I brought in two framed autographed posters. The glass on them had shattered years ago and I finally thought to get them fixed. Rob at City Glass was so nice but when I had a concern about the $95 price, Rob explained that the frames would carefully be taken apart, the posters brushed off and everything put back together with new glass. Although he gave me a two-week estimate, I was pleasantly surprised to get Robs call 6 days later letting me know my posters were ready. My framed artwork looks great again!

Very good work, on time and on budget, I would recommend

Our bay window glass had a huge crack. I found them on Home Advisor. Ray was very attentive, reasonable pricing and best of all, installed it on the very timeline he gave me. With the quarantine, I was expecting delays but very pleased with the turnaround. His staff was quick and efficient. We are now enjoying our window again. Would definitely recommend.

By far the worst experience i have had in 40 years of business. We had a broken storefront window, and after multiple miscues, not confirming the order with the supplier, and complete confusion we still never had our window replaced 30 days later. We were told Ray the owner would be calling, nothing. If you need prompt and competent service look elsewhere.
