One of the worst companies ever! I got damaged furniture instead of the new furniture I purchased. Use Progressive Leasing or other furniture leasing and go somewhere else. It will be much cheaper for you and the furninture will be better quality if you go somewhere else! You also wont have to deal with the manager who is definitely unprofessional with the employees as well as the customers!

Great over all store to rent with as long as you pay on time.if anything ever comes they will work with you, they also reward good customers . Staff could use improvement and more training

Very pleasant and very helpful. Things are a bit more expensive then I would like, but it is cool when your in a pinch. Had a W/D for almost 2 years paid on time and didnt get much of a discount when I returned it and got a living room set. After paying all that money you get no real discount. I paid for almost 2 years and get a 3 month discount. Should at least get 6 months. But anyway again it good when your in a bind.

If you dont refund the FRAUDULENT charges that you withdrew from my friends bank account...HEADS ARE GOING TO ROLL! She made a payment for us ONCE! She NEVER gave you ANY permission to withdraw anything else from her account! You are breaking the law and if she is not refunded her money in full and her information removed from your records or ANOTHER penny comes from her account legal action WILL be taken...IN GODS NAME I WILL NOT LET THIS GO! Ricky...you WILL lose your job and be charged with theft!! PERIOD...

By far the worst place I’ve ever been too!! Customer service does not exist in this location!!! Very rude manager!!! It wasn’t even the employees it was the manager!! He is unprofessional and needs a Reality check!!! If my spouse wasn’t so crazy I would tell him how this man treated and spoke to me!!!! Very bad business!!! I will never step foot back into that store!!! Not worth the trouble and hassle for over priced items!!! Trash!!!!!!!!!

The manager Ricky Fergerson is very unprofessional and rude. He gives out your personal info (name,number,etc) to complete strangers which is very dangerous. Also if you have family that shops there he tells them your business as well. I will never patronize this place as long as he is there.

Wonderful customer service! Was in need of a new washer and dryer..process was super fast and easy! Also, delivery and setup was was great!

Slow delivery service. One of the delivery drivers was making remarks about my service dog, which was put in my bedroom. Came out of my back door using profanity. Then had the nerve to say I was being rude. My dog is a guide dog as I am aight impaired. Not the brightest guy working for them.also damaged my doorway into my laundry room .

I made a payment for some one else. Now they are trying to pull money off my personal card and I told them my card is not to be applied to their account!
