I believe the girl who helped me was tammy. Shes extremely helpful. I shop at sephora and I have never been treated so good than this place. Their service was exceptional. They need to give the 2 girls working that night a raise. It was busy and just the 2 of them.

I walked in to sephora at jc pennys in the Montclair Plaza, I was greeted by Jessica who helped me with all my questions. She not only answered me thoroughly she made amazing suggestions that will help my sensitive skin, she walked me around sephora introducing brands I had no idea about, she really opened me up to trying new products, I really enjoyed my time at sephora today, she made me feel like we were friends, not just some one trying to make me spend my money on things I dont need. Oh I almost forgot... she gave me samples of products, because why buy something you dont know youre going to like? She was amazing, Jessica is now my go to sephora girl. 🤗

Cashiers are very rude . It is my second time going to this location and i got the same arrogant actitud of those two girls ( the fat one and the blond one) never going back there!
