasionally when I really want something sweet. The place is clean, comfortable and typically busy. Im sure this place gets good business with it being close to Walmart. My favorite thing to get is the Oreo Frappe, although it is something on the secret menu! I do love getting cake pops here too, and I always like to admire the pretty mugs and cups on the shelves. Its too tempting not to buy every single one of them. The employees are pretty friendly with everyone. I like how happy they are to see you when you first walk in the door. Its like they WANT to interact with you in the best way possible, and I think thats what every Starbucks needs.

I ordered a drink and my cup fell on the floor and i waited for about half hour. when i went up to ask about why it haven’t came out yet the lady went over and saw it was on the ground. then the barista that made it was not happy and she didn’t even make it right. was not happy i paid almost $7 and had to wait that long to not even get the right drink. very disappointing.

I usually adore Starbucks but today I ordered two salted caramel mochas cold -but they made them hot. They remade the drinks cold but one of them ended up being some minty version-yuck. I also ordered some food and when I got home realized that those were wrong as well. Epic fail...

I have only been here three times and every time it was super busy with a really long wait. Twice they were out of the cold brew and so I substituted ice coffee. Both times the taste was very different. It’s clear they do not have enough staff and are very unorganized.

Its a Starbucks, what can you expect? Overpriced, sugary drinks and a long wait. I am pleased they have the Teavana option now. It gives a little bit more variety.

Its summer. Flies are a problem. I noticed a fly in the bakery case. The clerk said they noticed it too and werent selling items that were in the case with the fly, although there was another fly flying around behind the bakery case too. It gave me pause. My chai tea latte was delicious. The clerk was very friendly. I will return to this Starbucks again but Ill be careful to closely check the bakery case.

I hate to leave a bad review, but this is honestly the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Ive ordered from here probably a dozen different times, ordering the exact same thing, and its tasted differently every single time. A few times its literally gone straight in the trash its so nasty. (Yeah youd think Id learn to quit going)Today I decided to go again because there just really isnt anywhere else to go in that area. I waited in line for 15 minutes and moved MAYBE 4 car lengths. I eventually had to get out of line or Id have been late. Ive never seen any other Starbucks run so inefficiently.I believe Ive finally learned my lesson this time, Ill not be returning .

Im not sure why I preorder at this location. 95% of the time its not ready. Today, I once again preordered. Arrived to see it wasnt done. Then I waited about 5 minutes at the store before someone sauntered out of back room to make my drink. This has become the norm at this location.

This Starbucks never has feta wraps every single time I visit. Very disappointed, keep food in stock if you know you’re going to run out. Slow service, clueless employees, and once again no feta wraps. I wouldn’t waste my precious time going here. Go to another Starbucks unless you want to wait 5 hours for a cup of water.

The people who work here are always slow to get your order ready whether you come inside or go through the drive thru. Today I ordered the Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato and I am very disappointed with it. I pretty much got a cup of fluff. My drink at other locations has never been this bad. I didn’t even get enough coffee in it to fill a grande cup. I pretty much paid for fluff in a venti cup. The last time I was at this location I threw my drink out because it tasted absolutely disgusting. The coffee tasted very burnt. Even though it is a farther drive, I will start going back to My other coffee shop EMC. If I could post a picture of my fluff drink I would.

I ordered a cold frappechino and it came hot. I asked for them to make it cold, becausd I specifically asked for cold. They dumped the hot into a cup and added some ice. It tasted disgusting. Ive had this type of frap before and it does NOT taste like that.

Had to wait in the drive thru at least 10 munutes, it was raining, when I ordered and when I paid, I got wet. Finally received my order and it was wrong. Instead of complaining, since there were 4 cars behind me, I just took it and left. Wont be back again
