I get in touch with anyone in warranty department in reference to my car. When I am forwarded to Marcus he is no help and keeps sending me to others answering machine and I never receive a call back. Been without my vehicle for over 3 days now and the car is ready for pickup and just waiting on Marcus who keeps walking away from his desk and hanging up on my husband for whatever reason. Paperwork for car service details has been sent but claims never received. I’m really tired of the poor service but I can bet they will be calling for their car note money but won’t give me the same attention to my needs smh. They deserve 0 stars and should be closed down!!

I bought a car from them they told me all the cars they go over them with a 100% guarantee nothing is wrong with them I just got this van 3 months ago and alternator went out pulley is so rusted has to be replaced I’m looking at over $800 on that and The transmission is leaking transmission fluid from every crack and crane of the transmission and I was told they will not pay to fix it I put $3,000 down on this car now me and my family are stranded without a vehicle The warranty is a joke they cover nothing there in the business of stealing I recommend not buying a vehicle from them because you may end up like I am now

I have tried multiple times as well as my bank to get a lease payoff form from this company. My bank has also called multiple times as well. I requested the necessary information needed and have still received no response. I received my early payoff letter but no other information to proceed with paying off this lease. Can someone please respond with the necessary steps to payoff this lease.

I hate this place, awesome car, but I have been paying on this car since 2017 and was never made aware it was a lease, lots of hidden fees, I got ready to pay my car off in full and they came with $3,170.70 of hidden fees that no one made me aware of before I signed. I feel like I’ve been robbed!!! I was 22 years old when I purchase this car and its the worse purchase I have ever made!!! Never again will they get my service!!! A 2014 Chevy Cruze is not worth $23,281.95!!! Please dont make the same mistake I did!!!

Please be aware that all of their cars are on lease agreements, not for actual purchase. They are not going to explain that to you . So it’ll come a time when u think ur about to pay ur car off and you’ll be all excited. Just to find out, in reality, you’ll just be at the end of your lease term. So you’ll still have to pay thousands more to actually own it. Just a heads up.

I don’t recommend anyone one to go here to try and get a car. I was dealing with a person there and he was trying to get me to do something fraudulent just to make a sell then try to turn it on me. So at the end of the day go get your car elsewhere.

I have been dealing with ACC since 2017 and the experience has not been the best. When you know that you dont have many options due to credit they kind of are the quickest, easiest for a quick fix. I have had multiple account reps since I started and none if them have been in the same page. I have tried a number of times to get the payoff amount for the vehicle and I keep getting different excuses as to why they cannot provide it (the one that no more than 2 weeks after leaving the lot: the drivers side mirror broke and the radio went completely out. But of course, NOTHING was covered under the supposed warranty.) So, because I had to have a vehicle, I just dealt with it. Ive had to replace a few parts on the car. It seems that the car had possibly been wrecked or something because I STILL find sand/dirt in places that it REALLY shouldnt be. Good customer service is hit or miss on any given day. Im still dealing with them because my lease isnt up until next August. But I DEFINITELY would not recommend to others nor have dealings with this company ever again. Theyre just not very professional and I had no luck getting anything fixed that apparently was only patched up to get it off the lot. Expensive lesson learned though, throughout this process, I have fixed my credit and I am just waiting on next August so that I can end this relationship with ACC and begin fresh with a real dealership. Also, the car that I am in is NOT either if the cars that I wanted and had been told that it would be no problem. I have not liked my car that I feel like I was forced into since the day I left the lot but again, I had to have a car at that time.

This is the worst place to get a care from when we where signing for the car they did not mention it was a lease never did I know until a friend mentioned it to and I looked at the contract and seen that I have to pay $3000 to keep the car they even had the nerve to tell me if I didn’t want to keep it to return it once I paid the balance off and go to another dealership like wow good service guys. My daughter purchased a car from this place and since day number 2 she has had problems and they have not tried to make it right yet. she says she try to call and emailed and no one has reached out to her. the car looked good from the outside but on the inside or rather under the hood is pure terror. I will definitely buy here from now on. Great service. They don’t push sales down your throat and try to hurry you through as if you’re wasting their time like most dealers. They actually listen to the customer and try to get them what they want. They won’t push that car in the corner that’s been sitting there for months and doesn’t sell. They have auctions and other means of caring for those cars. They would rather have a loyal repeat customer than push shady deals.

Worst experience .. got a car there because I been having car trouble .. had the car a month and half .. it broke down on me .. had to pay my own rental for two months and 1600 dollar to get it fix and pay the car note .. because they would not pay for it to get fix .. call warranty service for a whole week .. the representative got an attitude with me .. the manager would not speak to me ... the call me back a week later to tell me how much it cost .. worst place to get a car .. they sell lemons and expect u to pay a high car note and fix it yourself .. never gain.. I wouldn’t recommend my enemies to go there..

I like american car center.... Its the financial side I hate. For the last couple of months I have been going back and forward with them about my car. They said that I was 45 days late and I owe them $900, that is not my problem when we try to reach out to them etc. Never again will I do business with them!

Well, i went here & sorry not sorry they aren’t professional. When I got there the lady at the front desk was on the phone, I didn’t see that unprofessional sign on her desk that read “If I’m on the phone, please have a seat in the waiting area” so as I was standing there and she got off the phone. She was like “how may I help you” WITH AN ATTITUDE! So I asked can I talk with one of their salesman’s. She said they are all over there huddled in that office. So I went over and asked for someone & I wasn’t greeted like a customer should. I sat in the waiting area while one of the salesman that told me to come in..left and went to pick up her son. I had already had my paper filled out & as im sitting there it was other salesman just on their phones and looking at other customers waiting around. When the salesman (woman) got back she went straight into her office and sat down. 20 minutes passed by and she finally gets up from her desk to go outside with the other guy to go take a smoking break. She then got finished and came back in and went straight to her desk & as I looked back at her waiting she sent a guy over to come help me. There was another lady there just not dressed as work appropriately. She passed me a pen smelling like cigarettes also. I Think this place really needs new management.

I went to look at a car did app and all and was gonna put down the payment when the car was available. The next day they called and told me i forgot my appointment i had to remind him that i kept my appointment and then he remebered who i was. He has called my job twice and texts i told him to stop and that i will move forward when im ready that was yesterday and guess what he just texted again talk about harassment. I havnt even seen the car. An due to this nonsense ill be doing business else where.
