I took my 2007 Lexus IS 250 to Luxury Motorworks for an oil change a couple of months back. My experience was very different than with any other mechanic that I had before.Steve exceeded my expectations with his nice and professional attitude and he addressed all the problems that the car had at the time (including the ones that the previous mechanic missed).Their prices may not be the cheapest, but I found out the hard way that car repair is like heart surgery. You need someone qualified to do it right. The fact that they specialize in Lexus and they know what theyre doing should matter more than anything.Bonus points for nice waiting room, organized working area, loaner car and easy drop off/pick up.

We have been going to Luxury Motorworks since our daughter was about 18 months - she is now 18! Normally, I get very anxious with car repair because I had horrible break-downs with my VW Beetle in college. But, that is no longer an issue since going to Luxury Motorworks. I came in to get a new fob, reprogrammed and replaced. Turns out all Steve did was replace a battery I had already replaced for some reason he had a feeling this would happen as it has happened alot in the past! I had a great experience at Luxury Motorworks. They were very accommodating. My appointment was around 11 am and I had my 3 years old son with me. I was concerned that he would have a hard time waiting for the car. After explaining my concern, they gave me a ride to a restaurant to have lunch and a ride back. I had forgotten the papers for the smog check and they were able to locate my car information with the DMV. They took care of everything. It was a very pleasant and easy visit to the garage.
