I spend a lot of money at Sephora but any time i go to this location, the staff is rude and not helpful. The manager especially. I only go to the Sephora in Prattville now.

The manager is very rude and was following me and my friend around the store the entire time. I wanted to return something but it had passed thirty days and wasn’t allowed to which I totally understand that’s policy but she was extremely rude when I asked about it. I almost spent my money here but her attitude made me feel off. I’ve decided to take my business online or to the Prattville location and see what happens there.

The employees are incredibly rude and unwelcoming, to the point of accusing customers of things they didnt do. They also lack knowledge about the products, or skincare in general. Additionally, these people ignore customers, act as if questions are a bother to them, and then give attitude to the customer even when the store is basically empty. Do not go here. I personally will take my business online as I love the company, but will never shop at this location again.

This store had 1/8 of what the other stores have, the staff was rude and short, not helpful at all. Not worth the drive into town.

4 Stars to the overall store, 1 for the employees. They obviously hate their jobs and do not want to help customers, as if you annoy them smh. I asked for a foundation match between two foundation colors I picked up, she said NOTHING, gave me two samples of them and handed me my bag. That’s it. I came back and purchased the foundation because it was great, however I’ll just order from the actual makeup company online. I wouldn’t do business with Sephora again. The other ladies weren’t as rude but seemed to go with the flow.

Manager and workers were rude. Followed me around the store the whole time without asking me any questions, just not a good experience just trying to shop for some makeup. Won’t recommend going there.

Went today and had a horrible experience with one of the staff. A lot of the staff has always been very unfriendly, but associate #0603 was rude, short, and made us feel very uncomfortable and belittled when we inquired about samples.When no manager is present, you get rude associates, and when the manager is present you get rude associates and followed around the store!

Worst service ever. I went in there for a makeup session and the representative of sephora put the wrong makeup on my skin and burned my skin and now the side of my face looks awful. And then she left the makeup on my face and the wrong makeup at that and went to do other girls makeup. Do not go the sephora in the mall they dont listen to you and they are ghetto and should not be even working there. Go to the sephora in eastchase or somewhere else.

Associate #0148 is rude and obnoxious to customers, even children. Her aweful attitude and demeanor makes me believe that she hasnt been taught a thing about manners or respect and thats a tragedy. She doesnt deserve that job or any job until she learns basic human courtesy...but unfortunately probably never will. If you cant help her, maybe help your store and hire some people that have a little respect.

Cameron (im sure i spelled it wrong) is so sweet and immediately knew my perfect match for Rihannas Fenty foundation!!! So thankful she was working and the store had so many shades in stock for it being such a hot product. Everyone working was so helpful and kind and obviously know what theyre doing. I was in and out in two seconds looking like Rihanna herself. They hooked me UP.
