Wade Maxx is THE place to frame your special piece(s). Their extremely knowledgeable staff (Krista & Steve) are the best in the business and their consultations are invaluable. They have countless frame samples on hand, so you can really get an idea of what your piece will look like before committing to a frame. They will explain the different options available to you for the mounting technique, matting variety and glass type. After my first couple trips there, I know more about framing than I ever thought I would! I have been using them for a couple of years now for both my personal and professional framing needs; and will never go anywhere else. They have the knowledge and capability to frame anything of any size. I have framed everything from family photos, important documents, art prints and paintings. I walked into Wade Maxx honestly feeling a little overwhelmed as Ive never had anything worth framing, but let me tell you the experience could not have gone any better! As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Krista. She really took her time to find out what my vision was and I really appreciated it. I honestly cannot stress enough how great customer service turned this daunting chore into a wonderful picture.

After the local frame shop in my town closed Ive had to get everything done at Michaels. A friend recommended Wade Maxx to me and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very helpful and put a lot of stresses to rest for me. Will recommend this place to others. Thanks again!

Such a talented crew!

No doubt that Montclair is a small place. The owner was patronizing and condescending. She made upfront questions that did not allow me to pass the front entrance. It was almost as if I was being judged. When telling her where I was staying, she immediately knew the complex and almost made me feel as if someone from that complex made sure to talk to the entire provincial town about me. I stay in jersey because my fiancé lives there. I’m from Manhattan and honestly people are not as pretentious as this woman is. It’s a shame as I was honestly looking to frame over 10 oleo paintings I had brought from Vienna from my last trip. However, she was too busy asking questions and being condescending.Before I forget, the owner scorted me out without giving me the opportunity to browse her shop.It was not a comfortable experience. Hate to think it’s a Montclair thing.
