If I could give 0 STARS, I would. I was in the store today with my co-worker. One of the workers ask if we needed help...we said no. Yet she stood behind us the whole time we were looking at and then choosing a wig. After choosing a wig the little girl said that we couldnt take it to the counter that she had to take it to take it up front for us. We told her that we were not going to steal the wig. She said she was just doing what her boss told her to do. We felt a way about this because once she took the wig to the counter she went to follow the next person even though we were still shopping in the store. If they are so concerned about people walking out with merchandise they should hire security and get rid of that annoying as recording that announces when you come in and out.

I love the vibe and the help offered I got me some great quality hair for a great price.

I have been shopping at Vaughn rd beauty supply for since the pandemic and my experience yesterday was horrible because I was lied to about the wig I purchased not one time but like a machine gun firing of lies. I sought truth and even to speak to the highest in authority and was given an adamant 👎No.I was kind in my delivery of the concern but to no avail. Businesses run upon lies fail.
