LOVE LOVE LOVE this black owned beauty supply store. The two owners, mother and son, are amazing. They have a large selection of hair, lashes other supplies and you always leave with a free sample of something.

They sell product that is defective and will not except an exchange. Was extremely disappointed that a black owned beauty store provided worse customer service than all other beauty stores. I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere and let my friends know to avoid this store.

Probably the best beauty supply store in the area. I have been here a few times, my most recent visit really was the icing on the cake. I just needed hairspray but walked out with a wig. I was greeted right away and was asked if I needed help. Morgan gave me such a positive experience. She helped me find wig and was there the whole process until I found the one I like. A very nice lady walking around the store who I’m assuming he is the owner came up and made sure I was finding everything ok. When I went to check out the ladies were extremely helpful. Love this store and the owners and staff. My only complaint is the young hispanic girl with the long hair wears a too much makeup and it shows on her apron. Purple is my favorite color and that makeup messes up the purple apron. This store has everything you need. Haur, wigs, makeup, shampoo, stuff for your man and your children and they always give samples.

This place is absolutely amazing! I went in today for some lashes and extensions and the owner was so sweet and made me feel so welcome!!! Originally I was going to go to Sally’s but then I remembered my friend told me where she got her lashes from so went here instead. Their selection is SO much larger and knowing my purchase supports a local business makes it so much better!! I’m coming here from now on :)

Overcharged minority store charging 4$ for a pair of lashes that cost a dollar.Owner seems uneducated about lashes because she’s over charging her own people.They cost a dollar on Amazon lady.I cant expect her to understand though.Her eyeshadow was smeared all around her forehead in cheeks.Do a price check love your over doing your part!

I was looking for a nearby beauty supply store and Genesis Beauty Supply came up in my search. There was a website which gives me confidence in a retailer. I stopped in looking for a leave-in conditioner and I was pleasantly surprised to see a very large selection of hair care and beauty products. I asked for a recommendation and had a great conversation with the owner. I stayed longer than I expected browsing the store and I was tended to by very courteous and attentive staff. The service was phenomenal, the selection is vast and the location is great. I look forward to shopping at Genesis Beauty Supply again.

This place is huge and has a great selection. Met the owner and she said if there were any products that we like and dont see she would get them for us. What more can you ask for!? Its nice to have a quality local place for my daughters hair supplies.

Absolutely phenomenal experience and unlike any beauty supply store I have ever visited before and Ive been to all the stores in Aurora. Great prices, large variety of products for everyone. Lots of hair extensions, wigs and braiding hair. We went in for shampoo and walked out with two large pretty purple custom bags. This is my new beauty supply store and the service is incomparable. Genuine greetings and a great selection of beauty supplies. I found new products and products I havent seen in years. Love that they are Christians and they act like it.

Store has a good variety of items. The owner is super nice and they opens at 9:00 and close at 9:00 pm, I believe on most days. So the hours are great.

They have good customer service, however I been here twice they are very nice and welcoming I can admit that, but I’ve been here twice and bought hair, the hair is horrible and it’s really annoying because I spent over 200$ twice. And the hair shed on the first day, I mean it’s like a bought synthetic hair, I know they say no refunds or exchanges but that is ridiculous if someone buys over 200$ in hair, that most likely has been sitting on their racks for who knows how long, it’s frustrating I just wanted to get cute! This hair is ridiculously dry and it was supposed 100$ I proceeded human hair which I know is a lie because I’ve had better pack hair, the worker did give me a discount 5/10$. Still left me at 200$

They have nice wigs and a large variety of products but not necessarily a large line of professional products. But on the flip side the service is Amazing! Awesome customer service and very nice employed helped us!

Shopped there for the first time a few weeks ago. The store is nice and the staff is welcoming. The owner was very helpful and even offered to help if I had any general questions due to me being new to the area. Negative the hair quality and selection for the faux loc crochets was not good. I waited to review for a couple weeks to see how well the hair holds up and it is not doing well at all. I’ll shop there again, but not for this particular brand or style in the future. I’m hoping they will get a better quality of this type of hair soon.
