As a big coffee drinker and a huge Starbucks fan I have visited many Starbucks across the Western and Southwest United States and I find myself very fortunate that my local Bucks is truly one of the best. It is a 5 ☆ not because of the coffee but because of the people and the service! You will aways receive a smile at the window and you will leave with a smile too. This is my personal favorite location. Like many areas, there are 4 others in the general vicinity but the people here make it worth your while. Simply the best!

The baristas were very engaging and friendly! They are a whole vibe.....will definitely be back. I ordered a white chocolate mocha w/almond milk. It was good!

This is my local Starbucks. The employees here are polite, quick, and consistently great at making my drinks. This location is next to a school so they can get busy but it’s never as bad as some people make it out to seem in their reviews.

Some friends know of my love for a Carmel Macchiato and will provide a gift card so I may indulge. With Covid, I unfortunately have not received any gift cards. Due to my lack of funds for extravagants, I rarely drink any coffee but what the expresso I brew. However, since today was a holiday, I thought to splurge. What a mistake. I guess Starbucks is cutting back on ingredients. I always order extra shot but today it was if I was drinking weak coffee. Nothing of the extra shot, nothing of Carmel....only weak disgusting coffee. Never going back to a Starbucks.

Starbucks isnt usually my go to coffee place, but the baristas are amazing and very kind! Glad they are still open during this time and are still being as sweet as ever. Thank you Starbucks! Stay safe!

Fast service and tasty drinks.

I ordered Venti Coffee Frappuccino. I got white cream with little bit taste of coffee. This wasnt the first time it happened (different locations) My wife got Carmel Frappuccino grand size and her coffee was darker. (not because of Carmel). When you make it bigger make sure you adjust proportions accordingly. I am on my long trip and my please of coffee is gone. I dont drink coffee every day and I was hoping to taste a good coffee. Sturbacks should provide better training.

Barista Bre could not listen to customers wish, and if you correct her, she became very rude and mean.

Ordered a large iced coffee and received a sweet tea with cream sugar and chocolate in it wasn’t too terrible, but the surprise of ice tea instead of coffee was too much and I’m very upset that I didn’t get my coffee I ordered.

This Starbucks only has outdoor seating. Kinda weird since there is clearly enough room to have a building with indoor seating. Maybe because its next to a high school? Does have a drive through though.

Nice girl at drive thru window. Really fast service.But, I asked for honey drizzle instead of caramel and still got caramel.

No complaints. Had their double smoked breakfast sandwich, and my usual large blonde iced Americano. Great way to start the day!

Got our order wrong twice

Ordered venti nonfat decaf iced flat white received whole milk and some coffee. Terrible. Service terrible. They are always out of something. They no longer brew decaf only pour over. In fact every store I have been in they are out of something including register tape so the use your cell to take a picture of the receipt.

Worst customer service at Starbucks that I’ve ever experienced. This is basically a drive-thru only Starbucks I drove thru- got two regular coffees-I came back an hour later for my free refills using my Starbucks app when I was denied because the policy at this particular Starbucks is that you can’t get a free refill if you leave the premises -however it’s a drive-thru. Not everyone knows the rules and the 18-year-old girl working here should respect Starbucks customer service policy and refill our drinks and explain the rule for next time. very disappointed.

The drive-thru is a little on the slow side during busy times in the walk-up window is even slower because they forget to take care of the clients at the walk-up window. Otherwise clean Place Wi-Fi is a little on the weak side on a busy intersection of Foothill and Madison Avenue in the city of Monrovia
