Trustworthy auto service. Good people to do business with. For several years, Ive had good experience getting various family vehicles repaired at AutoSave in Montgomery, AL. The managers, Dana and Scott, always seem busy but are nonetheless courteous. Between just the two of them, well they likely have 50+ years of auto mechanic experience, plus seem to have a good overall team. They always seem to be straight shooters at diagnosing what they truly find and then call with recommendations and options to solve the problem. They fix the problem in a timely way, at a reasonable price, and they are nice to deal with too. Thats a good recipe.

AutoSave in Montgomery is by far the best place to take your automobile to. The people here take time to form a personal connection with you so that you always feel welcomed when you walk through the door and they remember who you are. Not to mention they always take care of what you came in for in a timely manner. Dana has always took great care of my family every time we come in with a problem and we will not go anywhere else because of the care he has shown in ensuring we can make it from point A to point B safely.

Great service wonderful staff needed four tires placed on rims dropped them off and returned all done within 45 minutes cant say enough thank you for the wonderful service.

I was normally using Wetumpka Tire for all my car needs, but ended up given Auto Save in Montgomery a try. My wife’s car was in need of some tires and oil change so I called and spoke with a guy named Scott. The tires I needed was not in stock, but he told me he could have them by the end of the day. These guys are very knowledgeable in what they do. Auto Save in Montgomery in for sure now my number one place to go.

Went in for prices on tires, Scott was very helpful and showed me options on both tires and financing. Rolled out with new tires. Great customer service.

Ive been buying tires from this place since I was 16 years old and after the experience I had today I can confidently say I will never purchase anything from them or get my car serviced there again. Not only did no one call when my car was ready to be picked up; the prices are outrageous compared to what they used to be and they have no tires on site which requires them to go out of town come back with the tire. if youre looking for a quick repair on your tire this would not be the place to go. Additionally, if youre looking to just get a tire fixed this is not the place to go before I even told them what was wrong with my car they were already telling me how I needed to buy multiple new tires. members need to tell me how Id be a fool to not go ahead and get a full new set of tires despite the fact I multiple times sold them I did not have the financial means to do such. Its unfortunate after so many years of using their services.Update: please read the below comment. I appreciate the call over the review and that you could see that I was clearly just pleased with the service however your response to what I stated here clearly proves my point about your customer service and your need to be rude and abrasive when people tell you they dont have the ability to do what you are implying they need to do. Listen, I’m a feminist but one thing I ✨refuse✨ to learn about is cars. If I don’t have at least one of those lil lights on my dash I feel like a nerd. I absolutely hate getting my car serviced. Took a leap of faith (the place I usually go to closed early) and went to auto save because Google said it was next door and experienced for once a pleasant car service. I’ll drive my Elentra till she dies, if my dad doesn’t notice a flat tire then so be it the tire will pop under my care. I just went in for an oil change but mechanic here checked everything for me and probably saved my tires lives in the process. Super friendly service, comfy lil waiting room. 10/10 would use again.

Came to get my tires mounted and balanced along with getting a oil change and I must say I had a good experience. Price was affordable and friendly environment.

I went to Auto Save Tires & Automotive on Sat October 3 at 7am.for 4 tires and wheel alignment. Scott was first that I encountered. He was very friendly got my car to the back and the guys got me in and out in a timely matter. The service and all the staff was very friendly professional and knowledgeable of thier jobs. I highly recommend them. They save me money on tires and alignment. Prices are reasonable. My Toyota Camry 2017 rides like new. My camry has found a permanent place for great services.

We have been going to Auto Save for many years with all of our vehicles, and we have multiple drivers in the house, so that is ALOT of cars. We drove 45 minutes to Prattville and will even drive to the Montgomery location because we trust and respect the advice we received from the people working there, especially Dana Drake.

Was looking everywhere to have my tire replace. Called early this morning said they could order tire and have it there today and put it on. They were great. Got in there got it done in reasonable time. Thank you all so much for your help and understanding during this time. God Bless.

These guys are awesome! The patience and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is fantastic. I purchased 4 tires, an alignment, 4 center caps, a brake flush, and now Im looking at having them do my drum brakes. I feel comfortable with my truck in their hands and thats saying alot.

I visited their competitor across the street. It was hard to communicate there. The only language they spoke fluently was money and charges. The competition wanted $94 for two tires and asked me to take the old tires home. No way. I called Auto Save. I got an honest answer, fair price, friendly service and almost new tires. I highly recommend to go to AutoSave and not their across the street competition.

These guys are great! Went to get my air conditioning fixed.. they were knowledgeable, professional, polite and FAST.. and they also offer military discount! I will continue to use their services if I am ever in need of another repair

I give this automotive store 5 stars heres why. First, the service their was exceptional. Vehicle was dropped off in the morning and ready well before they closed, so service was fast. Second, they did not over charge for the work performed, like a lot of automotive service centers will. I received honest fair pricing up front. In fact, my service agent realized I was a veteran and took %10 off my bill without me requesting it. The repair cost was very reasonable. I had similar work done at Performance Auto Repair on Eastern BLVD and was over charged severely to the point Id never use them again and warn others to not too as well. I believe the team at Auto Save to be honest and fair, and would recommend them to anyone needing top quality auto repair work done at reasonable pricing.

The service is great! There is a very welcoming feel when you first walk in. There was no pressure selling technique that you normally experience when you go to an automotive shop. I feel it is an excellent place to get your car serviced or repaired. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. I do not believe they will ever rip anyone off or make a situation where you have to return your car again. I 1000% trust them....I had my oil and filter replaced last Monday and they also replaced my front brake pads and adjusted the parking brake. They do excellent work in a timely manner and it is extremely important to me to completely trust whoever is working on my car and I do trust them. It feels good to have brakes working like new!!I highly recommend Auto Save Tire & Auto. I did not mention today is August the 19th.March 05, 2020I had them flush and fill the cooling system on my car. Once again I 1000% trust them. It is something one notices any improvement in performance but it is a TREMENDOUS comfort of mind knowing the cooling system is clean, operating at full potential and it is ready for another brutal Southeastern Summer! It costs more than I prefer but maybe take a moment and realize most everything costs more than I prefer.My brakes are still awesome!

Heard their ad on WLWI, checked out reviews, got a tire quote, planned to take car in a couple of weeks, then had a tire emergency and had to get towed there. Needless to say, I was frazzled! But Todd and Matt were wonderful and reassuring. They had my car ready the same day: new tires, oil change, and alignment. Wonderful service and great prices. Even though I was a first-time customer, they treated me like Id been using them for years--and now I absolutely will!

I dropped my car off at the dealer on 5/24/19 to be serviced for regular maintenance before my trip out of town. I was notified by phone that my front two tires had wires showing and needed to be replaced ASAP. They quoted me $975 out the door for a full set. I quickly called all tire shops in Montgomery to see if I could get them cheaper elsewhere. Auto Save had the tires I needed for $676. I spoke with Matt and explained my situation. He went above and beyond to make sure my tires were brought from the warehouse and at the shop before I arrived to save me some time. It was a quick process and the customer service was great! I will most definitely be a returning customer.

Friendly guy at the counter, reasonable prices compaired to other tire shops. I called around any they were cheaper than pepboys, tite city and even Tony s used tire shop. Tonys used tires wanted more than auto save to mount 2Tires that i bought and balance.

I went in to have them look over some used cars I was considering, and they offered me a free visual inspection and a $30 dollar in-depth inspection. They were quick, friendly, and thorough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was a second visit for something that wasnt completed on my first visit. I went to the Wetumpka location, which is now closed. I called and called, finally looked up on the website to find the contact information for the other locations. The man I spoke with gave me a time to be at the shop to have the alignment completed, I arrived, and was told that I could expect to wait an hour or so. As I write it has been two hours of waiting for an repair I was told would take 10 to 15 minutes.I would not recommend this business, will not ever return and suggest others find somewhere else for auto service.

I drive a 19-year-old truck so it didnt come as a complete surprise that the part I needed was discontinued. The folks at Auto Save located a used part, then when that part turned out to be bad, they located another from a different vendor. So far, no trouble with this one.
